“Love this location! Service is always incredible, the woman we always see at the checkout is so friendly. The regular size katsu plate could literally feed 4 people, and get extra sauce, it's worth it!
Shrimp is always nice and crispy, and the Mac salad is spot on everytime.

“I work at a shop near them and frequent their store often. Zero complaints for them as they are always professional, greet you, keep the joint clean, and make some delicious meals. Highly recommend them if you’re in the area and want a quick bite to eat in or take out.“

“Quite honestly it was one of the best food experiences of my entire trip to O'ahu, even though it was just an emergency dinner after a very long hike - I was very hungry. The place has a local climate attached to it with friendly people you can talk to and listen to their stories. Prices are really good for the amount of meat you get and its very tasty. Only the mac n cheese wasn't that great for me but I guess it's just not my thing.“

“Wanted some Island food for a quick lunch before heading to beach. The menu was varied and plentiful. I got the lau lau pork (first time) and it was good. Husband got seafood plate with chicken katsu. The amount of seafood was same as the katsu (he’d hoped more seafood, given the name). Said the seafood was good, katsu was better.“

“Simple, shareable, strongly spiced food, reasonably priced but will make you want to drink. Cozy, maybe 10 tables total. Bonus points for being open late but that will mean rowdy tables. Party room next door overwhelms the ambiance with skull-numbing, throbbing bass. Limited parking.“

“Mama Woo’s makes my whole body say “Wooooooo!” No for real, this is the best food on all of Oahu, if you want fast, easy, delicious, well prepared, flavor, simplicity and LEFTOVERS! “Good chicken, Just ordered a whole chicken plate, Had them chop the chicken in pieces which cost a $1 more. BUT!! After I left to my office to eat I notice my chicken wasn’t hot. Literally within 5mins of leaving but my food ain’t hot. Y’all literally just pulled the chicken out the fridge and warmed it up. I literally thought I was paying for a HOT PLATE.“

“Excellent experiences at BBQ town. They star of the show for us were the Teri beef burgers. Such an explosion of flavor in your mouth. Also pictured on another occasion was the short rib mini plate which as you can see is enough for at least one meal if not two. I called ahead for both our orders and picked up. The staff is super friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend visiting!“

“Service with a smile. Tasty ribs for the soul. Oh yea, the beans were superb! Bozie Jones BarBQ is located on South King Street across the street from St Mary’s Episcoplal -the church with the huge red cross on the front. Bozie is opened 12noon to 6pm, Thursday through Sunday. Yum yum eat em up!“

“Best BBQ pork banh mi sandwich!! They make everything fresh to order. Bread is crispy and airy, meat is tender/flavorful/not overtly sweet with pickled onions. We got ours with extra meat! AND YOU MUST EAT IT WITH THEIR HOMEMADE HOT SAUCE! It is potent and will make you sweat and want for more!! Recommend to call to order if you don’t want to wait there. I’ve always ordered at the counter and then go next door and get a coffee while waiting the 10-15 mins. You can also request them to cut the sandwich in half and ask for utensils (chopsticks) if needed (since all the meeeeaat would fall out as you eat.)“

I am in my 8th month of pregnancy. Korean food has helped me a lot during my pregnancy when I was suffering from morning sickness and other health problems. I first came to this restaurant with a friend for a relaxing meal of delicious Korean food before giving birth.
I wish I had known about this place earlier!
I ordered the Seafood Soft Tofu Stew and also ordered the Beef Bulgogi for takeout. I am a big soft tofu stew (sundubu) lover! The seafood sundubu here was so good! Even my baby belly was moving with great excitement!
The banchan were all delicious with just the right amount of salt!

“I’m so happy someone recommended this location. My first place I went to was in Honolulu at Walmart. L&L and food was dry and burnt and very small portion when i orded regulat not micro.
This location was so delicious and cooked perfectly and great portion size. The macaroni salad was the best I’ve had in Hawaii. I have to say they did the next home job.“

“Crowded but really good food, lots of food on a plate. You won’t leave hungry. Go around peak mealtime to avoid the crowd.
Parking: It’s the same parking lot as Costco but on the far side. Lots of parking during the week. Weekends might be different.“

“Came in and ordered Teriyaki beef Saimin, mini Loco Moco, Salmon burger with a side of fries, and a mini Chicken Katsu. Very delicious, the chicken was crispy, salmon was cooked well, noodles in the Saimin were not over cooked, and the Loco Moco was great! Highly recommend stopping in here!

“I had no idea that the order comes with 4 sides. Next time I will double the Mac Salad. Everything was ono and even though there was no soy in packets there was something similar but better than any soy sauce I've ever had. I was there at 2:30 which is well after their lunch rush but the fish Jun was cooked fresh and two big scoops of rice for the local touch. Aloha“
