“A buddy of mine who’s a frequent patron of PMB took me to lunch to let me taste their delicious food. We reside in San Diego so I’m not in Costa Mesa very often. After eating lunch here, I may have to visit PMB a lot more often! We arrived shortly after they opened, and were seated and served by Karina. She got us a bottle of sparkling water to share and handed our menus to us. My buddy told me that he and his wife love their Ratatouille and Royale with cheese(burger). To get things started, we ordered their duck confit spliff to share. But we both wanted to try something new and opted for their pre-fixe menu and got each selection from the 3-course lunch (first- asparagus, and French onion soup; main- a fish special which I can’t remember, and a beef cheek entree; desert- a cheese & honey to finish off the meal. Everything was amazing from our lovely table and dining area, our exceptional service which Karina provided, and each course of our pre-fixe lunch was so delicious (especially the asparagus appetizer) I ate as slowly as possible to savor the taste as long as possible. There wasn’t anything I could think of which wasn’t worthy of being praised. I can’t wait to return back with my wife to let her try PMB’s delicious menu… If there was anything I wish could be done, it would be for PMB to open a location in San Diego…”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arc Food & Libations, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Kaelan, our server, provided top-notch service, making our meal truly memorable. From their attentive and friendly demeanor to their extensive knowledge of the menu, Kaelan ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was enjoyable. The food at Arc was equally impressive, with each dish expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The ambiance was cozy yet chic, perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion. I highly recommend Arc Food & Libations to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience accompanied by impeccable service.”
“Delicious! Everything we ate was fresh. This is out go-to restaurant from now on.”

“Karina was a great cashier and very helpful. Excellent customer service. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and well seasoned. Mac and cheese was amazing as well. Love that they have vegetarian options as well. Overall, I'm super impressed with this location. Thanks for the great meal! I'll definitely be back again to try more of the menu.
Vegetarian options: Cauliflower tenders, kale slaw, toast, fries, and shakes.
Parking: Huge parking lot and shopping center.”
“The Carmel apple, vanilla custard with shaved ice and Carmel all-over, is worth driving to California. This has become our favorite family experience. For over 10 years, we never miss the opportunity to visit Lynn’s for the excellent customer service and yummy deserts!”
“Really great burgers. It is like the equivalent of an In-and-out to me. Mainly because the sauce, the grilled buns just everything combined goes really well and reminds me of an actual burger. Still one of my go tos. I also like the chicken tenders. The fries are only okay, and I think the tots are better. Overall still highly recommend you trying it!”
“The best açaí I’ve ever had. And I’m from Brazil and know what a good and authentic açaí is! And the service at this place is outstanding! Our attendant Bryan was very kind and attentive with our order! Loved it! Thank you!”

“To be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect with Atomic being in an office complex. I have to say this place looks like an oasis among the offices when you pull up. Plenty of parking and a nice setup when you go inside. Seating is available outside or inside. On to the food. I loved the breakfast burrito. Not greasy like other places, the pico de gallo was very fresh and specifically prepared to not make the burrito soggy. One of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had! We also had sausage dumplings that were awesome. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend checking out Atomic Cafe, I plan to make it a regular stop.
Parking: Convenient spots available right in front of the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Atomic is on the first floor with good wheelchair access. The sidewalk could be a little narrow but doable. High and low tables available.”
“Excellent delicious food, the octopus with the eggplant salad and beets is amazing. Heavily recommended.”

“This place is amazing! I am not from here and we stumbled across it and came back the next day again because it was so good. Get the Crazy Roll. Off menu. Miso has the best flavor. I get to travel and this is the best I’ve had so far. Each roll has a unique flavor. The family who owns it is so friendly and remembered us from the night before. They are genuine and super friendly. I’m going to come back each time I’m in the area.”
“I went in with my boyfriend and our dog, we sat in the patio and had a great time.We also got to meet the Excecutive Chef and Owner, Zach. He has done an excellent job developing his menu!We had the Slow Braised Short Rib, Pepperd Ribeye Steak, Crispy Chicken Tender, and the Charred Sweet Potato tacos. We ordered a side of Guacamole, and a Charred Jalapeño Margarita. Everything was absolutely delicious, specially the Ribeye taco!I will definitely come back with friends and family!”

“Went to lunch here for the first time since it's down the street from our shop and I was so impressed with the food! I have recommended them to a couple of my friends and costumers all around the area.”
“The udon noodles are chewy and the soup is mellow and sweet! The fried shrimp is really delicious, we all love it!The meal prices are very affordable compared to current prices in Los Angeles. There are many customers, but the attitude is undoubtedly very good.Being able to correct naughty children with the right attitude is something we are very grateful for!We ordered a total of four udon noodles (two of which were not photographed), two appetizers, and two desserts for a total of only 100 yuan. Will definitely visit again??????”

“Amazing Valentine’s weekend dinner! Six courses made for a most Indulgent Aphrodisiac’s menu created by Chef Tony. The plating was exquisite, service very attentive, and relatively low-carb, very copicetic with my diabetic precautions. The French Chardonnay we had enjoyed was lovely, paired well particularly with the scallop crudo, oyster and lobster dishes. It was also a pleasure to meet and chat with Yassmin, the co-owner and wife of Chef Tony. We are planning to dine here again, next time for The restaurant’s High Tea, which is offered on Sunday afternoons.”
“Very tasty Pizza!!! And the owners are very friendly!!”

“Tucked away in a cozy corner of Costa Mesa, Plum is a spot that has become synonymous with one thing: the most heavenly cinnamon roll you'll ever encounter. This isn't just a pastry—it's an obsession, a culinary masterpiece that has inspired a cult following of fervent fans, including myself.Let me confess: I'm one of those people who can’t go a day without thinking about Plum’s cinnamon roll. It’s a borderline obsession, but once you’ve tasted it, you’ll understand why. The roll itself is an art form. It arrives fresh from the oven, its golden exterior glistening with a delicate glaze that hints at the wonders inside. As you unravel its soft, buttery layers, the aroma of cinnamon and sugar envelops you, promising a sensory delight. The texture is nothing short of divine. Each bite reveals a perfectly balanced blend of light, fluffy dough and a rich, gooey cinnamon-sugar filling that strikes the ideal harmony between sweet and spicy. The crowning glory is the velvety frosting, generously slathered on top and seeping into every nook and cranny. It’s this sublime fusion of flavors and textures that transforms a simple pastry into an addictive experience.Plum has a dedicated fanbase that borders on fanatical. There’s an unspoken camaraderie among us regulars, a shared understanding of the sheer magic that is Plum’s cinnamon roll. We gather outside the bakery early in the morning, rain or shine, united in our quest for that daily dose of perfection. On social media, the enthusiasm reaches fever pitch, with devotees posting mouthwatering photos and fervent endorsements that only add to the allure. If you haven’t yet indulged in Plum’s cinnamon roll, prepare to have your world rocked. This is not just a cafe; it’s a haven for cinnamon roll enthusiasts, and one taste is all it takes to become a part of the Plum family. But be warned: this level of deliciousness is dangerously addictive, and before you know it, you might find yourself among the obsessed, counting down the hours until your next fix.But 3 stars: Across from a Ralph’s and our coffee came late.”
“Just came in for a boba drink and it was delicious! My husband thought his drink was too sweet which was surprising to me because he loves sugary drinks lolThey do have the option to adjust ice and sweetness levels though. I got mine 50% sweet because I know I don't like achingly sweet things, so keep that in mind when ordering. I wished I had been more hungry because the desserts looked really good too. I will be back to try that! The decor is very cute and they have different sitting areas, like stools by the window or regular tables.”
“Great food! Warm and very friendly greeting at the front. Best dining service provided by the staff.”
“Wow, this joint did not disappoint! With so many options in the neighborhood I went for the place with the best reviews and I’m glad I did. I came in just before close but they were super kind and helpful. I had the birria tacos (#9) and they were sooo good! I wasn’t very hungry so the 2 tacos was plenty, if you’re hungry go for 3 or maybe 4 ?Ozzy took care of me and made me feel right at home. Definitely coming back here to try some options!”

“We had a great time ! Yeah it’s was pricey but what do people expect it’s a festival and we were in VIP so we had great spots for the show and the restrooms and vendors were all within a minute or two walk! We would definitely go again! Only thing I would suggest is more food vendors in VIP that line was a little crazy.”
“Typical McDonald's. Drive thru was fast. My only complaint is that there were no prices on the breakfast menu. I don't know if it's just this location but I want to know how much I'm spending before I place my order.”
“Awesome spot!! Good beer and good sandwich’s”

“Chill place to work/study. Many fancy sweet coffees/teas, but not many good black options (no cold brew or pour-overs.) Drip coffee was pretty good though. Wish they offered a tonic.Attached to a church but really low-key with their messaging outside of the lion/lamb branding.”

“unique ice cream shop! this is worth a visit when you are in Costa Mesa! I will definitely be a returning customer when I visit California soon. ube ice cream with mango sticky rice is unmatched!”
“Friendly and inviting with a much appreciated finite set of coffees. Only 10 items on the menu printed in large, easy to read letters. Ease of use is certainly the appeal for me. Had a Golden Ratio sans espresso and it was soothing and comforting.”
“Thank you for designing my Mom’s beautiful cake for her 100th birthday. It was delicious and the cookies were a hit! Especially the snickerdoodles!”
“Great food, great place! We had corn chowder, and schnitzel with red cabbage, potato and mac salad.”
“Organic juice & superfood smoothie bar!! Most places do not sell organic or fresh ingredients so no thank you. But this place is quality and everything I’ve tried taste amazing!! ? not many place like this in Orange County and they deliver :) thank you !”
“LOVE this place! The pastries are so yummy, the everything croissant is EVERYTHING! The variety of drinks are incredibly crafted. And the owners… the owners clearly care for their customers, employees, their business and its quality. So glad to find a place that actually cares and interacts with the community”
“I wasnt even a customer, but the staff there was the most friendly and helpful people I have dealt with in a very long time. If a business has such wonderful people working there, then they are a 1st class establishment in my eyes. Thank you for helping me out today.”
“cute, delicious, fantastic customer service”
“Staff was super friendly, service was quick, and the food was great. fresh large portions. highly recommended putting it in your dining rotation.”
“Nothing fishy about this place. It's a small family run business. Blame covid for the price increases and there are sign posted to make you aware of the increase. it's the best food and most reasonable prices in town. if you cant afford a 11 dish then don't buy or complain about it. These reviews are for the food not whiners.”
“Impressive array of the best ingredients unavailable in most Japanese restaurants in the US prepared in different styles”
“Hanuman Thai Eatery's Pad See Ew and Fried Rice are absolutely delicious! The flavors are spot on, and they're definitely my favorites. Don't miss out on trying them when you visit. The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!”
“My favorite spot for wonderful food in a funky, hip atmosphere. Chicken and waffles are a must!”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Clean environment. Very friendly staff. Food is just right taste”
“Flavorful food made quick! The spicy BBQ chicken wrap was a good deal at $12 and was just right to fill me up. The chicken has a nice medium spice that stays for a minute, and the hot sauce packets add more punch and flavor. I'd recommend asking for "white sauce" on top of the meat, then add veggies and get a second helping of white sauce. Nobody seemed perturbed at me being a transgender woman.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and even vegan options. Staff were knowledgeable about ingredients.
Dietary restrictions: As I said with the vegetarian options, staff are quite knowledgeable about ingredients, and were helpful confirming the white sauce doesn't have dairy (just eggs).
Parking: You might have to circle an aisle to find parking spots, but it's not nearly as bad as other lots like the mitsuwa.
Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are spaced well enough and you could easily move aside a chair. The menu screen is up high but you can also check it on your phone. There are no steps nor ramps at the restaurant, and plenty of wheelchair parking spots and ramps out front. I don't believe the front door is powered.”
“I love Pollo Loco in General but Harbor is my favorite location. They're fast, polite and my food is always delicious, no matter what I get from the menu. Keep it up!”
“This place has been around for a long time, and there's good reason why, when most fast food restaurants go out of business in a few years. I first ate here almost 20 years ago when I lived in the area. I left many years ago but whenever I am in the area, I still make it a point to go have their chicken burrito. It is that awesome. The burrito consists of just shredded chicken with sauce wrapped in tortilla. No rice, beans or anything else. That's what makes it so unique, and honestly, the best tasting burrito I've ever had. Highly recommended for Mexican food lovers.”
“Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives include coconut, almond, oat, and soy. The caramel sauce/drizzle, as well as the mocha sauce and malt powder, contains dairy. Sweet cream is made with heavy cream, so the cold foams contain dairy. The lunch sandwiches contain cheese, but only the breakfast sandwiches can have it removed on request. Bakery items are vegetarian friendly, excluding the ham&swiss croissant.”
“The best Mexican fast food in town Excellent customer services.”
“One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time fast well done but not overcooked super tasty unbelievable”
“The uber eats driver experience is so distracting and disturbing, when u order Uber eats there is no oversight they blast the driver with distractions beyond what the DMV can help with ... Oh then we need the picture of the driver 11pm in the dark. But oh we clearly just need all mess in a simple delivery .... Nobod sees the mess these drivers are abused with just to get a meal to u . Ask your driver !!!!”
“Great management! Thanks for serving the Costa Mesa community.”
“Yes I got a burrito from one of there locations in San Bernardino California and it had a long piece of blonde hair in my burrito I returned it back to them and said how nasty it was to find hair in my burrito. They returned my money I ask for there customer service number to report what I found in my burrito a long piece of blonde hair so I spoke to someone she listened to my complaint and wrote everything down and said someone from upper management would call me. I have not heard back from no one yet I have called back three more times left my name and phone number and until today no call to me. Wow this is crazy hair in the food is nasty but for them to believe it’s not that big of a deal because they returned my money hell what about my pride I still get sick at my stomach just thinking about it.”
“This place is amazing! I am not from here and we stumbled across it and came back the next day again because it was so good. Get the Crazy Roll. Off menu. Miso has the best flavor. “We ordered the sloppy Zach and the beefy Zach. They take pride in making the sandwiches. Everything about the sandwiches was balanced between the flavor and just the right amount of spice. The sandwiches was not too greasy and brioche was pillow-y. The wait was worth it. Until next time.”
“Great food and service. Will visit every time I come to So Cal”

“We went to this restaurant on a recommendation from a family member. We rounded up to a 4 out of 5 but I think it was closer to 3.5 due to the flavor of the food and the atmosphere. The drinks were pretty delicious I must say. I had a royal tea which has gin and Brandy and it was absolutely amazing. The presentation was also really nice with a circular ice cube that had a flower inside of it. I also had a margarita which was very tasty as well. So the drinks were definitely on point. As far as the food, to me it was just a little disappointing for the price point they are at. We did have an appetizer of choosing three cheeses. All three cheeses didn't seem to have a lot of flavor and we're very similar to each other as well so pretty disappointing there.I had ordered the scallops and wagyu meatballs as well as a rare 8 oz filet. All of the food was cooked very well to my liking, however all three dishes lacked flavor and I had to add salt and pepper to all of them which was a little disappointing again considering the price point of all of them. The steak alone was 60 dollars and was just not seasoned at all. Even the sauces that food was laying on just didn't have flavor and tasted very bland. I will say every tapas dish did a good job of incorporating different textures which was really nice, just wish they had some flavor as well. The service was very well. Our waitress was extremely nice and was on top of everything. They brought us everything in a timely manner which was actually faster than we had thought. The food also came out very hot and seem to taste very fresh as well which was really nice to see.I do think the atmosphere was a little off as all the tables were very tight and very close to each other, just made it hard to get out sometimes to go to the bathroom or anything like that cuz you had to move the entire table and once they started filling up it got pretty loud and you just felt really close to the table next to you especially if they were talking loud or anything like that.Overall we did enjoy our experience, we were just a disappointed with the food or the lack of flavor on the food. I would definitely go back for drinks as they were unique and the bar had some really cool features and choices of drink there.”
“Awesome fresh, authentic food. Chef has a real passion for quality and service. Unfortunately I moved to Las Vegas and really miss the food there. It’s a must tried experience. Richard A”
“Whatta wonderful treat to be at this fabulous place! Such great classic dishes that you don’t see anymore on menus like King crab legs & all the different types of steaks. The lights are low & the service is impeccable. A gem in the coastal cities of the OC.❤️”
“Nice decor and enclosed patio seating, nice decor. Mezcal cocktails were excellent. Had the carnitas -cooked perfectly and good size portion. Husband had the seafood enchiladas that were delecious”
“Food was absolutely incredible. All the staff and waiters are extremely polite and friendly. Great experience for my birthday!”
“I ordered the Righteous Reuben and the Beach Bites. I must say that the Righteous Ruben was absolutely delicious. The Beach Bites was also a good pick I really enjoyed my food and I definitely recommend this place if you are craving some tasty pastrami.”
“Swordfish dinner was good. Waitress was nice, friendly and helpful”
“Georgio took good care of us. He and his team works really hard. The food is unbelievably good. The service was totally exceptional. I certainly will come back when I am back in town.”

“An amazing local bar. Was here both Friday and Saturday night. The Security does their job while still maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for the customers. I have traveled all over the world and honestly The bartenders here are the most professional and friendly I have ever seen. Drinks were great. The crowd was very friendly and welcoming. I had a great time here. I give them a 10 out of 10.”
“Amazing family owned business. Great food and customer service. Stuffed French toast a must.”
“Great food! Great service! This is one of the best places for lunch in Irvine!”
“The Owner was very helpful! As it was my first time at the restaurant. The food was very delicious and was with my "perfect level" of hotness!! Thanks to him and his great staff!”
“this place is amazing! everything is delish & sooo Many options to always try new things! the staff is absolutely the best! & the artwork inside is perfect for pictures! definitely our favorite place!”
“Really enjoyed a great breakfast here polite hostess and the food was absolutely delicious”
“Total hidden gem love that they have gluten free options and even all the baked goods are kept separate which is so important when you have Celiac. I appreciate that they try to reduce cross-contact so I could enjoy the delicious treats!! It’s hard to find truly gluten free options in Orange County because so many people treat it as a fad. I loved the GF coffee cake and had a scramble for breakfast. The patio is cute but a little on the smaller side. There are also seats in the garden outback. I can’t believe I hadn’t gone here sooner. Will return!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.
Parking: There is a small parking lot with a couple spots, otherwise there is street parking around the corner”
“The iced chai, churro latte (hot or cold) and their bagels are to die for. I live out of state but cannot wait to go back when I’m in So Cal! Employees are so nice too - seems as though they are very happy working there:)”
“One of my favorite coffee shops, food is always good.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp, but no automatic door opener. Also very cramped for any type of larger mobility aids. No tactile menus that I saw. Dog friendly, so may interfere with service dogs.”
“It's a small place, about 8 tables inside and a couple of seats out front. The main draw is the Japanese dry noodle bowls and appetizers (tapas). Very well seasoned and the handful of steamed rice at the end is a very well planned idea for soaking up the delicious gravy”
“Very delicious, fresh fish and great portions! My new favorite restaurant!!”
“Food was delicious champagne was nice we also enjoyed the music”
“This is my favorite restaurant! I loved it back when it was on Bristol, but I have been back to the new Red Hill location twice now and it is even more of a special dining experience. Massimo has come out to explain the history of the wine and food and the sources of his ingredients. He tells wonderful stories with a great sense of humor, and his daughter who helps serve is also very knowledgeable and delightful. I feel transported and hosted in a way I have never experienced in a restaurant. The food is amazing. The fresh handmade pasta melts in your mouth. We have eaten every dessert and they are all spectacular. Every wine and appetizer we have tried has been extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this place more.”
“This place is the Bomb! Everything we ordered was AMAZING and service was great!”
“Jujubar is the best in the OC. They have an amazing variety of bowls, smoothies and juices. Parking is limited and can be busy because of Starbucks. But it is worth it. Love Jujubar”
“The Veggie Grill Cold Noodle inspired me to write this review... One of the best things I've ever eaten in my life! Delicious sauce, and unique - much better than expected and an instant fave ??I really appreciated being able to get such wonderful food at 2:45 a.m. for takeout! Will repeat.”
“The best charcoal tongue I’ve eaten for a while. All they serve is variation of tongues. Pricey but worth it. Update!! Returned for the volcano dish. Didn’t disappoint. Yum!!!”
“Everything we had was so delicious. My 12 year old non vegan son loved it all too!”
“A friend recommended Wilson Coffee to me and boy did they deliver! Quick shipping even during these trying times, excellent coffee, plus fair trade and organic as a great bonus! Returning customer, for sure!!!”
“Delish and great staff. The staff IS family and they treat not only their customers like family, but the other staff as well. That means a lot. We had a fun time with DJ and Pleng. About the food... We had 4 dishes... Hanuman's ceviche, Tom Kha Gai, Massaman, Pad See Ew and a nice glass of Malbec. My favorites were the ceviche and Massaman. But everything was so good. Hubs liked everything. There was literally no wait at 3 pm but come soon... Once word gets out this place will have a 45 min wait just like the mother location on Bristol.”
“Very nice atmosphere, great menu with original items and large selection, friendly service, amazing sushi, and super fresh veggies for the tempura - great prices too, will repeat! ?
Vegetarian options: Veggie tempura was super fresh, enjoyed very much, will order again.”
“great food at a good price I would recommend this place to anyone”
“Found by accident great food and service excellent. Patio and in four dining. Had beef teriyaki with tempura and miso soup and salad and California roll. ReAsonable priced too”
“One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had! Food is incredible. The quality is amazing, it all came out fairly fast, and they even have fresh wasabi! I went on a Saturday and ended up there Sunday as well since I’m from out of town and had to go again! Saturday was super busy so there was a wait but all the employees greeted me and I didn’t feel ignored even while sitting at the sushi bar when they were that busy. I’ve never written a review but for these guys, just go!”
“I used to go here all the time when I lived in Costa Mesa and I still think about their almond blend smoothie ? Their staff is kind and their drinks are consistently delicious and filling!
Vegetarian options: You can substitute whey protein for plant based and they have non-dairy milk as well!”
“So happy they finally opened! Always great service! Amazing quality meat and fresh veggies!”
“The yard House has changed over the years since my first visit in 2001. The menu has gotten smaller. They used to sell jumbo prawn shrimp. However, the calamari is still available, and it is good. Also, the choices in alcoholic drinks have changed a lot. More craft beers now. Furthermore, I see the very tall beer drinking glasses have changed to a shorter version. I can understand that. Too many people were breaking them and became a problem when a person got wasted. However, it's still a great place to eat or drink on any occasion. I just miss some of my favorites not offered anymore. Love the coasters. Great artwork.Vegetarian options: Small section of items. But of course the menue can always be tailored for your liking.Parking: After coming through the main entrance. You will see parking everywhere. Handicap parking is to the right as you enter. Low to no curbs. Making traveling easy.”
“We love coming here. The food is great, and the service is friendly. I real neighborhood vibe. Love the 2145!”
“Delicious sushi, always fresh! Friendly and efficient staff. One of my favorite sushi places!”
“A true Tonkatsu shop in the OC! They even have choices for various cuts of pork to include fattiness. Served fresh on a rack just like in Tokyo. A hidden gem!”
“I would like to start off that this place is a takeout place, with that being said, this place is some of the highest quality sushi/poke places around. They have a very good poke bowl that I have order 5 times in the past month. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a quick fill for poke. The fish is high quality and fresh, the toppings taste amazing, and the portion makes sense for the price.”
“Wow! Flew in from Montana looking for a late night sushi, this place hit the spot! Everything we ordered was fantastic! Recommend trying things you even think you don't like, flavors were amazing.”
“Incredible space, excellent staff, and exceptional food and drinks. What else can be said about the amazing Wine Lab in Costa Mesa? What an honor to have been in the space.”
“Amazing authentic Ramen. Service and food was excellent. My new favorite in Lombard!”
“Great speakeasy with amazing cocktails and friendly staff. Love this place never disappoints and great for dates.”
“One of the best places in the area for drinks. Mix that with a lo-fi DJ on certain days + an animistic ambiance and you have a potent concoction for a sultry evening. Speaking concoctions, “An Incan Ruin” is a veritable elixir of mysticism x flavor. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Oysters are always super delicious and fresh! The list of oysters is extensive and ever changing. The salads are so filling and the clam chowder is the bomb! Staff is always friendly and the service is great.”
“Food was fantastic (our group's least favorite item was still delicious); staff was fantastic, helpful & sweet as they could be; the restaurant was small (make a reservation) & had a lovely ambiance. I just couldn't recommend this place more!Vegetarian options: Grilled mushrooms & garlic asparagus were delicious. Good salads & yummy edamame. They had a mixed veggie plate for the grill that I'll try next time. But the veggies will grill next to the meat.”
“We make it a priority to stop by Filomena's whenever we're in town. We usually grab it Togo and eat in the car (got 3 kiddos). Fettuccine Alfredo is our goto. All the pastas are amazing.”
“Fresh and authentic. An amazing delight and will be back!”
“Great food! Warm and very friendly greeting at the front. Best dining service provided by the staff.”
“I was invited to this place, I’m not a fan of sushi, but I can’t deny that I enjoyed the food there. The atmosphere is nice, the service is good, some of the servers were not friendly, but our server was nice and friendly. Go visit the place if you want a good bite of sushi.”
“I sat in the booth area with a girlfriend near the bar and was served by Beto. He was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and bar. If you have the chance, request beto!!!”
“Always great sashimi whenever we’re there. This place NEVER disappoints.”
“Probably driven by this place 100 times. I definitely am aware now though!!! The food was magnificent. I had the Chow Burger, and Wifee had the Smokey Grilled Chicken sandwich. Both were 10/10. We started with truffle fries which would feed 4-5 people! Be warned! Make sure to ask for Rene who was super attentive and made for a great experience for us!”
“Our server Liz and all staff were efficient and friendly. Liz went out of the way by assisting my wife in her cocktail choice. Food was vey good. The shrimp starter was delicious. The filet minion was also delicious. My hangar steak was very good too. Pleasant dinner before going across the street for a play. A hidden gem to some extent, better than a chain restaurant by far!”
“Sometimes there can be a long wait so join the waiting list”
“My family has been going here since the 1990's. You walk in, there are rich people, poor people, and everything in between. And everyone is happy and smiling. Our kids now live thousands of miles away, but whenever they visit, before can take them home from the airport, they insist on coming to Taco Mesa. No kidding.”
“Oh my godddd Brian, Jay, and the whole Yanagi Team are the masters of the sushi game! These handrolls are fireeee! California hand roll and the spicy soft crab handroll amazing!”
“Qattro Cafe in Costa Mesa California located in South Coast Plaza is one of my favorite Italian places. Drinks were delicious. Miriam the head chef and her team never disappoints. Everything that comes out of the kitchen has a touch of love. ? Pascual our server provided great service.”
“Awesome fresh, authentic food. Chef has a real passion for quality and service. Unfortunately I moved to Las Vegas and really miss the food there. It’s a must tried experience. Richard A”
“It was our first time eating there. Great food and we will be going back to try more items on the menu!Today we had the Brisket, Tri-tip, Mac & Cheese, Big Daddy Sweet Beans, Cornbread and enough leftovers for tomorrow. The cornbread was the best I’ve ever had. ?”
“I always thought this was purely a bar, but I can tell you that they have a pretty mean brunch menu! I would highly recommend coming here. It’s dog friendly, the servers are amazing, and despite being so close to Harbor it’s quite quiet.”
“Fish, soups, and service were good. Agadashi tofu was great. The biggest downside was that they didn't offer a sashimi combo platter. If that's not what you're looking for, then I highly recommend.”
“We always eat here before the theatre. Food is great, service is great, and very convenient. I like dining and then walking over to the theatre.”
“Unexpected joy exploring the art museum! ? Stopped by a nearby spot—surprised by the great atmosphere, delicious food, and kiddo-friendly vibes. ? Highly recommend for a delightful experience!”
“Nice place, clean and friendly staff. Most importantly, the food is so awesome. The owner takes pride with his food! Not only the plating looks nice, but it’s so tasty. I don’t even understand those 1 star reviews. Will definitely come back for more!”
“Delicious food and friendly staff! I would love to come back. The ravioli was very delicious. The only unpleasant part of the visit was that the water tasted very disgusting. The water tasted like barf.”
“Food is excellent here!! Must make reservation to enter. But if they tell you that tables are filled, ask for next available time frame. You won’t be sorry. It’s so good.”
“We've been coming here for years (yes we miss Jose ;) and have never had any meal or experience that wasn't top notch! Great food, great service and vibe. Healthy delicious eats.”
“Karl Strauss is 5 stars I don’t care who you are! 3 of us had dinner and drinks. Blackened Tuna tacos are big and tasty. The pub burger was a good burger. The food truck burger also good. Mac and cheese a treat. However the boneless sweet Chile garlic wing stole the show. For drinks we had the Poseidon stout - awesome smooth stout!”
“i took my younger brother to this place when he went to college at UC Irvine, and whenever i muster the balls to spend the money, i'll take the drive to visit this great place (the bill between two people is often 200 dollars, food + drinks), although, we're big eaters, and if you're conservative, i imagine you can keep the bill under a 100 bucks between two.it's awesome. just amazing. the quality of their beef and the willingness of the staff to bend over backwards for you is just incredible.”
“Have come here a few times to meet up with friends and have had great experiences every time. Service is perfect, attentive while leaving plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Good energy, cool atmosphere and definitely a good time.”
“One of my favorite sushi restaurants in the area because of the value. This restaurant is the place to go if you want to eat a lot of sushi for a great price. I highly recommend the crispy rice with spicy tuna and honestly can’t go wrong with any of their rolls.”
“My favorite kidney flower is made here with pickled pepper flavor and sauerkraut in it. The kidney flower is also very fresh and tender. The only drawback is that the kidney flower content is too little, the knife skills are lacking, and the thickness and size of the kidney flower are very irregular. The beef in the Boiled Beef and Fat Sausage Double Combo was a very thin slice of meat, not marinated for flavor, and the meat selected was relatively poor; the cold vegetable scallion chicken was a tender chicken, which was not flavorful enough, and the presentation was not bad. This small restaurant is Sichuan cuisine eaten by Chinese people. It is not catered to foreigners, but the spicy taste is mild, so it is suitable for spicy beginners.”
“Had a wonderful time, great ambiance, food is always amazing and first class service.”
“My wife and I decided to dine at Sevilla’s last night and it was our absolute best dining decision in quite a while! Let me start off by saying Sevilla’s has an amazing Happy Hour and it now goes until 7pm and on weekends too!!!!! $10 cocktails, 50% off their cold and hot Tapas, like are you for real!? On top of that… each dish was incredibly delicious so hats off to the cooks. We also had the pleasure of having Paul be our waiter while he had a new hire shadowing whose name was Bryan. Bryan was respectful and observant on how Paul did his service so props to him.As for Paul… Sevilla is blessed to have such a genuine and engaging employee who gave amazing food and drink recommendations… always knew when to check in with us and when to let us be… he walked the line incredibly well and thanks to his service, Sevilla’s food and lastly the business owners decision to have such an amazing happy hour policy - my wife and I will be coming back routinely now.Thank you Sevilla for a lovely dining experience!”

“No more Umami burgers, but tacos and burritos.Such a cute new scenery. It has beach-barrio vibes with the old school Coca-Cola tin tables that you would see down in Cabo but with a brick wall surrounding and the typical taco stand look.We had the burritos for breakfast and they were great. The mushroom burrito is definitely for mushroom lovers and/or vegetarians since they can be overpowering in the flavor. My boyfriend had the grilled chicken and he said it was better than pollo locos burritos.Their house-made chips and guacamole is delicious. Overall it was a really good experience.”
“Whatta wonderful treat to be at this fabulous place! Such great classic dishes that you don’t see anymore on menus like King crab legs & all the different types of steaks. The lights are low & the service is impeccable. A gem in the coastal cities of the OC.❤️”

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made sure my dining experience was top-notch.The salads were fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and tender texture that melted in my mouth. And don't even get me started on the pizza - it was incredible! The crust was crispy, the toppings were generous, and the combination of flavors was simply divine.I will definitely be returning soon to indulge in more of their delicious dishes and enjoy the excellent service from their wonderful staff. This restaurant is a true gem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!”
