“Excellent meal at Juniper last night. Scallop appetizer was excellent as was the Halibut. Had a glass of California bubbly that was as good as most champagnes I've had. Nice wine list but only had a glass as I was solo. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice patio out front but not quite patio weather. Will be back next time through Edwards!“

“We hired Chi-Shack for a corporate food truck night in Vail. Mark and his team did a great job! The variety of different brats and dogs and toppings was delicious and they even brought fries and canned sodas to go along with the meal. Mark was really responsive when booking the event and flexible with pricing. Highly recommend!“

I love the clubhouse I love the golf course and being able to dine here for lunch is a pleasure. it's really an unexpected and surprising gift in the middle of nowhere when I think about it.“

“Absolutely loved. Our server Johnie was laid back and knowledgeable. Heirloom tomato salad was outstanding (cucumbers, avocado, local cherries, Serrano chiles ...), can't say enough. Also loved the scallops and seared Tuna. Most skilled food prep we've had out in a long time.“

“Husband and I split the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the meat lovers pizza. Both were bomb. Our friends got the fish tacos and a smash burger and they had great reviews of their food as well. Loved the open kitchen concept and ambiance of the place. For sure going to go again when we come back!“

“Service is a bit slow. Rachel, the bartender, was our waiter...she was working two jobs, but she is excellent. Our party of four enjoyed all of our food and the view from the deck cannot be beat! “Stopped in for breakfast. Hubby loved the Nutella Pancakes. He wanted the biscuits and gravy, which says they are very good...they had no more biscuits! I had the 2 eggs, sausage patty, potatoes and Sourdough toast. Definitely worth the stop.“

“Such a fun experience all the way around. Having to take the Snow cat from the bottom of the hill to the restaurant is for itself. The restaurant is set up like a nice cabin and very cozy. They have a small menu, but it is diverse. The food was fresh and tasting.Service was attentive and friendly. If you go in peak winter, it definitely feels very Christmas like.“
