I bought 3 dinners (2 posted) and Me and my family agreed.... the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! The heavey for the turkey chops, omg! And the rib tips, meat falls off the bones. The sides, all of them were so good. Even the customer service was great. I admit, it's not the typical place I would go to if I drive pass. That's why it's good to check out reviews. “I've visited Red Rice five different times before writing this review because I wanted to be sure the quality was consistent—and it absolutely is.
Every visit has been an outstanding experience. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The lamb chops are tender and perfectly seasoned, the turkey wing is fall-off-the-bone delicious, and the oxtails are some of the best I've ever had.
It's hard to find a restaurant that delivers the same great quality every single time, but Red Rice does exactly that. If you're looking for authentic, consistently delicious food and a place you can count on, I highly recommend Red Rice. They've definitely earned my five stars!“

After purchasing samples, we ordered catering from eminent Dorothy Mae’s Soul Food in (Tucker) Georgia!! Mr. Rickie and Ms. Sandra had this feast prepared to perfection & arrived on time!! “Very impressed with this place! From the moment we walked in, everyone was very welcoming. My biggest thing is TVs when I’m going somewhere to watch sports, and they definitely didn’t lack on that. They have a 100+ inch TV at one of the two bars, which is perfect for watching games.

A bar like this with liquor, good food, and a great setup for sporting events or just hanging out is definitely a good time. The bartenders/waitresses, Jamir and Jessica, were very welcoming and helpful with the menu.

We made it in about 5 minutes before happy hour was over, and they took care of us on the drinks, which I definitely appreciated. The food came out way faster than expected. I thought it was going to take longer, but everything came out right on time.

Food was an 8/10 overall. Nothing was overly seasoned, iykyk what I’m talking about 😂.

I also got the chance to speak with the owner, Marie, and she was very cool. Had a great conversation with her, and one thing I can definitely say is she LOVES and trusts her staff. Believe me, you can tell.

I’ll most likely become a regular here. Definitely found a new spot to hang out, watch games, and grab some good food and drinks. 🍻🏀📺

“I visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening and the restaurant had a brisk clientele. The waitress came to our table immediately and asked for our drink orders and brought them back very quickly. I ordered the above items and in less than 15minutes i had my order and it was hot and seasoned to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a quick wholesome meal, with all taste you remember from growing up.“

“I tried this place for lunch and I am glad I made the trip. Their service was friendly and answered my questions about possible options to get. I went with the jerk ribs rice & peas cabbage and a side of plantains. The only thing that was left were the bones. Sure enough some of that sauce was on my shirt. If you pick up the ribs with your hands just be ready to catch them with your plate. They fall off the bone type of ribs. There was some bbq sauce but blended well with the season. The cabbage was seasoned and tasted freshly cooked. Let's talk about the plantains. Perfectly cut and cooked. I can't even get that can of plantain quality in a Spanish restaurant. Best I have had. They do have a lunch special and plenty of side options. My only regret is not trying their juice. Next time I am trying the jerk chicken and stew.“

“Was seated right away with no reservation. Food was phenomenal except for the hushpuppies which quite frankly are the worst I have ever had in my life. I don't really care much about hushpuppies anyway though so no big deal. The fried chicken was some of the best ever, as were the fried catfish and fried shrimp. Strongly recommend the black eyed peas as well. Sephora was a lovely server. One downside was that there was a roof leak and it splashed all over our party but we did promptly get moved to another table and it's not their fault that happened since it was raining really hard and they don't own the building. “I visited Smokez because it's a neighborhood black owned business and I wanted to support. I ordered grilled chicken and it did not disappoint. Please note, the food is pricy, I paid approximately 15 dollars for 2 leg quarters. I'm glad I tried them out. The young lady at the window was a delight. She is extremely friendly. The chicken was cooked to perfection. I can't complain about anything.“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“I am so glad I found this gem!! I just moved to Atlanta from Boston (where there’s Haitian food everywhere) so I was little bummed out that there aren’t really Haitian spots out here. But my girlfriend found this place on IG and sent it my way. I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“
