“I recently visited Miami and I'm so glad I ate here. This was the best sushi I've had in years. it was so fresh, and delicious. I had the tuna tataki which was amazing. Unlike a lot of restaurants that use a lot of fillers like tempura flakes in their tataki, the tataki here was full of fish and the tobiko. I keep thinking about it! it also had so much fish that this, one order of salmon sushi and a miso soup was all I needed. This will 100% be one of my first stops anytime I'm in the area.“

I had the best fish here since I’ve moved to Miami.
They will give you options of glasses for your sake (if ordered) that they buy from Japan.
The fish also comes from Japan and they had fishes I’ve never heard of before.
I was very excited to try new flavors and our server explained everything we needed to know from the taste of the fish to how it is prepared.
I would come here every week and not get tired of it. Highly recommend!“

“15 course tasting Japanese omakase, you can taste the freshness in every bite. Some of the best tuna you will have in Miami. The 2 chefs are in action right in front of you and 11 more people max. Big eaters will think it’s not enough food to fill the stomach. But you can alway order extra sashimi in the ones you liked. We ordered some extra O-toro, Chu-toro and the Unagi with caviar. It was so delicious.“

“I had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was great, but what really stood out was the service. Fabiola was very attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire visit.

And I especially have to highlight LUISA — her drinks were AMAZING. You can really tell how much talent and dedication she puts into every cocktail. Every drink was perfectly made, with incredible flavor and presentation. Honestly, some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. “I’m not one to leave a bunch of reviews. Double Knot was something the Ave desperately needed. The atmosphere and welcome are second to none. We sat at the bar and Nikki took the best care of us we have had in years. She was also running service bar for the whole restaurant. Absolutely crushed it! The manager Nicole was more than accommodating. She was attentive and I basically let her order my entire meal. There were no misses. From the tuna tartar to the wagyu bavette steak, everything came out quick and presented perfectly and delicious. Edamame dumplings were incredible. All the nigiri and small plates as well. Probably the most unlikely star of the show was their soft serve ice cream. Basically had everything on the menu and already planning my next visit. What an awesome experience. 10/10“

“We had a wonderful lunch at Sushi Sake Miami Springs with my wife and another couple, who are also friends and Miami Springs residents. Everything was excellent, the food, the service, and the overall value.

Marianna took great care of us and made the experience even better with her friendly and attentive service. The servings were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I am always especially careful when eating raw fish, but everything we ordered tasted fresh, well prepared, and of excellent quality.

We are lucky to have a place like Sushi Sake right here in Miami Springs, so close to home. We will definitely be back!“

Everything came to perfection. Truly. Also I’m a carrot cake snob and that was by the far the best carrot cake I’ve had in Miami. It was so refreshing with the Greek yogurt cream and meringue slices on top. This is my new favorite restaurant in Miami! He is attentive, he makes the best drinks - try his margarita and the nigori fizz, it’s his best. Of food, I recommend the dates, the Asian wings and, of course, the hibachi. Just come and enjoy! 😊“

“This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the US. I’ve lived in NYC, LA, Miami and this is the closest you’ll get to an authentic Japanese experience and setting. I lived in Brickell and find myself here once a week. Chef Takashi is an accomplished chef who prefers to operate in an intimate setting. He procures his Salmon from Scotland and his Tuna from Japan. No bad cuts, rice is perfect always. Every dish is excellent - sushi but also the salads and the hot dishes (gyu don, curry chicken, salmon belly). The setting feels like a small Japanese market where you’re surrounded by Japanese snacks and food supplies.“

“This is my new sushi spot. Easiest 5 star I think I’ve reviewed. I love sushi and Tokyo Tuna has some of the freshest sashimi I’ve ever had specifically the tuna. The Avocado roll was pretty good and the nigiri was a perfect rice to fish ratio. The spicy octopus and gyoza were a great appetizer. And the lychee drink was a great addition to the overall meal. The Thai donuts were literally perfect, soft inside with some having nice layers and others being a nice ball of dough ( great server recommendation). The mochi was alright, definitely the worst part but when everything is on point something to be the worst. Our service was good, didn’t wait too long and we didn’t feel rushed. Will 100% be back to try other dishes.“

“I've been meaning to try Sushi Corner after reading many reviews about how tasty and affordable this restaurant is, finding all these reviews to be completely true! This hole in the wall gem of West Kendall is well worth your time to try! I came in with my boyfriend last night to their small no frills location and was immediately greeted by our server who was very attentive throughout our whole meal. It's true that they do serve everything using plastic ware which to me doesn't matter at all. I care about the quality of food and the food is definitely top notch! My boyfriend and I decided to order various menu items to share. I started with a hot bowl of Miso Soup $2 which was good; loved the portion which I felt was more than most places. Next we had the Rainbow Roll $10 (California roll topped w/various fish) which was glaringly fresh and came out beautifully. The Sexy Roll $10 (fish tempura, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, rolled w/soy paper, tempura flakes, eel sauce, spicy mayo) was by far my favorite just because of all the incredible flavors in it. The Florida Roll $9 (spicy conch, cucumber, masago) definitely surprised me with its spice level and amount of conch within it. Lastly, we ordered the Sushi Corner Fried Rice $8 (chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and masago) which ultimately surprised me in portion and tastiness. The fried rice isn't over done with soy sauce so it remains tasting light though its also savory because of a smoky flavor. So tasty! Can't wait to try your other roles and highly recommend to anyone in the area as I think they also deliver!“

“I don’t write reviews much at all. But upon trying this place for the first time and being a quarter into my meal I just had to write one. The presentation (especially getting it delivered for takeout) went above and beyond. My picture I’ll provide probably won’t do it justice. I ordered the 30 piece Dragon Tempura, Tori, and Heaven rolls. All of them were excellent. All in all an 11/10 would definitely recommend to a sushi lover. Great job guys“

“Me and my sister went out for lunch and we were looking for a good Japanese restaurant and I found Umaimon and it is the best Japanese restaurant we've had in Miami. If I had to eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life this is the one. The owner is so nice so polite the kindest owner I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The food is authentic delicious me and my sister shared the onigiri bento box and it was amazing all the food is great we had the spicy tuna mayonnaise onigiri and it was the best onigiri I've had. I had a poke bowl and my sister had a spicy miso ramen and they were both amazing the poke bowl is so fresh and delicious its simple but amazing and the spicy miso ramen has an amazing depth of flavor. The matcha shaved ice is spectacular the owner gives you matcha sweetener to control your sweetness and it was amazing the only problem I had was I didn't order everything twice it was all so good. The portions are more than enough its so filling. If I had to describe my experience in one sentence I would say, the food was amazing the owners so kind and im definitely coming back. And if you park in the parking garage he validates your parking.“

“We went there for my birthday and we loved it! The restaurant's ambience was so inviting and upscale, food was very interesting and delicious, and drinks were pretty! We loved crispy rice spicy tuna- very crispy, and rock shrimps were great which made us order rock shrimp roll( my favorite)! Drinks were a little strange- fortune teller was very specific, i was expecting more whisky flavor, but it tasted more sour.
