The atmosphere can be busy, but comforting and relaxing, like a coffeehouse. The hustle and bustle of people coming in doesn’t distract from the atmosphere. In fact, it adds to it. I have always judged a Thai restaurant by their Tom kha kai. The first time I had it here I knew I was in for some good Thai. I’ve been making Tom kha gai at home for years now I know how it’s done and the subtleties of the ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I got spicy ramen (the last one in the list) and it was pretty good. The portions are adequate, I didn’t feel like I was gonna explode, but I felt comfortably full. They have a lot of vegetarian options. The prices are on the higher side though, probably due to its location. Otherwise it’s pretty good.

Vegetarian options: Almost all of their ramen have a vegetarian equivalent, and all the broth is vegetarian.

Parking: There are a lot of parking on either side of the mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the first floor and there are no steps. Access would be easy for someone on a wheelchair.“

“I had the cold soba, and it was quite good. If you’re looking for Japanese-style udon in the area, I would recommend this place. However, it’s not somewhere you can eat comfortably at a relaxed pace. I understand that there are many people waiting, but clearing our bowls while we were still preparing to pay didn’t feel appropriate. I would recommend this restaurant only if you want to come in, eat, and leave quickly—it’s not a place for a leisurely meal.“

“We were in Anaheim for a Ducks game and decided we were craving dumplings. We came across Yum Dumpling and are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant felt cozy and welcoming, and the service was excellent.

Once the food arrived, it was clear we made the right choice. Everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Kung Pao chicken, house special chow mein, and the shrimp and pork spicy wontons each dish was packed with flavor and made with fresh, crunchy vegetables. The steamed pork bao dumplings were especially impressive: juicy, tender, and full of flavor.

To top it off, we had the passion fruit green tea, which was refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!“

“Went on Wednesday night so it wasn't too crowded. Service was great along with the food. They have some good specialty rolls that I enjoyed. They also had some Boba drinks that were fairly tasty. It's a small establishment but I'd recommend checking it out. Good overall experience.“

The service itself was very quick and using a self ordering kiosk is very easy and honestly convenient. “Ever After Tea Room really impressed us! We tried the beef noodle soup, Thai Basil fried rice, rib eye, and salmon entrées, and each dish was absolutely delicious. The broth in the noodle soup was rich and comforting, the fried rice had bold flavors, and the entrées were perfectly cooked and well-seasoned.

We also treated ourselves to the matcha red bean bingsoo with taro, and wow — it was so light, fluffy, and not too sweet. Exactly what we were craving! The real taro drink was another standout — made with actual taro chunks and red beans. It tasted so fresh and creamy, nothing artificial at all.

The staff was kind and attentive, and the decor is super cute and cozy. It’s also a great study spot with plenty of outlets and comfy seating. Definitely a new favorite for both food and vibes!“

Service was the standout. The woman serving, who seemed like the owner, was genuine and fun. Really made the experience for us. We had one of four kids crying (while the rest of us laughed, long story) and she ran over with tissues and gave her a hug that made here smile. ❤️“

“This was an EXCELLENT pho restaurant. My wife and I took a vacation with our friends to California. We came all the way from Idaho. We were hungry after arriving at our hotel from driving all day. My wife and our friend all really love pho; me not so much. I will say, this was the best pho that I have had. The service here was very quick. The food tasted very delicious. We gave our compliments to the staff after finishing our meal and we ended up talking with them for a moment. They are very kind and friendly.“

The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful - the server understood my not liking overly sweet drinks and recommended the cucumber lemonade as refreshing while still having sweetness. It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. “I’ve found myself coming to this spot many times whenever I’m in OC. It’s one of the few places where you can find a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes beyond just pho, which, honestly, a lot of places still don’t get right.

I’ve tried more than six different dishes here, and every single one has been flavorful, delicious, and truly authentic. It tastes just like home.

Some of my favorites are the Bún Mắm, Bánh Hỏi Heo Quay, Bún Riêu, and Hủ Tiếu Mì Khô—all so good and packed with flavor. I don't recommend Bột Chiên tho!

“Found this place randomly searching for a local Japanese style restaurant and found this Gem. Tried their Chicken Curry plate as it seemed to be there go to with their BOGO promotion. The curry had a phenomenal and savory taste. I'd recommend Level 3 Spice level as it is a great blend of flavor and spice. If you're interested in having great Japanese Curry this is the spot. I also tried their potato croquette which was exquisite I ate it immediately and took a photo part way 🤣 into eating. I also have their Strawberry Matcha Latte which was a great blend and tasted perfect. Definitely coming back to try the Curry Omelet variety. This is a great spot to come with friends or if you just want to enjoy some great Japanese food solo.“
