“Food is always excellent here. Taste amazing, high quality ingredients, beautiful presentation. One thing about this experience is that when the staff was closing up.. I don't know if they turned off the AC or closed the doors but it got really HOT. And it kind of made me feel like they did it on purpose so that people can leave. I declined dessert, which is my fave, only because it was so friggin hot. But otherwise, dinner was great.“

“This is a high-quality seafood market and restaurant in Santa Monica. They also carry a small selection of vegetables, seasonings, and flowers. The variety of fish, clams, other seafood, and deli items is impressive, and everything is always fresh. The deli items, such as calamari salad, Hawaiian ahi poke, and pickled herring, are especially recommended.

The atmosphere is lively, and the staff are very attentive.

This lobster roll completely changed my opinion — it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and so flavorful. Now I finally understand why people love lobster rolls. Highly recommend this place!“

“Excellent service, amazing lobster 🦞 with crab rice. I just wish I was given the prices before agreeing on the upgrade. I ordered a family for 2 and CJ server offered to make it 3ppl. I was kinda surprised with my bills and how the restaurant dictate the gratuity %….Overall, I love dining in this restaurant because we were welcome and were given a great and warm reception. Thank you to the staff who made us feel special especially to CJ she was amazing. Indeed, the most expensive meal I have eaten lol it’s worth it.“

“the service was spectacular. really fun group of servers... food = excellent - exception: chicken appetizer a little greasy/ excessively fried but everything else: salmon, hamachi, avocado fries, duck tacos, etc. was great. a little too loud at first due to boisterous group in the bar right next to our table. acoustics are not great for conversation when the bar is hopping. this is my second time and I will come back.“

“I took my husband for Father’s Day brunch/lunch at our favorite Italian restaurant here in the Palisades and as always it did not disappoint. It never does. He loved his steak and eggs, steak was Devine and I loved my chick pea soup. Always have the panne cotta and the cherry gelato and an espresso in their delightful patio and you’ve been to Italy!“

“Gladstones restaurant at Malibu is my husband's and I go to for special occasions because it's the best for birthdays or anniversaries and for out of state relatives to take to. My 3 nieces came to visit me from Chicago and they have never seen the ocean. One niece had a birthday and she was so excited to see the ocean for the first time and the waiter was so nice and gave her a little chocolate birthday cake with a candle to blow out. We parked our car for a very reasonable price at the restaurant and walked a few steps to the beach. We all had a great day and took lots of pictures 📸“

“Dave Beran is a powerhouse having been head chef at Alinea and won a James Beard award. He also owns Pasjoli.

The Spring menu was visually plated and taste spectacular. There was a rhythm like music to the presentations. The wine pair was top notch and paired wonderfully.

The only nit is that the atmosphere was too black felt cold and not warm or inviting. The waiters were friendly but could be more personal and also felt cold. Beside that they are ready for a minimum Michelin 1-star and maybe 2.

“I will like to give a shout out to the chef. I think his name is Shawn or Sean. When we got to Santa Monica, we looked up restaurants to go have our 26 year anniversary dinner, we stayed at Hotel Delmar right across the street. We googled the restaurant menu, and decided what we were going to have. when we got there, and they brought out the menus, all what we decided to have was not on there. I was crushed. Because I had my mind set on the Halibut. I said it's ok I will just have the Ribeye, mind you I had a ribeye steak the night before. When the waiter came back, my wife asked if it's possible to get the Halibut and he said let me check with the chef. He came back later and said the chef said it's no problem. I was blown away. That was the best Halibut ( besides mine) that I have ever had. Thank you chef Shawn. From one chef to another, thank you. you made my night.“

“I had such a wonderful meal here. Everything was delicious and the presentation was excellent.

The tandoori chicken was cooked perfectly and arrived on a sizzling hot platter. I also really loved the naan, which was nicely charred and seasoned with fresh herbs. It was the perfect comfort food for a nice dinner out.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I will definitely be back soon to enjoy this food again.“

“Asked for a view in a 3/4 empty room, was told 2 people couldn't have the corner seat. Was offered an inferior view so we left. Bad business to turn away a couple over seat preferences. We have never been to a Bubba Gump Shrimp restraunt before, will never return either. Too bad. Went across the pier to Seaside on the pier and have an excellent view.“

“Ospi in Brentwood was recommended by our daughter, who took us there for a family dinner -- and we were really impressed!

The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The entire team was very attentive, friendly, and kept checking in on us since we were on a bit of a time crunch before a concert in downtown LA. They were very aware of our timing and did a great job making sure everything came out promptly while still keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

The food was delicious -- we had the spicy rigatoni, arugula salad, branzino, chicken parm, and margherita pizza, along with some fabulous drinks. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared.

Overall, such a great experience. We can't wait to go back!“

“Some of the best seafood I’ve ever had!!! My family and I usually order the shrimp cocktail, raw shrimp ceviche, fish tacos, empanadas, aguachile negro.. But you really can’t go wrong with ordering here. Everything will be delicious. They’re fast, quality of seafood is excellent, and they’re not greedy with tostadas or crackers for to go orders. Also not greedy with the amount of shrimp your cocktail will have unlike some places that give you three shrimps at best lol. One time we accidentally got charged twice for a pickup order and they refunded us super quick and were apologetic over the honest mistake. I can’t recommend this seafood truck enough!!!“

“Been wanting to try pacific catch for a while and it did not disappoint! I got the salmon with green beans and mashed potatoes which were all excellent. It came with charred lemon and a super tasty green sauce. My partner got the chirashi plate which was beautiful and super good. Very solid fish place, we'll definitely be coming back!“

“What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. “The experience was amazing at Sugar Palm. The server, Alfred, was so sweet and gave us great recommendations! The steak frites were to die for but if you like more of a lighter meal, definitely try the seared ahi tuna. It was so fresh and the sauce was incredible. They also have drinks and an awesome patio that is right on Ventura Blvd. I always find meter parking but just Park across the street at the shopping center if you can’t find any.

This is more than a simple taco stand it’s a full service marisqueria. My friend from Sinaloa which I consider a Mariscos expert brought me here and it’s delicious, excellent customer service. The waitresses are smoking hot and super authentic and delicious. I feel like I’m in Rosarito beach eating seafood here. So good. I highly recommend this place. This place is way too empty for the quality of food that they serve. Try the Aguachile. I asked for mild spice and they complied. I can’t handle too spicy. 🌶️“
