They season the food so well and cook it the best I’ve ever had at Panda Express. That’s all I have to say. Let them make the food forever. I’ve never had it that good ever again after that day.“

“We were pleasantly surprised and loved this little restaurant! We originally came to Chinatown to eat at the other famous place down the street from here, but there was a 2 hour wait there and we needed to eat and get going to the Dodger game! That’s when Google came to the rescue and we found Jade Wok!! We ordered fried rice, chow mein, spare ribs, kung-pow chicken, house beef and all were very delicious!! We are forever happy customers and will continue to come back! The owner and her son served us and were very attentive!“

“Jade Rabbit was absolutely amazing! The food is full of flavor and incredibly tasty. Highly recommend the fried rice and chow mein with beef and spicy Sichuan chicken, with spicy broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes on the side — everything was delicious.

For appetizers, the Sichuan fries and egg rolls are to die for 🔥. So crispy, flavorful, and addictive!

And make sure to finish with the chocolate chip cookie 😍🍪 — the perfect ending to a great meal.

“Lee’s cafe is a Taiwanese-style cafe with a hint of Hong Kong sparkle, serving the perfect mix of Taiwanese and Hong Kong food. The toast is absolutely marvelous, and I truly believe it is worth every penny. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other dishes. The sesame cold noodles were good, but missing something—I felt they didn’t quite hit the mark. The wontons were delicious, but the braised pork belly rice was your typical run-of-the-mill rice. Nothing terribly special, but delicious nonetheless. The HK milk tea, however, leaned very watery and missed the signature strong tea taste of a HK milk tea.
Also, their bathroom sink was broken and put as a “use at your own risk”. Hopefully they have fixed this since my visit!
Yet, through all this, I would still return to Liu’s kitchen—for their toast!“

“One of several new malatang places in the area, Bruin Bowl is not a large place, but they seem to have a solid selection of meats, veggies, noodles, and seafood despite their modest size. Orange Chicken was fantastic. Not too sweet, nice and crispy, and quality chicken.

Mongolian beef was probably my second favorite. Also tried the Singapore Rice Noodle and House Chow Fun, the latter of which had perfectly cooked shrimp.

Amazing egg rolls as well. Overall really good takeout for a solid price.“

“Probably one of the best kept secrets in Chinatown in Los Angeles. The food is simply amazing. The best Kung Pao Chicken in town. The pepper steak is fantastic. The orange chicken is crispy and on point. The facilities are clean and welcoming. For our team lunch, we were given the private room that seats about 60 people.“

My bf and I ordered the steamed veggie dumplings, chive pancake ((better than my Sumo's! Shhh)), king sized veggie dumplings, side of rice and miso soup. Cooked to order -- be patient. Soft textures. + Dan Mien with short ribs was good. Noodles were chewy, beef was well seasoned.

- Sesame noodles were terrible. Texture was similar to plaster of paris and taste was off. It could be that I'm used to toasted sesame oil and this was just (untoasted?) sesame.

+ Pan-friend dumplings were tasty. Texture was great -- love crispy exteriors and soft interiors.

* Daughter loved the boba tea. I thought it was just average -- fine but no outstanding flavors. Give me Sunright any day over this (or any other!) boba.“

“This place is such a hidden gem. The food was such a pleasant surprise. I got the Tingly Cumin Dry noodles, and they weren’t too oily or spicy at all (contrary to other reviews). We also got the Mama’s Dumplings which were definitely on the oilier side, but that’s due to the sauce which is made beforehand.

The noodles were so good that we had to get the Szechuan Garlic flavor to-go, but that soon was eaten within the same hour… Also the peach fruit tea is so refreshing and not too sweet.

If you’re worried about too much spice, don’t be. It’s the perfect amount.
