Their staff is incredibly friendly and I always look forward to morning coffee there. Especially when the weather is nice, there are several bistro tables to enjoy fresh air and good conversation!“

From the friendly staff whom immediacy greeted us upon arrival to tbe owner who made a special trip outdoors after personally cooking our crepes in the kitchen. We tried their chicken pesto crepe w/ tomato and spinach- absolutely delicious ! And also the salmon, cream cheese, tomato, caper, red onion crepe. Yum! We also sampled their lattes both hot and cold brew and a marvelous bacon cheddar biscuit warmed up and buttered ! They have sweet crepes as well and many non- crepe options. This Cafe will not disappoint! A beautiful menu with many selections of fresh, health conscious choices as well as some slightly more indulgent pasterie options! ( and a few more diet aware pastries as well! ) Belle Vie Cafe has everything you need! … And with a great vibe , too!!! Give it a go. “During lunch break from having to serve jury duty I found this coffee shop down the street and decided to pop in. The two behind the counter were very friendly and inviting, and the special grilled cheese with tomato or bacon with soup was PERFECT . the chicken corn chowder came out piping hot and didn't even need any salt or pepper. I'm usually skeptical when someone has to make my coffee instead of me doing it, but unlike dunkin donuts the gentleman made it just right! they seem to have a familiar and friendly customer fan base, and I would definitely go back again.“

“I work close by so I am at Cilantro several times a week... and as a self-proclaimed "foodie" I highly recommend this local hot spot for delicious coffee, super tasty chicken salad, raspberry/almond scones, "yoga" cookies, matcha cookies & their peanut butter/ coconut bites! I also frequently get their matcha or golden milk lattes, both are masterfully made & delicious either hot or cold!! I usually see Helen, but everyone there is also as friendly as she is and on-point with my order. Their in-store grocery treats and savory goodies are a delightful hand-picked selection that reminds regulars & travelers why they're a favorite local business & one to support and visit often!!“

“I love G Cafe. Their cronuts (croissant donuts) are the best thing that I have ever eaten in my life. Get them warmed to make them extra delicious. And the coffee is so amazing as well! I love the milk and sugar bar that lets you fix it just how you like it. The service is always excellent. I have two little gripes: this place is expensive! Definitely not an every-day kind of coffee shop, at least for me. And secondly, the seating could definitely be better (actual tables and chairs), and there is no wi-fi. The latter is not really an issue for me, because I always get my cronuts and coffee to-go. Or perhaps, these aspects are why I get them to-go... Overall, you should definitely go to G Cafe and try their world-famous cronuts. Other items I like to indulge in are the cinnamon rolls (so unbelievably good), ham and cheese croissants, or either of the quiches.“

“Every time I visit New Haven, G Café is one of my favorite stops. It has that cozy, small-town café charm that instantly makes you feel at home.
This time, I went in hoping to get some work done, and it didn’t disappoint. There were others working too, which created a nice focused vibe. The free Wi-Fi and sunny window view made it an ideal spot to spend the afternoon.
I ordered the ham and cheese quiche—absolutely perfect—and paired it with an iced latte (requested with less ice, and to my surprise, they actually followed through!). For just $14, I got great food, great coffee, and a peaceful three-hour work session. Definitely a spot I want to come back to.“

“I like Dante's Inferno and the Columbian dark roast. The cafe boasts lovely natural lighting and essentially, the cafe is a large solarium. The cafe plays classic soul music most of the time. It's good for a quick bite. The KBT dining staff are always lovely and they roast their own beans.“

“I recently ordered a Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla & wings from Zee's. If you like spicy, this Quesadilla is for you! It was more than worth the price; it had great flavor, & it was packed! That was one big Quesadilla! I shared it with someone, because it was too much for me. Oh by the way, the garlic parm wings, & mild wings were delicious too! Don't sleep on Zee's food. It's fantastic. Also of note, check out their specialty drinks. Always something new & delicious to try!“

“This is a more silent focused cafe in a hotel, the vibe is vintage and I would say “manly”. This is a great place to do work, there’s a decent amount of seating that gets wildly occupied during school (Yale) season— be mindful of this if you are going here. There is a room with a curtain and a couple booths, providing a private place to do work. The drink options here flavor wise are somewhat limited but they do have seasonal drinks which is nice. I have never tried their food but it seems all premade, so I’m not very interested.
This business would be more enjoyable and successful if their hours of operation were to be expanded until 11 pm or 12 am, 6 days a week. There should also be an additional of halal foods or snacks for customers to purchase.“

“Cozy atmosphere, really extensive wine list and comprehensive tasting notes. I love to do a wine flight (3 2 oz. glasses) and do a blind tasting with a partner, then try to match them to the wine based off of the tasting notes. We also tried the chocolate lava cake, which was decent and a good pairing with the drinks. Service was attentive and excellent. A wonderful experience overall, and an underrated gem in the neighborhood.“

“We stumbled upon this place and the owner was amazing and welcomimg. The bartenders were just as pleasant and friendly. We stayed and ended up enjoying our entire evening there and felt like family by the time we left. We couldn't leave before enjoying Chaz's delicious food... The fish platter is a must try! We have definitely added this on our list of places we will frequent when needing a nice drink and great atmosphere.“
