“5 ⭐️We went here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Sacred Heart University. Their location in Trumbull near the college was over an hour wait. Found out there was a second (original ) location in Stratford, On the phone they told us to come right over, they were waiting for us. When we arrived they welcomed us with open arms, were super friendly and super attentive. They treated my daughter like a super star. The food was delicious and the cocktails were so creative and tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.“

Two of our party had their chairs collapse (and no, they were not obese). Waitress was lovely, however, walked into the restaurant to use the bathroom to find several other waitresses loudly talking about how annoged they were by our table. Went back in to let my son use the restroom and they were speaking badly about another table. needless to say, wont be back. which sucks because our boat is there.“

“I stopped here for dinner after shopping at Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas, it was a good little find. I had some clam chowder and steamed clams, both were very good, they had good beer on tap too. Place had a good blue collar New England fisherman feel to it, great bartender, and its location felt like the kind of place which may be next to the dock the seafood is unloaded at. I’ll be back especially if riding my motorcycle on the CT turnpike as this place also appeared very friendly towards bikers.“

“While visiting Bridgeport, Connecticut, I stumbled upon a small but impressive spot—Banderas Latin Fusion. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the owner, who also happens to be the chef.

The menu was full of tempting options, making it hard to choose just one. What stood out immediately was the care and precision the chef put into every dish. He prepared and plated each entrée meticulously, holding all three plates behind the counter until they were perfectly finished. Only then did he bring them to the table, showing clear pride in his craft.

The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful without being overwhelmed by too much sazón or adobo, which can sometimes be the case at other Puerto Rican spots. The balance of flavors was just right.

Brittany was our server, & she was awesome! I can't recall our busboy's name but he was great with bringing bread to our table, & refilling our water glasses as needed. I had the baby arugula salad special to start, & it was so tasty & the perfect beginning before having an old favorite of mine, linguine with white clam sauce. My hubby really enjoyed the Spiedina Romano which is a kicked up mozzarella appetizer that if he fully polished it off, he wouldn't have ate his Chicken Piccata then tangerine sorbet afterwards! “Once again last night you did not disappoint me. Food was great, Service was great, Drinks, well, Espresso Martini, I can drink them all night. I don't have a unpleasant thing to say. Was there with some friends of mine and their daughter who's back from school for a long weekend. No pictures of food, you know what your food looks like. Probably 50% cheaper than some of the restaurants a little further down the Post Rd in Fairfield Center that I drove by. I never feel rushed at your place. “Ended up here for a lovely Wednesday afternoon at the end of the summer. There are plenty of picnic tables and benches to sit at. Most have umbrellas to protect from the sun as well as the seagulls. There are lots of birds that get all up in your business so be prepared for that.

I grew up in CT but have moved away so scoring a good basket of Fried Clam strips was number 1 on my things to do list and I wasn’t disappointed! The strips were plentiful and the fries were tasty. They didn’t have Heinz ketchup but the fries were so yummy I didn’t need ketchup anyways. The tarter sauce was fresh and just perfect. It’s not cheap but the food and atmosphere are definitely worth the price of admission!“
