The Tiradito appetizer was a revelation – the fresh salmon, tuna, and white fish, simply dressed in lime juice with a hint of salt and seeds, were melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The sushi pizza? An addictive fusion of Latin flavors that's impossible to resist. I also tried two new items: the Kiss Me Twice Roll with roasted bell peppers and the Dubai Crepe, both instant favorites. Any angle you look at it: food quality, taste and presentation; service impeccable; cocktails far from average & usual - interesting, full flavor, gorgeously presented. The dishes and cups. The edible bright flowers that bring life and color to the plate. The waiters! Knowledgeable, delicate, with a sense of humor. Violinist - modernistic rap music that sounds like Bach. Ambiance. The light low key table lamps that look like candles. Beautiful photography and chachkas on the walls. One of the main courses we ordered - polenta with crab meat. I could just do this polenta alone like a dessert cream brûlée. It's a place to return to. “Authentic Japanese sushi and sashimi bar in the center of Miami.

The yellowtail and chu-toro sashimi were the freshest we have tasted so far in South Florida. We went early and we're the only ones so we had all the attention of the waitress and the chef. Our dishes were prepared right in front of us.

Portions seemed small yet we were full by the time we were done with desert. It was yet another perfect lunch.

Omakase is also available but only during the week at 6om and advanced reservation is required.“

“I finally got a chance to take my girlfriend to Katana for a dinner date as we have tried dining here on several occasions but they're constantly at max capacity. It's a unique venue as it only has seating for about 20 people. The sushi selection is plentiful, although, the quality of the sushi could have been better but you can also order from their regular food menu. Overall, I give them a 4. Katana has the potential to become a 5, but between the long wait time to be seated and the mediocre sushi quality, I have to go with a 4. I would've liked to see more of the expensive sushi plates $8+ going around the sushi river. I recommend visiting.“

You like spicy they have it, you don't want they have it, udon you got it. Great place have enjoyed it so much we got 2 of our kids a via gift card as an XMAS present this year so they could go. O and BTW the prices are Soo reasonable especially in this economy. Check them out and you'll be a fan too“

“Authentic Peruvian fusion cuisine with amazing atmosphere and outstanding service. A true gem In Pinecrest. The ceviche is the best in town with real fresh fish. My favorite is the Apaltado 1111 Ceviche with the amazing leche de Tigre and avocados !! The sticky shrimps are a must. 1111 has a fabulous Pisco sour selection and imported drinks. Don’t leave without finishing with a sweet bite of the dreamy suspiro limeño it will literally take your breath away. The Friday life music was fantastic too. May I also add that the home delivery service is fantastic, the food will arrive quickly, in perfect presentation and fresh, same quality as in the restaurant. I just plated it and had a gorgeous and delicious dinner party at home.“

The food is divine and consistently delicious. The service and atmosphere is always fantastic. The staff is so friendly and the manager, Hayes, brings amazing energy to this spot! If there’s any place your looking to go out to eat, it should be Sushi Bichi!! I really could not recommend it more.“
