She went above and beyond for our group this evening. Everyone's food looked and smelled delicious; hoagies, salads, calzones, pizzas, etc. I will definitely go again.”

“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.”

“My niece came to visit and wanted to take us to a nice dinner, something unusual. We arrived to an empty restaurant, (can't imagine why?) only the chefs in the kitchen. We were immediately welcomed, seated, handed menus and drink orders taken! We really received excellent customer service. We selected the Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Wrapped Quail starters. How delicious and such appealing presentation. We shared a salad and selected the Beef Brisket Ravioli entree. OMG! I knew the minute I bit into the pasta, it was homemade and cooked to perfection! We plan to attend brunch soon! Kudos to the chefs, not only for the fabulous meal, but fantastic service as well!”

“We have been coming to Sonny;s for years and enjoy to food. But the last three times we came we had a waitress name Brittney who really put a bad taste in our mouth. She didn't seem to have time to take our order, she had an attitude and when the food was brought out she practically threw it on the table. She never came back to the table to check on us until one of our party said something to the manage and then it was with attitude. If it was busy I could understand, it was not. maybe she was having a bad day, all three times! Needless to say, we won't be coming back, nor any of my family because they had the same experience with the same girl. what happen to customer courtesy. I will drive to Lee Co or Sylvester to get my BBQ from now on. I hate one bad apple spoils the whole basket.”

“I order take out from Peking House at least 5 or 6 times a year. The food is consistently good, reasonably priced with good portion sizes. White or fried rice comes with entrees like beef with broccoli which I expect. The vegetables are cooked perfectly and the food is deliciously flavorful. I usually get egg rolls which are crispy and delicious. The shrimp fried rice has nice big shrimp and the combination fried rice has plenty of 3 different meats. They put chicken in their hot & sour soup, which is delicious and slightly spicy. I've always been satisfied with the food I order and sauces available.”

Very organized..everyone from guard , to shuttle drive to paperwork lady was super nice and explained step by step what to do. The snake picture and review lol.. they do have an over flow lot thats in the woods. Maybe thats where he got it? Looked woodsy back there but its Georgia there are critters. We did not go back there. Anyways easy great expieriance. Cant relate to others expieriances at all.”

“Very blessed to have chosen this Marcos location for dinner this evening. My boyfriend, dogs and I are staying here temporarily in survival of the hurricane. I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This GM went above and beyond to provide my family another pizza free of charge and he asked me if I needed anything else, to let him know. This means so much for me and my family. Thank you again so much 🙏🏻✨”

The wings and Philly sandwiches are good too. Limited menu items so everything they do make is really good. Small waiting area. You can sit and eat, but most ppl just order to go. Staff is not always personable, but never seen be rude either. They are all busy doing their jobs, and doing them well.”

“Food is great as always BUT what stuck out to me was the person that greeted us at the door with the biggest smile on his face completed with a high five 😁 My son worked at the branch located in Warner Robins and has a what some call a disability, as this young man does . I call it extra blessed ! After talking with the manager who was going around checking on each guest I found out this young man has been here 10 years after leaving Easter Seals and this speaks volumes to me about this chain. Not only to they give them work but they are front and center and frankly the most welcoming friendly face to see and it just made my day and warmed my heart ♥️ Cheddars keep doing what do, this choice not only makes the restaurant warmer but it changes lives :)”

“The location at Westover Rd has the worst service of any fast food restaurant. I was called racist names by the cashier because I asked for napkins and a straw. Called several times to speak to a manager, who kept hanging up on me. Unbelievable!”

“Mitchell is serving up some slammin' BBQ! I've had the ribs, chicken wings, brisket, brisket burger, and BBQ sandwich. I love the brisket burger - so tender, flavorful, with all my favorite fixings- you cant go wrong. The sides are delicious, personally I love the cheesy potatoes. All in all Mitchell and his staff are serving up tasty award winning (Pig Jig) food choices with friendly service.”

“We have gone several times over the last few months. I try to order ahead to save time in the mornings. I have noticed on 3 separate occasions that an added topping I've paid for is not added to my acai bowl - but it's usually after I've driven away. But yesterday, I ordered a bowl ahead and then when I arrived to pick up, I also added an Iced Expresso. They pulled me up and only brought out the Expresso. They then told me they couldn't find my online order - so I show the young lady my receipt and then they make the acai bowl and bring it to me as well. I thanked them and went to work - not really examining it due to the extra time it took as I was trying to get to work. But when I got to work, I noticed my bowl was quite sparce. I paid $17 for this bowl with hardly any Acai base in it 😢. The occasional missed topping here and there I can let slide, especially if I didn't take the time to notice it before I drive off. But I was so disappointed in this bowl.
In general, I really like this place - nice service, delicious bowls made with fresh ingredients. I would just say to look at your order thoroughly before leaving.

Update: I have gone back a few more times since my last review. I was even asked by one of the young ladies, if I was the same person that left the review. She apologized for the way the bowl was made. She stated she wasn't a manager or owner, and couldn't respond to the review, but agreed that the bowl is not their usual standard. I appreciated the acknowledgement. She was so professional and so cordial. I even decided to place a large order for my team and I that had to work on Christmas Eve and everyone loved their smoothies & bowls! ♥️🍧🥤”
