“Service is fantastic and I like the vibe of this coffee bar inside the hotel. I even got a sweet tote bag for a friend at a reasonable price. One star lost for only having medium roast coffee & espresso which has a tendency to be sour. Medium roast is a hipster trend I’m really hoping goes away soon.“

“This coffee shop is a gem and quickly became the highlight of our trip! The owner was so welcoming to us and our baby, it has truly left such a wonderful memory for us in Oahu. We went back again and again, day after day! The Açaí bowl, Pitaya bowl, scones, cookie and coffee were all so good. The owner even came out just to say goodbye to us on our last day on the island, it was truly heartwarming! We will miss Pai Cafe so much!“

“Sunny’s was an awesome find for breakfast. The servers are so nice and the food was awesome. I had the avocado toast - so good. Lots of variety and healthy meals. I would highly recommend this spot.“
“We got the vanilla chai hot and iced lavender matcha, both were REALLY good! It's a cute little spot too, love the vibe!
Parking: They have like 3 spots for the cafe but the lot is shared and has reserved spots for other businesses too. Street parking and nearby strip mall has plenty of spots“

“Coming from seattle, I find it hard to locate a non-burnt or acidic tasting coffee place in Waikiki.
This place is a gem find. It is tucked in the back and side street of the DFS duty free shopping mall. Ordered a plain latte (no syrup), it tasted very smooth and good. Def recommend!
They also have nice seating areas, not crowded at all.
Comparing to the over hyped Kona coffee in international market (always has a long line too), this place is so much better in taste and wait time.“

“Loved my experience at the sunrise shack! Had amazing service and loved the positive and sunshine vibes! Loved trying all the different kind of bowls The blue dream bowl is my favorite! Appreciate and love the organic food and clean ingredients! 10/10 recommend!
Dietary restrictions: Nice to have dairy free and gluten free options!“
“A small and cozy coffee shop, I ended up trying a blueberry coffee (forget the name) and it was an extremely satisfying pairing - my friend got the Kuro Goma and a few other coffees to bring back, and they tasted pretty great as well! They have LOTS of flavors of coffee/drinks though, so I'd recommend any of them for people looking for quality coffee at an aesthetically pleasing shop

“My husband took a private surf lesson from Joshua. Joshua was so very patient and encouraging, even though my husband was unable to get to a standing position, through no fault of Josh. We highly recommend Big Wave Dave Surf & Coffee for all 1st time surfers.“

“Incredible coffee shop using delicious Pono Potions Oahu-made syrups! We got the Meli Matcha (water-based matcha drink with honey ginger syrup and lemon), the Pauahi (latte with caramelized Mac nut syrup topped with toasted mac nuts), and the ‘Ulu Spice (current special - like a pumpkin spice latte but breadfruit spice). The matcha was one of my favorite drinks of all time - so unique and perfectly balanced!
Didn’t try their baked goods but they looked great and were all vegan + gluten free. Spent the morning exploring Chinatown and was so glad to find this comfortable spot to sit indoors and outdoors. They were hosting a wreath workshop and had fun holiday vendors today, too. Kudos to Peter, Michael, and the rest of the team for the beautiful coffee shop, community space, stellar drinks made from your syrups, and vibe!
Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks available; vegan + gluten free pastries and cookies“

The local breakfast sandwich, croissantwich and Breakfast Burrito and so delicious, but my favorite by far is the Lomi Salmon Bagel....I crave it!!!!! Highly recommend!“

“We've ALWAYS received excellent service at Ruscello's, and today's visit was no exception. We sat outside for lunch, there was a nice soft breeze, had a bottle of wine (half off on Weds!) and enjoyed the food: salads and French dip - yum! What a great way to enjoy a relaxing afternoon!“

“Nice café in the foyer of a hotel. The area is very open and beautifully designed, so you will enjoy staying in the café. The queue was very long, so it took some time until it was my turn. But the service was very friendly and the cappuccino and croissant were very tasty.“

“I had a rather pleasant Hangover burrito. It was tasty enough, but it wasn't a 'worldbeater'. The waiting time was about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad, considering how busy they were.
Edit : Six hours later, I'm still full up from the burrito. It might look a tad wussy when you get it, but it's a heck of a lot more substantial!“

“The Lilikoi Matcha Soda was very good. A nice mix between sweet/fruity and creamy/matcha flavors with just a little bit of carbonation is a great hot weather refreshment. The extremely fast service, minimal seating, and various clothing shops onsite give the feeling of a to-go store, though they serve food as well. Seems like they could have a lot more customers sitting and enjoying onsite if there were more seating available. Didn’t get the coffee-shop/ cafe vibe. Beware parking seems to be an issue with restriction signs posted.
Parking: Warning signs about parking in adjacent lots are posted. Located on a side street and only 5 stalls onsite.“

“Dropped by NOLA on Saturday morning for a beignet flight. The service was quick and friendly, though they were out of vanilla and offered pumpkin instead. The beignets are made fresh to order, so there’s a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it. The space is big and clean, but the music was a bit loud for 7 AM—maybe not the best spot to relax with a coffee. That said, the beignets were delicious with a great texture, and the filling was generous without being overly sweet. Highly recommend!“

“I went there three times during my one-week stay.
I drank the green smoothie with less ginger and no ginger, but I feel like it's complete with ginger.
The watermelon smoothie, which is not on the menu, is refreshing and delicious.
I think I will go again next time!“

“5000/10 better coffee than Starbucks. You get real espresso here, so smooth and wonderful. I love their vanilla lattes. They craft amazing coffee.
They also offer hot or cold bites to eat (breakfast/lunch) and pastries which change depending on season, and are always delicious. Their calamansi lime bars are tangy sour and sweet! The molasses cookies are soft and chewy. Delicious
Parking: The building they are located in updated to a paid parking QR code system but using the QR code on the door at the coffee shop gives you two hours free.“

“Friendly greetings and delicious quality coffee, what’s not to like?! The location leads to the coffee being a bit more expensive than other HCs, but it’s actually nice to sit and enjoy the beautiful courtyard in downtown. Hawaiian Latte was a delicious treat and exactly what I wanted. Can’t beat this place & it’s my first choice in the area.“

“While visiting Waikiki, you see a LOT of Starbucks in hotels. The last thing we wanted was to visit a chain coffee shop in Hawaii. We were lucky enough to find, and be staying about a block away from Banyan Breeze Coffee. From the first visit (we went almost every day after) we were greeted every time with a smile, a "good morning" and a pleasant experience. The iced coffee and chai we selected were excellent, and all staff was great. I would highly recommend grabbing a coffee here anytime.“

“A cafe I visited after visiting Diamond Head on the weekend
I tried to go to KCC Market, but there were so many people that I couldn't find anything to eat, so I came as an alternative and it was a really good choice.
Ordered the breakfast plate and pineapple juice, which are sold until 10 o'clock.
The plate tasted okay, but the pineapple juice was delicious.
It was so nice to sit and eat in a cool place after trekking.
The Japanese owner is also friendly.
It was near Waikiki, so I probably went there often to drink juice.“
“We love Drive Thru Joe. The only legit amenity on this base provides us a piece of happiness. Customer service is top and the drinks are fun, refreshing and creative. This is on our top 5 list of things we will miss when leaving the island!!!“

“Great experience at the Starbucks in Ala Moana Hotel! The staff was super friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. My drink was made perfectly, and the food was fresh. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is nice for a quick coffee break. Definitely a great spot to start the day!“
“On fri 3/20 about 1230pm I went to the kam shopping center starbucks and a rude lady customer couldn't decide what she wanted. Brandon the batista, who was so friendly described what the drink she questioned about. All he said was I just want to make sure I make what you want and she went off! Wanted to leave a bad review. This location always give good service. Alot of customers after the lady left wanted to leave a good review for Brandon. He was so accommodating and patient with the lady. It's so sad that sad people like that rude customer lady take out her frustrations on people who just trying to make a living and work Hard.So to Brandon and the other baristas on his shift awesome job! “This place has the best coffee in America, and I’m a coffee snob. I’ve been to every coffee shop in the states. I’ve been coming to Bean About Town for a few years now and they who make their own sauces for my Bourbon, Butterscotch latte. It’s unreal and the attention to detail is perfection. I think the owner is from London. Coffee in Europe is just better, simple as that.“
