“Authentic Cuban food, generous portions, excellent service and atmosphere. We had the classics ropa vieja and vaca frita, both were delicious - finished our meal with a coconut flan and cuban coffee. Our new favorite restaurant in north Miami!“

“Wanted to eat some authentic Cuban food while visiting South Beach. What I got was WAYYYYY more! Nicholas was amazing. Everyone from the host, to the food runners were so nice!

The mango mojito is worth every dollar and their rum could be served on ice! It’s that good.

I got the fried chicken and my partner got the Cuban sandwich( this was his first one ever so he was blown away ) what a great introduction! My mojito chicken was cooked to perfection, the mojito was soooo flavorful and the meat fell right off the bone.

If you’re debating here or the place next door, I say here first, next door the next day. I believe they’re all sister restaurants so I’d assume similar service and quality of food haha.“

“We had a wonderful break at the legendary News Cafe, which perfectly captures the vibrant spirit of Ocean Drive.
Service & Staff: The staff were extremely sweet, friendly, and attentive. We were so impressed by their warm hospitality.
Food & Quality: Everything we ordered was super delicious and fresh; the quality of the food completely met our expectations.
Pricing: The prices are slightly on the higher side due to its prime location on Ocean Drive, but considering the quality of the food and the lovely service, it was worth every bit.

“We choose it for dinner based on the reviews but after our experience we agree that the rating is too high. The serving was mediocre, the mojito was served in a water glass. We ordered pizza for the kids and the salami was spicy, they couldn’t eat it- a heads up would have been mandatory in this case. Despite all that the paella was very tasty, and one is enough to serve 2 persons. The prices are in the average scale for Ocean Drive.“

“I celebrated my birthday at Tin Tin Restaurant in Little Havana, and I was pleasantly surprised by how incredible the experience was! The decor and ambiance were lovely, the food was amazing, and the service truly set it apart—the entire team, including Laura, the chef, and the owner, were exceptionally helpful, warm, and personable. My only suggestion would be to add at least one vegan option to their focused, limited menu, but every single item we tried was outstanding and I highly recommend dining here!“

“There was more service for the politician in the backroom then those of us in the main dining room. Also, why have papa rellenas on the restaurant menu when only available on the cafeteria side. You may have a good reputation but ALL customers matter and not only the politicians giving a press release.“

“Top notch ocean hotel located in the heart of South Beach Miami FL
Hotel manager Joaquin does a top notch job managing this 5 star hotel.
I had a little incident with my son having a grand mall seizure. I had to leave the hotel to be with him at Mount Sinai Hospital. They acting like family and helped me with a difficult situation.
Alex running second shift, cared for my dogs which I had with me.
Sophia helped me move and so much more.
Hughes also played a big part in supporting me. I haven't had that kind of service before and I travel exclusively
Give it a try and prices where reasonable.

The service was impeccable, Carlos was so kind and attentive. And the food and drinks were delicious, I loved their menu options and their Cuban Asian fusion. The live music was also very nice and enjoyable, I enjoyed that the musicians interacted with the crowd and they played great throwback songs. “Ball & Chain was one of the highlights of my Miami trip! I was on a tour and short on time, but our waitress Pamela took great care of us. She got our food out quickly, and she was so sweet, kind, and full of great energy the whole time.

As a vegetarian, I always struggle to find places with food that actually tastes good, but this place hit a bull’s eye. The veggie wrap was packed with flavor, and the fries tasted like real fresh potatoes! We finished with churros, and honestly, they might be the best churros I’ve ever had.

Everything was fresh, the service was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. A must!!!“
