“Went with my wife on Tuesday we love the Delicious fresh Mexican food, Frances was amazing she was on top of everything she was very friendly we didn’t know what to order she give us a recommendation on food was delicious also she recommended the piña colada was a good choice we will recommend Puerto Vallarta to our friends.“

“Food quality / price (value) rating 9. The atmosphere is eclectic antique Colonial home. The menu features several unusual dishes and some very original cocktails. I had the Slow Pan-Roasted Pork Chop with potato latkes and a side of sauteed mushrooms, all of which were very good. The wife had the Summer Courgetti Ribbons, a pasta and vegetable entree that was very unusual and flavorful. The prices were very fair, especially for this area of Connecticut. The service was a little lax, but in fairness, we arrived just before a big rush of dinner patrons. The manager, a young woman named Danny, was informative and took time to inform us about the restaurant's history. We had a great experience, and will certainly come again.“

“My husband and I recently hosted our baby shower for our first baby at Flinder's last weekend (3/21/26), and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We hosted roughly 55 people and utilized the entire restaurant for our private event (restaurant buyout). From the onset, Ross and Eric (Mgr. + Assistant Mgr.) were incredibly friendly, responsive to all my questions via email, and agreed to meet not once, but TWICE in-person to ensure all details were accounted for, and that our requests would be accommodated. The event ran smoothly because of their professionalism and attention to detail. During the event, the kitchen, bar, and wait staff were incredibly attentive, kind, friendly, and honestly felt like part of the party the entire time. Our family and friends raved about the entire experience, including the service, the food, and the configuration of the space. We left smiling from ear-to-ear, and are incredibly grateful to everyone at Flinder's for helping to make our baby shower a great success!“

“Our first time there and it was a wonderful experience. Saturday brunch on the upper deck (didn;t hurt that the weather was absolutely perfect). The wait staff was attentive without being overbearing and all four of us loved our food! (tuna tartare, burrata and the cheeseburger.) Must give an extra shout-out to their salt & pepper fries - they were over the top delicious - all four of us agreed on that! We'll be back!“

“we had everything from 5 different appetizers, to four entrees and 5 different desserts. We go out to eat all the time but have never gone here. So we tried it, the restaurant itself is gorgeous. The servers were very friendly and professional and on the ball. The food omg. What can I say it was magnificant. The manager came around and made sure everyone was happy, then the owner Danny came in and introduced himself. This is the best restaurant we have ever been to with the best food we have ever tasted. “Excellent place to see the 4th of July fireworks. You get ALL angels from everyone in Norwalk to westport doing fireworks show..top that with Good drinks AND a D.J you can't bet it...good people great vibe music choice was of ALL genres on the day I went which was a Friday..crowd was Grown and sexy all ethnicities great melting pot..I heard about it on IG and thought I would check it out and happy I did.😍“

“Our favorite restaurant, we go there every week or so!“

“Our first experience with this restaurant and we went during restaurant week on the last Saturday night, needless to say we were very happy! This is a gem on High Ridge road I wish I had discovered sooner. Menu selections are excellent and their offerings for restaurant week were wonderful, also a nod for honoring the promotional menu on a Saturday night which apparently isn't easy to find. Portion sizes of appetizes: Caesar salad, escargot and mix green salads all wonderful. Entrees of Chicken parm over linguini, Roasted Pork Chop and Crispy Skin Salomon all were of generous size cooked to perfection and very well seasoned. A bit more of the wonderful marinara sauce would have been great for the chicken parm. Service was a bit delayed as they were very busy, but our server was always wonderful, pleasant and very helpful! Overall experience truly outstanding and we are looking forward to visiting again and partaking in the full menu. Once again, I am happy to have discovered this restaurant which is partly what I enjoy restaurant week for...trying new places. I encourage you to try The Ridges as well!“

“Had dinner following my daughter’s graduation and everything was nothing short of excellent. We were seated promptly by a very friendly hostess. Our server was great and on top of everything. We have allergies and he went above and beyond to review the menu ensuring our meal was perfect. Food was excellent!! We had a dip, a burger, and a salad, which were all beyond our expectation. I would use the term 'fine' as they were all compelling. Lastly, our server Anna showed what true hospitality is. We feel so welcomed and relieved to be hassle free during our moments here. The only drawback was that train never passed while dining and our daughter was a bit disappointed 🫠“

“Great place. Reserved a table for 15 and was accommodated with no problem. Food came out hot, fast and delicious. Staff was very attentive to drink orders and clearing empty plates. Management cane to check on us a few times to make sure all was well. Overall experience was outstanding.“

“Catering Party @ Sally’s Apizza Fairfield On Saturday September 13, 2025, we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The food, service and staff were phenomenal. We all know how great the pizza is, but the appetizers and salads were equally great. I can’t say enough about the wonderful servers, Dan and Brandon. There were efficient, kind, friendly and polite. They went out of their way to insure everyone was having a great time. The bartenders and other staff went a long way to help make everyone enjoy the party. I also want to thank the General Manager, James Layfield and the Catering Manager, Helen Blanchard for their exceptional service and hospitality. “I went to this restaurant (Stamford) on January 24, 2016. On this day I ate a churrasco with sweet potato fries and white rice. I have to say that the food is one of the best I ever tried and the value made overall experience a greater one. My wife loved it too! Will definitely come back based on this one experience.“
