“I have been eating here for a few years now and I have never had an issue, not once! My food is ALWAYS good, pizza and sandwiches always hot and salads are always fresh! My favorite is Newks Q sandwich or pizza and their Cesar salad with their homemade Cesar dressing! OMG 😋🤤”

“My family and I have invested in the Gold Pass offered here (like a membership) and we’re here OFTEN. The food and service is always outstanding. With our gold pass there’s a 50% discount on the food which makes it really affordable. We also got the reusable cups, so never pay for drinks. Since this is an indoor activity for the kids to stay entertained for 2-3 hours, it’s a frequently requested family activity in our household. I would definitely recommend this location over the other Chuck E. Cheese locations we’ve been in the past. Way cleaner and way friendlier!”

“The picture doesn't do it justice. While the food was good, the place was extremely dirty. I watched tables being cleared and servers cleaning tables but using the same.dirty rag om.many tables. At no point was there any attempt to clean the floors under the tables or in the common areas. While tables were being wiped down with dirty rags onto the floor and chairs, they failed to wipe down the chairs. I watched this happen for at least 5 tables. Customers would often clean their spots prior to sitting. They would also move rubbish from under their table with their feet. This restaurant is too big a corporation to allow this type of failure in cleanliness. I will continue to eat there as the food is very good. The service is sometimes very slow but the servers have a great attitude.”

“All of us go to resturants for one reason, FOOD! Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the Juicy Crab. Everything was flavorful and NOT SALTY. I was astonished The Juicy Crab sends their food to the table hot and full of spices. The atmosphere is weekend casual, friendly & laid back. Staff is knowledgeable of whats on the menu & very helpful. The physical building is kept clean from the front door to the bathrooms. Yep, I recommend this spot. Stop by and grab a pan of boil. You will not regret it.”

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.”

“Shogun is a great Asian restaurant in Albany with a lot of potential. The quality of the food and ingredients is excellent. The sushi, in particular, is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Our waiter was very kind and attentive, which definitely added to the overall experience.
If I may offer two small suggestions: first, improving the cleanliness of the tables and floors would make the environment more pleasant. Second, consider refrigerating the soy sauce bottles left on the tables. If left out too long, they tend to ferment and lose their intended flavor.

“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.”

Staff is not always personable, but never seen be rude either. They are all busy doing their jobs, and doing them well.”

I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This GM went above and beyond to provide my family another pizza free of charge and he asked me if I needed anything else, to let him know. This means so much for me and my family. This is the type of place you would drive by and ignore but look at all the cars parked outside, they're there for a reason. I've seen Ronnie pull ribs right off the smoker and bring them inside to serve. You can go to the chain restaurants in Albany but this place has the best tasting barbecue in town.”
