“The food here is absolutely incredible!! We had the gorgonzola salad and pasta and both were so delicious! The service was just a little on the slower side, just something to keep in mind if you're on a schedule. Our waiter was awesome and everyone was friendly!“

“For many years this has been our go-to spot when visiting Carpinteria.A bowl of hot Shrimp Tom Kha with rice is like a staple for the soul of our tastebuds and belly. Noodle dishes are always hot, fresh, and delicious. Back when my youngest was small she would order a chicken noodle dish and ask for all vegetables on the side and they'd do it perfectly every time. The staff here is quick, attentive, and always serving with a smile, which boggles my mind because kindness worn on the face can be a challenge, yet they do it. We have never ordered anything we would not return for, however do opt to try new things once in a while.“
“We stopped here on our way back home and it was a great stop to try the best meads I’ve had in California! We brought some to bring back with us and wish we had more time to stay. I would recommend checking out on your way or if you’re in the area.“

“The worker bee is a family favorite of ours. My husband and I visited in 2019 on vacation and found this stop, and we have since relocated to the area and visit The Worker Bee at least once per month. The owners are so incredibly sweet and accommodating. The food is delicious. We've never had a bad meal here. Highly recommend you give this spot a try“

“Travelling with my mother, sister and wife up to Central Coast and we discovered this amazing pitstop. Really really great food; burgers are huge and delicious varieties, the chili cheese fries incredible, my favourite the fish tacos were the ideal lunch considering the location. The large and spacious outdoor seating area is right on the beach with spectacular views, especially on a clear sunny day as it was for us. Beware the trains though; the tracks are literally feet from the garden - hold on to your margarita!! Next time were travelling north, we will make a point of stopping here. It's on our list!“
“This brewery is one of my favorite breweries, so every time I come to Carp, I always stop by. They have many beers. I tried Avocado Honey Ale today. When I took a sip, I thought "It tastes very interesting", "I don't like it" but after drinking it for a while, the taste was addictive lol I could taste honey slightly. They don't have food but sometimes there is a food truck. The food truck was selling Mexican food today. Also, you can bring food from somewhere. Normally I get a burger from The Spot which is close to this brewery. They sometimes have music. This link is the event calendar. Trains are running by the outdoor seating, it's kind of one of the entertainments. At the gift shop, they are selling T-shirts and hats. I normally park at free public parking nearby.“

“Teddy's is a locals favorite. The food selection is real good and their patio is the place to be during dinner. I don't have a favorite because I enjoyed everything they serve. The staff is also super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.“

“Great food and friendly staff. Dog friendly restaurant the parking was easy worth driving down here from Santa Barbara. In Carpenteria and most of Santa Barbara there are more dogs than people! Every single couple brought their dog with them on vacation and the dogs are in every park, hotel and restaurant. Kind of a downer for people who don't want to be surrounded by others pets. Food was good“

“Yummy bites with good flavor and many local beers, ciders, kombuchas and more to enjoy. Nice outside seating as well though some cars and motorcycles on the street can get loud. Inside can get very loud as well when it’s busy. Enjoy this spot at a quieter time!“

“Place is the same as I remember. Good quality ingredients and has a big patio area. The place is about to move locations down the street and we can't wait to out next visit before summer. Besides the pizza the sandwiches are also good.Parking: Parking lot is kinda small. You'll find an abundance of street parking as Carpinteria welcomes all to visit making everything walkable.“

“The place is very comfortable to spend a delicious dinner, I loved the music and the attention of the waitresses, only if they need to recommend their specialties or drinks when someone is new to the place but from then on everything is perfect I recommend it 100%“

“This is the best Little Caesar's that I've ever been to. There were ample toppings, it was cooked perfectly and fresh. Yelp said they closed at 11, they actually closed at 10- it was about 9:30; even ordering late, everything came out amazing. The cheese stuffed crust was perfectly melted and I just can't explain how satisfied I was. The staff was friendly and efficient. More than once I caught myself thinking, "this is 5 stars..." I highly recommend this location!“

“We recently had a meat lovers pizza gluten free pizza and oh my was it great. First pizza we've had since we were forced gluten free that tasted as good a normal crusted pizza. It was so good that we ordered it two nights in a row. The test of our family lives so their pizzas, calzones and garlic breads. I'd highly recommend you place PizzaManDan's on your gluten free list.“
“Fantastic. One of our favorite spots on a two week trip. I told my friend in Santa Barbara to go here. The sandwiches were fab and the gluten free bread was the best I've had. Gluten free cookies too. Fantastic team. Thanks for a great lunch.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options“

“After going to this incredible Italian restaurant, I will never go anywhere else for Italian food. It’s magical! We always try to get a table on the Patio, it makes you feel like you’re in an enchanted chateau. We’ve tried many of the entrees, and although some are more enticing to us than others, none have disappointed! All the food is amazing. To top it all off, the staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and welcoming. If you’re looking for great food with a great staff, go to Gianfranco’s Trattoria!!!“

“Chile relleno burrito was good. Didn't have the fried egg batter with cheese type relleno. Was still good. Chips and salsa very good. Quesadilla was inhaled by our grandson. So it must have been good. After a day at the beach Taco Grande was a great find. Real friendly service and prompt to serve us. Will be back next beach trip.“

“This is a nice little hole-in-the-wall taqueria, with all the essentials: lots of menu options and lots of salsa. Actually, they really take salsa seriously, with an abundance of options you can select from, all labeled so no surprises. I ordered three tacos: two chicken and one pork. The thing about Don Roge: when you order chicken tacos, you get loads of chicken (and little else). When you order pork, you get loads of pork. You can then supplement your tacos with whatever salsas you want, and in any combination. I liked a combo of pico de gallo supplemented with salsa diabla. Wonderful (and super zippy)! Service consists of going to the counter to place your order. They're nice, friendly and super prompt. If you grab a seat, indoors (small, not many options) or outside (many more options, bigger tables), they'll bring your food out to you. You'll need to ask for napkins, which they'll gladly bring. (The overloaded tacos, which I loaded up even more, are a bit messy.) Anyway, Don Roge is now my go-to taqueria joint in Carpinteria, especially since Tacos-to-go across the street went the way of the dodo.“

“I am a Thai food fanatic and I was excited when this little family owned business opened. I had heard that it is good but a bit pricey. I agree that it is slightly more expensive than its competition in the area (Siam Elephant, Meun Fan Thai, etc), however, their portions are a good size and delicious. The interior is simple with minimal decor. It appears to be more of a take out spot. Nonetheless, the staff is super welcoming and friendly.I came in for midday for the lunch special which comes with an entree, soup of the day or salad, white rice and a crispy wonton. The soup was Tofu Tom Kha, very flavorful with coconut milk, slight acidity from lime juice and a hint of fish sauce. I ordered Pad Thai with cilantro added as my entree. The tamarind sauce was not overwhelming and the noodles were nicely cooked. I also appreciated that it came with white rice which is abnormal for a noodle dish. All the all, a great Thai spot in Carpinteria with a lunch special that is worthwhile.“
