When I see these goodies at local coffee shops I almost always have to get one (just wish they were at more of them!) … so whether you have allergies or not, this is THE SPOT for baked goods 🤤

Lo and behold, she called back, and said it was ready early. I visited the store, and was amazed at the presentation. (As well as the ambiance!) “Tommy prepared a beautiful and delicious double layer spice cake with cream cheese filling and frosting, and filligree stuff around the edges in colours I'd suggested which he nailed. Twas for my wife's 70th birthday party, and the cake was the star of the show. Tommy transferred a photograph of my wife which I'd emailed to him, on the cake, perfect rendition! In fact, the photo was so perfect we ate around the edges of the cake and never touched my wife's face!! Thank you Tommy, and the entire crew of Cakes Amore!!“

“The cookies are generally a bit too big and too sweet for me, but that’s my personal preference. They are baked well and can have a crisp edge and softer center complemented by a copious dollop of frosting. On this occasion, we got the cookies and cream tres leches. It is delicious! I enjoy it more than the traditional version.“

“Cakes by Karen went out of their way to fix a little problem. I went to pick up a small wedding cake for a Colorado celebration and the roses were missing. The cake was already absolutely gorgeous but I felt that the roses were needed. The counter person called and had the designer bring down roses the next morning to put on the cake. What a beautiful small wedding cake. The shop really made it right for me. Thank you to everyone who was part of this little cake.“

“First time ordering, I wanted a homemade quiche and they are hard to come by. The ordering process was so easy and the staff on the phone and in person were absolutely amazing. The quiche (Lorraine) was absolutely fabulous. I do not have any allergies and I generally don’t eat gluten free but it was great! I could tell the ingredients were fresh and it was baked well. The crust is pretty sweet, I didn’t mind it but just FYI.“

“Have ordered from Enjoy Biscotti (EB) for years. It has grown to include oatmeal, nuts, cookies--all made with wholesome and local (Colorado) ingredients. These baked good are all made by the owner herself and they do not sit on a shelf for weeks before shipping out. Each order is packaged by her devoted crew with much care. Kudos to EB for being approved by the Feingold Program, an association that provides resources for families looking to eliminate foods containing harmful additives such as artificial food coloring, artificial flavors, specific preservatives, artificial sweeteners and foods containing salicylate.“
