“This is a great local bar, but what’s awesome is the food that comes out of this place. I came here in the last month at three different times and there was a different menu of food each time. Which feels like it would be complicated, but it wasn’t. Because every single item was phenomenal. I had the most incredible chicken sandwich this last Monday and then I came back Wednesday thinking I was getting a sandwich and got the most flavorful Filipino tacos with garlic rice and beans and the first time I came here they had SMASH JIBARITOS, a delicious Puerto Rican concept. Also shout out to the bartender for the screenplay idea and thanks to everyone that was there to help work on the first few pages of a thing I’m writing large credit to them for most of the ideas on paper so to say. Nice lighting for reading things next to the laptop in case you have to take notes for schoolwork or something. They don’t really offer any food but there’s like pizza up the street so whatever and the bartender seems to know his drinks and mixology from the way he handled the in and out busy but quiet service in a fast paced unmannered world of having to do work and your power going out so you have to find a place that can take a laptop charger and a laptop to get work done for work and also help you with side projects about things you’re working or writing about on a friday evening

Also if you leave your card they will hold it for you and let you pick it up later or ID so idk what that says about their security but that’s all I have to really say about this place from my first visit“

Stopped out front to tie my shoe, my dog decided she'd walk in without me which is how I found out the bars dog friendly.

The staff is great, prices aren't bad. Its your typical small neighborhood bar which i why I love it.

Ryan was our server and was super personable, and chatted with us all through the evening.
The drinks were great, and the bartender listened to my picky demands for a drink and came through with an amazing drink 🤣

We ended up paying 45% in gratuity because we wanted to make sure Ryan got the tip he deserved plus the mandatory 20%. The way it’s worded on the receipt feels deceptive and probably leaves waiters without a tip often. Make the drinks $5 more, happy to pay that vs this fee).“

“Great bar with cool atmosphere and drinks. Dark Shadows was playing on the tv. The Electric Funeral cocktail is very tropical but I can’t wait to have the drink in the viper snake glass. Not sure but I think you can buy the glass. Bridgeport favorite Old Style and Malort has its own electric sign. It’s small and gets very crowded on the weekends but Thursday night was very chill so this will be my go to after eating at the Ramova during the week.“

“Fun pre dinner drink spot in the heart of Fulton market. A little tricky to find so make sure you enter SoHo house from the far right entrance and make your way up the staircase to your right. Then left through the saloon style doors into this tiny bar. Fun atmosphere with a ton of photos and memorabilia on the walls. Be warned there is only seating for about 40 people and it starts to fill up around 6:30. Odd selection of drinks on draft (twisted tea??) and Guinness not served in a Guinness glass but the apricot cocktail was awesome. A little pricey but so is everything in Fulton. Good stop for a date night.“
