“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.”

“The best Honey Baked Ham Cafe I have been to. You can fill out a card and check exactly every thing you want on your sandwich. When I order at another Honey Baked I have to tell the cashier what I want. Sometimes I forget something and other times the cashier misses one of the details. The ordering card reminds me of everything I want and also reminds me of all the other things I can get with my sandwich to make it a complete lunch. I take clients there often. It's real food, not processed.”

“I order take out from Peking House at least 5 or 6 times a year. The food is consistently good, reasonably priced with good portion sizes. White or fried rice comes with entrees like beef with broccoli which I expect. The vegetables are cooked perfectly and the food is deliciously flavorful. I usually get egg rolls which are crispy and delicious. The shrimp fried rice has nice big shrimp and the combination fried rice has plenty of 3 different meats. They put chicken in their hot & sour soup, which is delicious and slightly spicy. I've always been satisfied with the food I order and sauces available.”

“As a truck driver, I always appreciate something different than McD’s or Taco Bell or Subway. I didn’t expect much, as I have learned this world is not what it used to be. But here, everyone was so kind and welcoming. We were greeted immediately, our server was Sharell and lemme tell you how sweet of a lady she was! The world needs more of her in it! She deserves a bonus or at least serious recognition for what kind of a person she was to us. Thank you, Sharell, and to everyone else working!”

“My family and I have invested in the Gold Pass offered here (like a membership) and we’re here OFTEN. The food and service is always outstanding. With our gold pass there’s a 50% discount on the food which makes it really affordable. We also got the reusable cups, so never pay for drinks. Since this is an indoor activity for the kids to stay entertained for 2-3 hours, it’s a frequently requested family activity in our household. I would definitely recommend this location over the other Chuck E. Cheese locations we’ve been in the past. Way cleaner and way friendlier!”

The wings and Philly sandwiches are good too. Limited menu items so everything they do make is really good. Small waiting area. You can sit and eat, but most ppl just order to go. Staff is not always personable, but never seen be rude either. They are all busy doing their jobs, and doing them well.”

“Very blessed to have chosen this Marcos location for dinner this evening. My boyfriend, dogs and I are staying here temporarily in survival of the hurricane. I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This GM went above and beyond to provide my family another pizza free of charge and he asked me if I needed anything else, to let him know. This means so much for me and my family. “It was hard to grade this survey at first because the Jacks online ordering app is completely crap! 💩 I tried to place an order, my adult son tried to place an order and when we went into the restaurant, the manager tried to place the order! By this time, I received a message saying that I had tried too many times and the site was locked 🔒 The wonderful manager did everything possible to get the online promotion price applied to our purchase. There were two no three different ladies that apologized to us for the inconvenience. PLEASE do something about the app. We love everything at Jacks and enjoy eating there after church, on shopping trips and just because I don’t feel like cooking.”
