“I had a another great experience at Immigrant Son! Cortni was incredibly informative and engaging--she really listened to what I wanted and offered some great suggestions. I mentioned I was looking for something keto-friendly and protein-packed, and she recommended a side of chicken and a side of avocado. Simple, healthy, and surprisingly delicious! To top it off, I treated myself to their strawberry sourdough scone--absolutely amazing, especially paired with a good cup of coffee! Ronan, the manager, was exceptional as well. “Exceptional service, incredible food, cozy and nestled environment and KID FREE (21+ only). We ordered the garlic bread to start (definitely a nice bite to hold you over for the main dishes, if you don't want anything too filling). For dinner, we ordered pasta which is clearly made with all the heavenly cheeses. If you're a chocolate lover, the dessert is for YOU! Forgot what it was called, but it was like a chocolate cake with ganache and more chocolate and I cannot explain how delicious it was. It's not some milk chocolate cake, so don't be fooled by all the chocolate. Cannot wait to return here and enjoy another wonderful dinner!“

“VEGAN SUSHI! The BEST vegan sushi I have ever had in my life. You've gotta try the eel roll and the volcano roll. I don't know how they do it, but it's spot on to real sushi. The menu is 100% vegan, expansive, and offers everything from all-day breakfast to savory lunch and dinner options. Every item we tried (and we tried a LOT) was perfect. Tasted just like non-vegan food. Also their fries were bomb!

“Ordered the TNT Bahn Mi , Lemongrass Beef Bahn Mi. , Fish vermicelli and 2 Ube Milk Tea. They ran out of brown sugar boba, so we ordered crystal boba instead. All of it was very good. We ate there and there wasn't enough space to sit until a couple left. The shop is pretty small, but I understand that it is a take-a-way restaurant. They seemed very busy based on the rushing around and a couple people waiting for their orders. We would definitely go back. So much better than "fast food".“

“If I could give this place 6 stars I would! This is my go to taco shop in Ventura. My only complaint is they're closed on Mondays and I almost always crave them that day. Other then the tacos they've got many other delicious dishes to choose from including menudo on the weekends in the morning. I highly recommend the pastor tacos! Family run and the service is always spot on. I like that if you go there often enough they're most likely going to start remembering you and what you order and those places are hard to find anymore.

“Hands down BEST sushi in Ventura! We come here at least once a week. Highly recommend parking along the street, catching sunset on the beach, then coming here for dinner. Although everything I’ve ordered here has been excellent, my very favorites are the Avocado Bomb (the best I’ve ever had) and the Sushi House Roll. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly, and attentive.“

“Maggies has been our family go to for mexican food for I dont even know how many years now. Their carne asada, bean rice & cheese burrtitos are favs but corn burritos are too. Its a toss up at times lol so we sometimes get the asada burrito + corn burritos & share.
Hot sauce could make anything taste good haha because its so tasty with just the right amt of heat

“My husband and I came out to Ventura for a small beach trip, and let me say that this was THE HIGHLIGHT of the trip. The Cave’s atmosphere was amazing. It successfully gave a cozy, friendly/romantic cave feel. The outdoor eating area was bright, roomy, and seemed comfortable as well! The live music and dim lighting added to the ambiance. I could stay there for days trying their many different and well priced menu items. The meat offered was top notch and was cooked to perfection. The sides complimented the food extraordinarily and left little to be desired. The wine choices there varied and made it incredibly easy for consumers to try different kinds before making their pick. To top it all off, the dessert options were to die for! Many, many different choices for any kind of occasion or desire. The staff were very kind and welcoming. There were many hello’s when walking in the door, our waitress, Rachel, was absolutely outstanding and would highly recommend requesting her service if I were you. She was very friendly, had amazing small talk, and she clearly loved her job a lot. I will always recommend The Cave to anyone in the area. “Amazing Lunch Experience at Lucky Thai with beautiful view of Pacific Ocean

I had the pleasure of enjoying the lunch special at Lucky Thai, and it was absolutely fantastic!

The Spicy Basil Chicken was bursting with flavor—tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and the perfect level of heat from fresh Thai chilies. Every bite was a delightful balance of savory and spicy with fragrant basil shining through.

The Drunken Noodles with Shrimp were phenomenal! The wide rice noodles were perfectly cooked, soaking up the rich, garlicky sauce, and the shrimp were plump, fresh, and flavorful.

The meal started with a comforting bowl of Egg Drop Soup, silky and rich with just the right texture. The accompanying Thai Salad was light and refreshing, with crisp vegetables and a tasty, tangy dressing.

The portions were generous, the flavors authentic, and the service warm and friendly. Lucky Thai has truly earned its place as my go-to spot for Thai cuisine.

It's a more traditional sushi restaurant that serves the freshest sushi! The staff was very nice and friendly. The place was spotless and pleasant to be in. And the food was delicious!
