“I had the privilege to meet the owner, and he was kind and respectful. I usually go with my kids and the girl that works there is very welcoming and very friendly. This place has the best taro drink. I like the option of almond milk. My kids like the oreo smoothie and the mango kiwi smoothie ?. Great service!!! The place is also clean and has enough room for a wheelchair. We played uno with my kids. The environment is nice. Parking spaces are available. You should try them yourselves. They open at noon.“

All teas are fresh brewed which made my Thai Tea boba outstanding, I also was able to lessen the sugar which made the Tea flavor stand out more. Much appreciated.

My wife loved the Peach Yakult with boba and her Monster Boba Latte.

I like that they have a variety of teas and not just Jasmine and Thai Tea.

Seating is plenty and and great music and atmosphere.

“Our first impression of this place was a good one. I yelped this place after our dinner down the street. One con to this place is parking sucks. We had to park across the street at the grocery store and walked across the street. You can order online or at the store on a screen. Very minimal interaction with a person. The only time you see someone is when they're putting together your order. We ordered the horchata cheesecake, chocolate chip bread pudding, and a apple tart. The cheesecake was really good but the crust needs to be thicker to help balance out the sweetness. The bread pudding is also a recommendation, if you take it to go the person recommended to microwave it for 45 seconds or in our case, we used our oven toaster for 4 mins. This place closes at midnight so a good place to go to for your sweet tooth especially late night munchies.“

“Cute branch of a chain bubble tea store. They have a standard menu with some options not being able to modify sugar levels (ex. Strawberry colada) but their drinks are great, albeit minimum 6 bucks. The strawberry colada is delicious and has a good amount of strawberry, although I could do with more. The oreo boba drink had the perfect amount of boba and was very good. They have games as well. Small location but fast service and open late, which is a plus since other places in the area are not.“

Staff is so welcoming and our pup looks forward to coming here as well to get her own treat. This place has really picked up since we moved into the neighborhood early this year and the quality has stayed the same.

The egg sandwich with prosciutto is our go-to order (the eggs are so fluffy, the aioli – yum) and while I’ve tried the croissants, they don’t stand out like the sandwich does and that’s ok (:“

“If you like shakes, smoothies, or tea with boba, this is a great place to come. I have enjoyed every shake/smoothie/tea I've gotten there. My favorite is probably the horchata smoothie, but the Thai tea smoothie is close behind.In regards to food options, I've only tried the ham & cheese croissant. It's successfully simple, if you like ham, cheese, and a flaky croissant, you will probably enjoy this. Everything seems very appropriately priced. It is very clean and quiet here.On my more recent visit, I had a matchata (matcha and horchata) that was quite good. I tend to like their horchata drinks. I also had the pesto chicken sandwich. The bread they use is very soft in the middle with a nice crunch to it on the outside. The chicken breast was cooked well and the pesto was flavorful. I actually didn’t expect such a decent sandwich for the price.“

Not overly sweet like some places make it, it’s just right. The boba’s taste sweet, honestly one of my favorite spots. Just wish they opened and closed on time. Sometimes I plan my day around getting a boba at 12pm when they open, only to pull up and it’s black inside and not a soul insight like it’s about to open or anything. As I write this today it’s stated they close at 8pm, so imagine my joy and delight when I pull up at 7:45pm and they are already closed. Pitch blank inside, not even just closing/person cleaning up inside, but CLOSED. :) so I’m writing this review in irritation after driving all the way to it’s boba time on Plummer and Corbin. 😩 Buda boba is literally only 2 minutes from my house, UGH. Either fix your times to be accurate or actually be open during your listed business hours. Ffs.“

“Great place for a sweet pick me up! The food and drinks have the right amount of sweetness. The passion fruit tea is refreshing the brown sugar ice cream is creamy and toasty sweet. The pepper pesto (lots of pine nuts) waffle has a savory/sweet balance.

I would Definitely grab something if I’m in the area.

Parking garage is right next door. Parking on Western is rough so the garage is user friendly.

They kind of seem understaffed for the high foot traffic in the area.

“Very good place. Great people are working there. Very friendly. Explaining well about their drinks and how they make. Drinks are very tasty. They prepare pudding by themselves and herb jelly. So i recommend to add them to your drinks. They are super delicious and natural than other toppings which they have. I really like Thai peel milk tea and matcha smoothie. The greatest thing about this brand is that they use dairy free substitution from Taiwan instead of milk and it taste like milk. Very recommended.“
