The first impression was like stepping into a gas station kitchen. We ordered the half bird all black, which includes thighs and legs, with a medium spice level. To complement the chicken, we also got coleslaw as a side.

The service was prompt, and we received our order in no time. The chicken was simply incredible. The spice blend was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of heat. “The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“My husband and I went to this Chicken Salad Chick for Veteran's Day and we each were given a wonderful meal at no charge. The franchise owner, Tiffany, was incredibly gracious. Even when I asked to add a 3rd scoop of chicken salad (to share with grandchildren when I got home), she said I could trade it for the drink if I would like to instead of incur an upcharge. I've eaten at a lot of Zaxby's over the years and this is one of the better locations. I have lunch here often as it is close to work.

Typically, I order on the app and go through the drive-thru but also eat inside from time to time. The dining room is consistently tidy.

They are quick, friendly and remember me. Today, I finished ordering on the app as I was walking to the door and someone was putting my order together as I walked up to the counter.

Chicken wings, like barbecue, draw people to have strong preferences about where they eat. That being said, I like the wings here. I do have how large selection of sauces, as they promote.

Here's a tip: if you order the fries with no seasoning, they dropped them in the fryer for a few minutes to take the seasoning off and they come out hotter and crispier than usual.“

“This is really good fried chicken. Golden crust. Mac and cheese was yummy as well. The sides are kind of small. Would advise to get sides on the meals in a separate to go container if you get a meal. I had mixed beans and slaw by the time I got home 😆“

“Came into this location recently and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was. The cashier Erica was very helpful and recommended me the potato soup, which has become my go-to! “I would definitely recommend this store. I ordered food from them, and the delivery girl dropped it off in my apartment lobby. Unfortunately, someone stole my order. “So I visited this restaurant on 2-5-2026 for the first time. I ordered a 3 PC chicken only. I got 2 chicken wings and a leg with a slice of white bread and house made hot sauce. The chicken was hot fresh and delicious the hot sauce complimented the chicken very well. I was asked did I want to get sides with my chicken and make it a meal. I was good with what I ordered $7.50 for a 3 PC chicken and with tax like $8.15. Definitely worth the trip pull up and check them out for yourself.“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“
