On brand with other Japanese places that try to re-create a cheese flavor, you should ignore anything saying cheese at any Japanese restaurant, as you will surely be disappointed, eg the “mac & cheese” for kids. But if you stick with what they’re best at, the sushi, it’ll go well.“

Maybe the waiter was new, but he forgot to bring us water even though it was a slow Sunday evening. Only 2 other tables had people when we were there. After we were done I kept waiting for our check and finally had to get up to let them know we were ready to go.

“Hands down, the best sushi I've ever had. They incorporate truffle oil in some of their rolls and if you like truffle, you cannot go wrong. Very savory. I'd recommend the avocado balls, crunchy spicy tuna roll and the snow crab in miso soup. The truffle aioli salmon appetizer is another hit. The cocktails - Wow! Thai Me Up is a their version of a spicy margarita but they use some sort of oil and it is delicious! I'll be craving that drink for a long time. It's not cheap but if you're looking for a treat or have a special occasion, it's a full recommend from me! “I loved my experience at Norifish and couldn’t recommend them more. Please make sure you get over there *expeditiously*! The customer service is exceptional from the minute you walk in, to the moment you leave. All of the staff were warm, professional, and knowledgeable about the dishes. Even more exceptional is the food. We did the 18 dish Omakase tasting menu and every dish was good! I was so surprised and expected it to be more hit and miss. Instead, it was hit after hit. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu.“

“This a Roswell gem! We throughly enjoyed our meal - a few rolls and chicken fried rice for us today, but there’s so much on the menu (even some Korean dishes!) that I’ll definitely be back to try. The chefs even came out to check on us - you can tell they put a lot of care into everything they prepare and want you to enjoy your meal. Prices are also very reasonable. A few comments mention the funny location (it’s by a Chevron) but don’t let that deter you! It is cozy, clean, and comfortable inside. I recommend everyone support this wonderful local business ❤️“

“I give this place 4.5 stars only because one of the sushi rolls that I ordered was very plain and bland. The roll in question was the Lobster roll which was $28.. It was basically one chunk of lobster with cucumber on the inside which had zero flavor. I will attach pics.
The other roll that I had (John’s creek roll) was amazing! It was packed with plenty of flavor due to multiple ingredients and the appearance was top notch! Chef David and staff were very friendly! Would I recommend this place to a friend or stranger? Yes! Definitely!
Just because I wasn’t impressed with one of the rolls that I ordered doesn’t mean that this place will be off limits to me.
The menu is loaded with a great variety of sushi that I will be sure to try upon my next visit!
