“We went to a local place for lunch that had great reviews and were very disappointed. Came across this amazing food truck and randomly ordered a few things……ended up coming back not even an hour later to order more. Great portions, food was so good! Made to order and so yummy! The wasabi cream sauce is 🤤🤤🤤 Give this truck a try! Best meal on Maui after a week of trying different local spots!“

“I drove from Paia to S Kihei just to try the fried fish. It's difficult to find fried fish in the island, so I decided to give it a shot, and it was well worth the drive!
Just a tip, most of the photos show an orange food truck, but it's actually white, and it's located on the northwest end of the property, next to the street.“

“We had a company dinner at Koast and I cannot say enough good things about it. From start to finish the service was imbecile. While not on the ocean the view was still beautiful with golf course and ocean views. The food was delicious. I highly recommend. PS. Ask for Jason“

“I’ve been coming to Maui for 40 years- and hands-down, this is the best seared ahi plate. Incredible. Kihei location. Ahi tacos are fantastic too! I woke up this morning thinking about last night’s meal, so we came back today. Had to go back a second day in a row!“

“We dined at Kō on the first night of our trip and then again on the last night. Both experiences were fantastic. Try to ignore the sticker shock of how expensive the meal will be & just settle in for the ride.
Every person in our party loved every dish we ordered. We had the Ahi Katsu, Korean Kalbi Wagyu Sirloin Ssam, Grilled Hawaiian Catch (Opakapaka), Herb Crusted Fresh Catch, and Wagyu dumplings.
The Kalbi Wagyu Sirloin was so much fun to eat - I loved making lettuce wraps with the perfectly cooked steak, the wagyu fried rice was epic, the flavor on the steak alone was worth just eating it straight from the plate.
The Ahi Katsu was cooked perfectly and the katsu presentation was great.
Both fresh fish entrees had unique sides that enhanced each dish.
Our servers were both fantastic - we had Morgan on night one and Victoria (who was moonlighting from the breakfast buffet). They expertly described the menu and dishes and were fun to chat with.
Our toddler loved running around the grassy area near the patio, which made our lives a lot easier!“

“If there were only one restaurant to eat at on Maui, for us it would be this beautiful restaurant set in a gorgeous setting of old Maui (at the Valley end of the foothills of the West Maui mountains), which serves the most incredibly presented and quite exceptionally delicious meals we’ve had, served by some of the best cooks, wait staff and owners we’ve seen anywhere…and we’ve been everywhere🤙🏼 LuckyweliveHawaii🌹indeed!“

“We recently had our wedding at Gannons and it was AMAZING! We were blown away at how beautiful the ceremony site was (Molikini Lookout) as well as the reception site (Lower Lawn). Gannons was great to work with from the start! If you are looking to get married at Gannons we would HIGHLY recommend upgrading your ceremony site to Molokini Lookout, the view was breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice!! We are so glad we decided to have our ceremony at Molokini Lookout. We were really happy with all the staff (especially the bartender, he was AWESOME!!). We did have a few hiccups with dinner and dessert. The crab cakes (appetizer) were to DIE for and everyone loved the salads. We were disappointed that the fish that was served along with the filet of beef for dinner was very fishy and not edible. The filet however was delicious. The timing of the meals was also disappointing. The salads were served quickly but the dinner course took quite a long time to come out after. We had guests asking where the dinner was. We also had the same issue with dessert, unfortunately. The dessert was not brought out until after last call was made (over an hour after dinner was finished) and less than 15 minutes before the wedding was over! We had decided to add the "chef selection of desserts" for our guests along with serving cake and unfortunately hardly any of our guest were able to enjoy any dessert since it was served so late. So, if you do decide to get married at Gannons (which we still recommend) we would suggest having a detailed timeline for courses and dessert to avoid what happened to us. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to choose Gannons for our wedding day!“

The best meal we have had on our vacation so far. We both had the early bird special….. I had the filet with the best lobster tail I have ever eaten, and I am very picky and have had many lobsters in Massachusetts! The steak was delicious, as was the side of mashed potatoes… and the vanilla ice cream, which we found out is local, is truly delicious! Our waiter Aaron went above and beyond, as well as all of the staff at Ruth Chris…. We loved it and feel Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is a very good value for the Wailea area.“

“Definitely five stars! Humu at Grand Wailea, Waldorf Astoria, on Maui was a wonderful dining experience. The seafood was absolutely delicious, and the oysters were the highlight: fresh, delicate, and full of incredible ocean flavor. I would happily return just for them! I also highly recommend the sliced fish platter. It is a fantastic choice for anyone who enjoys seafood and wants to savor the fish itself. These are the kinds of dishes that make a Hawaiian dinner memorable. The oysters and fish platter are definitely must-orders. We would gladly come back and recommend this restaurant to friends visiting Maui.“
