“There I was, freezing cold, battered, bruised, bloody, and limping down Mountain Road on a frigid, damp January night when all of a sudden I felt a higher power guiding me to the bright warm lights of this establishment. I opened the door I felt the soul healing warmth of the toaster ovens gently caress my body as the young muscular sandwich artist greeted me with a smile. His voice, soft but deep, was like the purr of a tiger. He asked me what I would like and I responded "A hug." and there we embraced for no less than 30 minutes. I felt safe in his arms. His biceps pressing against my back with a gentle squeeze that let me know that he would keep me safe. Once we broke from the hug he fed me black olives one at a time whilst I knelt down in front of him. The best part of this encounter was the fact that he didn't charge me at all.“

“We stopped at Rail Trail Ale House for lunch on a beautiful fall Saturday and had a great time. We shared the giant pretzel, then split the pastrami sandwich, and both were excellent. I had the Queen Bee and my husband had the Shipyard Oktoberfest, both perfect for the day.

What made the visit was the people. The owner stopped by to chat and couldn't have been lovelier, and the staff was fantastic from start to finish. A rep from Counterweight Brewing was there giving out samples of their German-style beer, which was wonderful, a fun surprise.

The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, the kind of spot where you want to linger. It's right down the road from Congamond Lake, so it's easy to make a whole afternoon of it. We'll definitely be back!“

“I just had an experience in Chick-Fil-A in Enfield CT where an unfortunate moment happened (nothing bad with chick fil a). I was sitting with 4 of my friends and one of the chick fil a workers was bringing one of my friends his milkshake. As she was leaving, he stood up and went to go throw something in the trash but responded to her, commenting on the fact that she forgot to say “my pleasure”. Clearly taken back by it visually, she still maintained complete composure and even gave us a free ice cream which we couldn’t possibly accept. I’m writing this strictly to commend the efforts of this woman, whom I didn’t catch the name of but could recognize by face, and her sheer strength to put her job over her feelings. We of course apologized profusely for our friend (he apologized as well) and I would like to send one last apology to that lovely woman who took care of us tonight. Thank you so much!“

Been working with customer retail service she should know that excellent customer service is a key to success business, make the customer wanted to go back and order, or she doesn’t know that is us who goes and order, eats are the one who pay her salary, if you have a good service you get a good business. So can someone let her or any manager know that If she doesn’t know how to treat customers she should be working in the drive through window. Love this Taco Bell but her actitud is not the best one.“

The flavors, the texture and the freshness are always there. What makes it even better is the price, for just 3 dollars, you get a meat filled Alcapurria from start to finish. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a long time myself, I know exactly how demanding frontline service jobs are, and Sara’s overall demeanor was absolutely outstanding. I believe we should reward the positive instead of dwelling on the negative, which is why I’m writing this review. When I needed assistance with my order, she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and resolved it instantly with a great attitude. I also watched her gracefully de-escalate a customer issue that could have easily become difficult. While the manager on duty was less than polite over a minor request and walked away, Sara remained completely patient, polite, and highly professional, keeping her focus entirely on taking care of the guest. In my experience, although I do not frequent fast food establishments regularly, it is rare to see their employees who are this attentive, poised, and genuinely concerned for the customer experience. Sara stood out in the best way possible, and corporate and franchise leadership need to recognize her for her exceptional service and leadership potential. She is an absolute asset to this team! Sometimes the simplest positive action or communication can change the entire outlook of someone’s day. We all need to remember that.“

Breadsticks are rock. Heavy vibes tho and is a historical landmark. Check ur veggie Mexican pizza before eating if you are vegetarian-they screwed it up and my dad was on the toilet.“

“I have a personal beef with Subway!!they got rid of their wraps??Are you kidding me right now!!!!!..but this is my veggie stop what I usually do is order veggie wraps for 3 weeks 6 days a week and I noticed weight loss and it's healthy. The flat bread is not a good option and why because it falls apart while eating its MESSSY SLOPPY. That's just my opinion.“

“This subway is worth going out of your way to compared to others nearby. There is a VERY sweet and kind woman who works there who very clearly cares about her customers. She has baked me fresh cookies when there was none readily available. As well as when she makes my subs, they're always carefully packed, and look picturesque. She was even thoughtful enough to remind me that the cheese for my pretzel didn't come hot and advised me to microwave it in a separate container---so thoughtful and sweet!! 10/10!!!!“
