“This is my favorite place in all of St. Charles. I come here pretty frequently since I’ve started working nearby.

Not once have I been disappointed with the food or service. You can tell it’s a small family owned joint and it always feels like home when I walk in.

The food...LOVED IT!! Delicious! I recommend the sweet and smoky chicken. The bread was fresh and soft. Ample chicken in the sandwich.

The dining area was modern and clean. The staff clears your table for you.

Wheelchair accessibility: I do not recall wheelchair accessible parking. The door is not wheelchair accessible since it isn't automatic, and it's also heavy. However, there is plenty of maneuver space inside and there also outdoor seating with plenty of space“

“My workplace used this location twice for large orders of boxed lunches for our employees. The manager and team are always professional, accommodating, help with suggestions, and are just easy to work with from start to finish. Food is tasty and they're accurate with their orders! 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“First time visitor today. Had the footlong veggie sandwich. Love the softness of the wheat bread with the caramelized onions, mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes. The sandwich exceeded my expectations. Price ($13) for the footlong was a little high compared to other sandwich joints, but well worth the money.“

“This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! Thank God there are still some friendly humans in our communities. This man had an excellent attitude and personality, and provided great service. I will be back in the near future. “SAY WHAT!!!! THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24/7!!!!!!! I'm definitely glad I stopped at this location tonight. I know with a store that is open 24/7 can be draining on employee's but that wasn't the case for my visit. I was greeted and taken care of

“I had to speak to the manager, Yvone, due to thinking both sandwiches being made incorrectly. Turns out only 1 sandwich was missing the bacon n I ordered the other incorrectly. My own mistake. She did hear me say I don't eat pork, so she offered to remake both sandwiches for me, keep the sandwich missing bacon, n give back the ham, n get the sandwich I intended to pick up! She so didn't have to remake my sandwich since it was totally my mistake, but was so considerate n did. Thank you Yvonne, I will definitely be returning!!“
