I went to Rusty Bellies with my sighted friend. When our waiter, Adam, brought my drink, he noticed me searching for the straw and he pointed me right to where it was. I asked him for a few minutes, because I was using my smart glasses to read the menu which he said was completely fine. I ordered the surf and turf, so I asked if I could have my steak cut up into bight sized pieces. He took the time to verify exactly what I wanted and when the food came, he asked me if it was all right, which of course, it was done to perfection. During the meal, another woman came up to fill up our waters, and she told me right where to put my glass so she could reach it. When Adam brought our bill, he read it to me before I even asked him.
In all, the food was amazing, and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend it!“

“Walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile by Malcom who helped us choose the best options. I so wanted to try the gizzards but they were sold out-they must be good! We had the garlic snow crab platter and had them spice it up a bit, so buttery and flaky. We also tried the garlic shrimp platter which had plenty of large shrimp and both had delicious butter soaked potatoes and corn on the cob too. Then we had the fried catfish with seasoned fries. This is a take out only location and all the better for it. When we picked up our order we got to meet "Little Pompey" who was rang us up and thanked us for our business. Any platter you choose Snow Crab, Blue Crab, Shrimp will be worth it just ask for a little heat if you like it!“

“Our server was so sweet and attentive. Food was excellent. We had mussels, lobster tail and Lazy Lobster with french fries. Everything was really delicious and nice portions. The restaurant is casual and comfortable, but really nice. There was live music, but not too loud that we couldn't talk during our meal. A little pricey, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend!“

I am always greeted with a smile and they are happy to make my food to order ( I always seem to have substitutions) Sometimes they are super busy, but they will always make you a priority and value everyone who comes in the door. I read the reviews and they were great.. but sometimes a place has good reviews and then it’s not that great after all. lol I am very happy to report Pineapple Jacks did not disappoint.. I had a blueberry mule make w blueberry vodka. It was very good and different, not too sweet either. We ordered the fish N Chips, replaced coleslaw w side salad. Even the salad was very good made w cheese, bacon, cucumber, purple onion, and homemade balsamic. The Fish was fresh and fries thick/crispy for only $16. Not to mention it was a huge platter. A Must have, the stuffed pineapple!! OMG coconut pineapple rice, steamed broccoli, sirloin steak, skewer of shrimp, and topped off w a teriyaki drizzle. All of it was amazing, steak not chewy and cooked to perfection. I don’t normally like rice too much but theirs was out of this world.. and was only $26.. Let’s not forget dessert.. Pineapple upside down cake with ice cream. The cake was hot and so moist it melted in your mouth. The waitress Michelle was very friendly and there anytime we needed her. Our bill was a total of $62 and well worth it. We got a lot of food and it waz amazing, we didn’t feel like we got ripped off like a lot of other places.“

Our server Devon did an outstanding job and was absolutely fine regarding our request for multiple checks. The food was simply delicious and the prices were reasonable. The only criticism was that the rice was cold to the touch and palate upon arrival and that the fish was a little overdone, which made it a bit dry. We will return to enjoy again with some requests to be communicated to our server.“
