“We had an amazing dinner and service with my two daughters for the youngest 8th grade graduation. They treated us like queens and we ate like it also!!“

“First time visit for wife & I and we met a large group there so we had 10 in our party. We had an RSVP, so unknown if you can walk in to be seated. The place had a great atmosphere with a little low lighting; the area we sat in had a nice round table- rare at restaurants these days but perfect for large groups instead of long tables that isolate people from talking to others on the opposite end of the table without shouting. The area we were in also appeared to be able to have a private party area with shades/covers that could be pulled down and enclosed area. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Staff was very polite & all dressed professionally in business casual, and our waitress service was really good. We all had plenty for drink refills.
The food, the most important thing, was REALLY GOOD. The place was apparently known for great steaks, and it didn't disappoint as their main food options were fish and steaks. Most of us at the table got a steak, and while I'm not a huge steak guy, this was probably the best steak I ever had, which was the rib eye. Others at the table who got the New York steak said it was good, and wife had a seafood dish she enjoyed. The deserts were also very good- chocolate cake & pumpkin cheesecake (which was I believe a chef's choice seasonal dish).
Definitely a place I would eat at again. The only downside? A bit on the pricey side with the steaks being around $50 starting price, so be prepared to spend around $100 a person after any side or desert or beverage beyond water.“

“Amazing service with extensive wine listing and delicious menu. Got to try the 7-finger pork chop.“

“Last stop of the trip for a quick snack before heading to the airport! ✈🍴 Our waitress was absolutely wonderful—I totally forgot her name, but she deserves a shoutout! She was so nice, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Great way to end the trip! ❤“

“Was looking forward to a great steak after a long day of traveling only to be turned away because we didn't have proof of vaccine cards with us!! What a joke! Will never return to this establishment!“

“I decided to go to LAGO for the first time last night, and I’m so grateful I did! From the moment we arrived, the valet was incredibly kind, and the ambience struck the perfect balance—upscale yet cozy and welcoming. I felt at home immediately, with that unmistakable “city” energy that makes a night out feel special. Our server, Lexi, was absolutely wonderful—beautiful, vibrant, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make my birthday feel truly special, and we all adored her. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and every detail reflected how much care and expertise go into this restaurant. I’ve been missing a place like this, and I can’t wait to come back. LAGO is something special.“

“We had so much food! It was great, the best fillet ever and stuff mushrooms. We celebrate a birthday and receive ice cream , they sang HBD for us.
Best drinks ever (passion-dragonfruit margarita) 🎊🥳🎉“

“We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and the service was incredible. The bar gave everyone a trial of the new non alcoholic drink they were serving, they listened when we didn’t want them to sing for his birthday, and they even gave him a birthday card signed by everyone that was working at the time. Just that last little act meant so much! Also, the new quesadilla with the chimichurri sauce is amazing!“

“The service was super great tonight. Despite there being almost an hour wait, we were able to checked in online before even leaving the house and had our drinks less than 5 minutes of being seats. Wish I remembered our waitresses name because she was pretty great as well.“

“Chicago Prime Steak House is my favorite place to go when I want a great steak. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always fresh.“

“First time at this location as we were visiting my son and daughter in law and was truly disappointed about dinner . Ordered herb crusted chicken with a side kick of shrimp and got a plain grilled chicken breast and let manger know and she offered nothing but got a new actual herb crusted chicken 15 minutes later after everyone was about done with dinner ! Been to Texas by our house several times and ordered this same thing and never got this kind of service ! Not even a sorry let me make it right !“

“Had a wonderful dinner !!“
