“So far we’ve had a great experience, we go approximately once a month maybe twice. Their steak is one of the best I’ve had in Albany, the other one is chilis.

“First hand the atmosphere is ok. Ordered a top shelf margarita that was mostly lime juice, was not good all Our waitress Taylor took the drink off for us. I tried the sea scallops and they were cooked decently. I also had the blackened shrimp and it felt lacking as there were only 6 large shrimp(felt like an appetizer dish instead of a 2 meat meal). The chipotle Gouda grits were good as I like spicy things and the mashed potatoes were good. My wife’s grouper tasted ok and looked smaller than what you would have expected. This was our 2nd attempt at the catch and while I say I would recommend I recommend them once a year or once every 6 months.”

“My family and I have invested in the Gold Pass offered here (like a membership) and we’re here OFTEN. The food and service is always outstanding. With our gold pass there’s a 50% discount on the food which makes it really affordable. We also got the reusable cups, so never pay for drinks. Since this is an indoor activity for the kids to stay entertained for 2-3 hours, it’s a frequently requested family activity in our household. I would definitely recommend this location over the other Chuck E. Cheese locations we’ve been in the past. Way cleaner and way friendlier!”

“Not bad at all......My appointment was for 10:30 pm I check in by 12 pm and the girl on front told me that they could load me around 7:00 pm, either way she check me in and let me park inside and by 3 they give me a dock and out by 4:30 pm...Great job.. free accurate scale on site so I give them 5 stars...also I noticed that even is some bad reviews they move fast from 12 pm to 4:30 pm I saw more than 25 trucks get loaded and out .....cool ppl, plenty space and good communication....”

“We eat here once a week. The queso fundido and the Fajitas Molcajate are better than anyone. They have some of the best home made salsas that are very hot/spicy! Be sure to add 2 or 3 Victoria Cerveceria Modelo's to cool yourself down. I give it 5 stars every time. The Mr. Carson burrito is also amazing.”

“Food was very good. Wife got lasagna and I got soup and salad. The salad was very generous. The lasagna and soup was excellent. The soup bowls were filled higher than I have ever seen. I got three of the 4 soups, each one was very good . Service was good but very hasty. Would be nice if server was a little more relaxed. The rush hour was finishing up and was still under some pressure but even at that it's hard for the customer to relax when the server is wound up.

The wings and Philly sandwiches are good too. Limited menu items so everything they do make is really good. Small waiting area. You can sit and eat, but most ppl just order to go. Staff is not always personable, but never seen be rude either. They are all busy doing their jobs, and doing them well.”

“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.”

“Very blessed to have chosen this Marcos location for dinner this evening. My boyfriend, dogs and I are staying here temporarily in survival of the hurricane. I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This GM went above and beyond to provide my family another pizza free of charge and he asked me if I needed anything else, to let him know. This means so much for me and my family. Thank you again so much 🙏🏻✨”

“We have been coming to Sonny;s for years and enjoy to food. But the last three times we came we had a waitress name Brittney who really put a bad taste in our mouth. She didn't seem to have time to take our order, she had an attitude and when the food was brought out she practically threw it on the table. She never came back to the table to check on us until one of our party said something to the manage and then it was with attitude. If it was busy I could understand, it was not. maybe she was having a bad day, all three times! Needless to say, we won't be coming back, nor any of my family because they had the same experience with the same girl. what happen to customer courtesy. I will drive to Lee Co or Sylvester to get my BBQ from now on. I hate one bad apple spoils the whole basket.”

I was pleasantly surprised to see them frequently refreshing the buffet despite only having a few guests in house while we were there. I was not overly impressed with the food on the buffet, but primarily because my favorite items weren't on the menu. (I'm a picky eater. Perhaps they have them on busier days). I was sadly unimpressed with the egg rolls and spring rolls, but the Chinese donut that I ended the meal with was perfectly crispy, soft, warm and delicious. Overall great value, excellent attentive service and fresh food.”

“Always loved breaktime. Right size place, right people, whether friend or not. Staff is cool. Laid back environment. Beer but no liquor on site, less risk of violent altercations. It is also cool to ban unnecessary risk people to keep the rest of us safe and sound. I've been coming here since i was a teen alone without ever a problem.”

“Food is always good. Occasionally the wing size is questionable, but not often. Lots of wing flavors. Honey lemon pepper is my favorite. Fried rice is good. Whatever wing sauce you get is great added to the fries. Staff usually sucks if I'm being honest. The cashiers never even say hello, much less ask what you would like to order. I've seen them argue and fight with customers (ngl its been triggered by lousy customers every time, but still inappropriate by an employee). You don't go here for the service, you go for the food. The food is good enough that you overlook these things. They do well enough that they don't even have a phone or do call in orders. There is plenty of seating while you wait. Most people just wait on their food and go. You could sit there and eat, but its not somewhere I'd want to stay and eat at.”

The girl who took my order didn’t tell the guy making the drinks so when I saw my target app tell me my order was a Trenta and grande I went to ask the barista (a blonde guy) he thought I did a mobile order and anyways after a bit of back n forth he realized and started making my drink. He made 2 trentas and we’re now on the way home again. Wanted to leave a review for him being nice about it. I forgot to get his name unfortunately”

I've seen Ronnie pull ribs right off the smoker and bring them inside to serve. You can go to the chain restaurants in Albany but this place has the best tasting barbecue in town.”

“Good food mostly. Every once in a while the chicken will be fried too hard. Usually have to pull forward and wait if using the drive thru even though they aren't busy but that's because it's fresh and I don't mind. The manager is very friendly and runs a great store. I eat here twice a week for a reason.”

“Tasty foods and good selections to choose from. I assume the orders are cooked when you place them at the speaker, for the drive thru timing is SLOW! The food that I had was worth the wait though…”

Three times with no questions asked the store was also very gracious and handling customers who were there who appeared to be homeless they serve them they allow them to come in and have a seat from the heat, my hand goes up to the manager and the owner of the store.”
