“We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

“I had an incredible time at Yuji! I was visiting Atlanta for a concert, and decided to come here on my last night (March 3rd, 2026) before flying home as a treat. The food was absolutely fantastic. It was very high quality and the option for actual grated wasabi root really made me happy.

I have new mobility issues, yet look healthy, and I'm only 30, so I was concerned about bringing in my walker and where it could be stowed or how someone would perceive me with it.

Not only was the entire staff super accommodating, nobody batted an eye or mentioned it to me at all.

My waiter, who goes by Cooper, was an incredible person. He was super kind and was easy to have conversation with. We talked our sushi journeys and experiences, and I ended up moving to sit next to and having a conversation with another man, and Cooper as well, for at least an hour. It was an overall incredible night.

“I used to go to the other venue of the MF when it was on Ponce, but it closed there, and I hadn't looked for another of its venues in years. Then a suggestion from Open Table popped into my email, and I decided, why not? I am so glad I did. The sushi was delicious, lovingly prepared and fresh as all get out! Though I was a solo diner, I was seated at a table and treated very well, which is not always the case everywhere. I will definitely come back to this welcoming place.“

“Went to this place in Doraville, GA called Yebisuya where I had Omurice for the first time along with a Yebisuya Bun that I also got and tried for the first time. Omurice: although this wasn't the Omurice I was expecting this was definitely still a very delicious version. Underneath is a bed of fried rice that was just so good with an omelet layered on top of it. They give you 3 sauce choices Spicy Kewpie Mayo, Ketchup, and Tonkatsu sauce. I chose the spicy mayo which by the way wasn't spicy at all I could have ate a ton of that stuff with no problem and those that know me know I don't handle spice well lol. Yebisuya Bun: is basically a steamed bun with chicory, scallion, and I got it with Tonkatsu pork in it and yall when I tell yall I could have ate 10 of these bad boys. The bun was so soft and the filling was sooooo flavorful like you just have to try it. “Hidden gem with delicious food located inside a semi-abandoned mall. Whenever I’m in town for work, I stay nearby and often pick up their buffet style take-out for supper. The mixed vegetables are my favorite and the various chicken options I’ve had have always been tasty. I usually get the 1 meat + 2 side combo with an additional side and have enough food for at least 2 meals. The food is served hot and always tastes fresh during the times I’ve visited, usually weekdays after work or during lunchtime. All the staff is polite and personable and the older well-dressed lady is always so sweet and complimentary, even with a slight language barrier.

Because there is almost nothing else on that back side of the mall, there is no traffic and plenty of close parking so I am in and out in 5 minutes.

Why eat ultra-processed fast food when you can have nice-sized portions of better food served quickly and for a good price while also supporting a small local business? Ignore the shady bando-looking mall surroundings and don’t miss out on Tokyo Express!

“Hibachi Ninja is hands down the BEST! We had them cater a company event for over 250 people, and they absolutely killed it.

The food? Incredible. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and cooked right on the spot. You could see how much pride they put into what they do, from the quality of the ingredients to how beautifully everything was prepared. People are still talking about how good it was!

The team was amazing too. Professional, organized, and super fun. They handled such a big crowd with no problem at all and made sure everyone was taken care of. And the chefs didn’t just cook they put on a whole show. It turned dinner into an experience, which made our event even more special.

If you’re on the fence about booking them …do it! Whether it’s for a small gathering or a huge event, Hibachi Ninja delivers. I can’t thank them enough for making our night such a success.“

“Makimono has grown to be my one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta. Last weekend I was in Atlanta visiting family and I went to Makimono twice. My favorite dish is the Makimono fried chicken. I also really love the tofu soups. Every roll I’ve tried is fantastic too.
The restaurant atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff is attentive and helpful.
My partner has some allergy restrictions and the staff was very helpful about what was available for her to eat. We can’t wait to go back.“

“We've been making our way through Halidom Food Hall and tonight's new try was Wasabi Sushi & Ramen. It did not disappoint! All the dishes were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, we dug in before remembering to take pics, so please take that into account.

First, the staff was very welcoming, helped explain and recommend items, and said please and thank you, which I appreciate. A+ for service.

I had the steak hibachi and it was delicious - packed with steak and loads of mixed veggies. Salty, savory, sweet, soy goodness! Hubby and son split some California rolls and a tuna poke bowl, all were excellent. My son mentioned that the tuna bowl was loaded with fish. We also had some gyozas dumplings and they were super yummy too.

As for the price, it's a food hall, so let's be honest, they are never cheap. But considering the food and service were excellent, and I supported a family run business in my community - it was worth it and I'll be back.

“This teriyaki joint is becoming one of my go to spots! Food is consistently good, fast service, reasonable price and well portioned. I get the chicken teriyaki with shrimp. I’ve gotten their tofu teriyaki and that is also bangin. It’s simple, they don’t have a big menu and don’t need one. Go for the teriyaki. If you have kids they have a very well priced kids teriyaki as well.“

The cook really did a good job of combining all the flavors and putting a good portion amount. “Great experience for their Goodfellas theme. The food and cocktails were on point for each course. The service from the entire staff was phenomenal.

My favorites were the tuna tonnato, lobster tortellini, and tiramisu. My friend enjoyed all her courses as well.

All of the cocktails were amazing and so unique. The standouts were the funny how, cutty water, and no more shines.
