“I'm giving 4 stars for food because they only have regular syrup for the pancakes. They didn't have ONE single option of a sugar free substitute. So if you're diabetic or don't want to eat hundreds of empty calories, bring your own syrup 🙄“

“This is in a nice hidden small food court in H-Mart. The pastries were great, well made and flavorful. The coffee was far superior to Starbucks. This is my new favorite coffee shop. If you're looking for a great cup of joe, this is the place.

Be warned the coffee selection is limited but the flavor is great. I would recommend the Einspanner.“

“Make no mistake about it this place is going to give cookie corner a run for their money. From scratch! Made with love! Fresh baked! What else could you ask for from a bakery such as this. Being a Chef i have a certain standard about food establishments and Crumbl sets the bar high. Yes I am a big fan of the former mentioned place, but Crumbl is unique. Here they have a rotating menu and aren'tass producing anything which I can highly appreciate being a farm to table Chef transplant from California. No question about it I will be back. If I may make a suggestion or requests make peanut butter cookies with peanut butter chips, and make peanut butter thumb print cookies. Nobody does these anymore. And lastly, from scratch, no bake cheesecake but use your cookies instead of the "graham cracker crust" thank me later. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend for any sweet tooth!

“Still the best custard pie that I’ve ever tasted. It’s sweeter and the texture is like flan. It came right out the oven so it was soooo warm.

Staff are friendly and fast. Paid parking in the back on Ala Moana Blvd. It’s better to phone order because they do sell out.“

“Hot buttery sweet Spanish Rolls, need I say more! You can never just eat one and you need to eat them hot. They give them to you freshly made so before you start the car and drive I would suggest you get a napkin and grub down.

It's hard to find a place that gives you a proper plate of veggies with lettuce to wrap up the super hot fresh egg rolls. “They make the best tea cookies that I’ve tried so far on Oahu (if you have a recommendation of a better place I would love to know). The first time for my online order grabbing cakes for my girlfriend’s birthday, and the second time being when I had to grab another puppy cake because I managed to drop the first one I bought and ruined it a few hours before a photoshoot I had planned for the two of us.

Them not having a paper bag to put the cakes in on pickup bummed me out thinking about how it could have been prevented, but I as well could have had the foresight to bring one myself.

Either way, they were super kind and understanding and got me another one they had in stock and even tried to comp it for me as a consolation for the incident.

I paid for the cake either way because it isn’t their fault it happened but that type of kindness and thoughtfulness goes a long way in today’s society.

Thank you guys for saving the day, and making delicious pastries, cakes, and everything in between.

“Cute little cafe with great pastries and drinks. Customer service from the girl was amazing! Hard to find young happy smiley customer service especially from girls nowadays.
Only thing I was very upset about was my Med Iced Lychee Green Tea was about 85% Ice and 25% juice.. by the time I hit the Freeway out of Kapolei my drink was goneeee.. most likely it was 10 sips. I was very upset because that drink was very good!!!! I just can’t believe next time I’m going to have to mention “please very very light on the ice”..“
