“I put in an order on the Potbelly app around 1pm and the time defaulted to immediately (not 5:15pm) like I had requested. Ashlei answered the phone and was able to move the order back. I called in at 4:30pm just to confirm (trust but verify) and Ashlei answered again. Confirming that the order was still pushed back and would be ready at the desired pickup time! “I’m bummed tonight. The order was incorrect. No extra cheese on the #17 and the #31 was made with beef - not chicken and it did not have mayo on it. Usually we are 100% happy with Jersey Mike’s New Lenox. It’s my favorite sandwich shop. Disappointed the order was not 100% since it was spelled out on the on-line order ticket. (Online order thanks to COVID-19 hysteria) The #31 was my wife’s sandwich.......I picked dinner tonight........now I have to apologize and let her pick dinner tomorrow. :( It’s still my favorite so I will recommend it.......I’ll recover after spending tonight in the dog house! 😂😂“

“Idk why but this Jersey Mikes is so inconsistent and depends in whos making your sandwich for it to be good. Just moved around the corner and been here maybe 5-6 times now. If ordering in store, usually not too bad. But when ordering on the app, its like they rush the sandwich just to get it out if the way. Different amount if meat every tome vs in person. Barely any oil/vin vs in person. This may also be the slowest shop on Earth too sandwich makinf wise. Not sure id everyone is new but always a different person there making during lunch. Just a very inconsistent JM’s - wish i could frequent the New Lenox location more. They’re constantly putting out grade A subs“

I am in awe of the redeeming satisfactory I received from the manager of this location today after I had a mishap with my order and unfortunately didn’t notice until I had gotten home. I had given them a call and spoke with the manager directly regarding this concern and issue with my order. She went above and beyond!! Not only offering to add a credit for this but to deliver to me no questions. I originally order through the drive through, She also added an item we had ordered and didn't receive in our total at the restaurant. She kindly made her way out to where I live with no questions! You would never know what this kind gesture did to my heart on this day. 🩷 Thank you 🥹“

“Amazing workers! All nice, make the food quickly. The only problem is the owner while working with the employees, always bossing them around to do stuff. Takes them longer when the owner is there because they have to do other smaller things.“

“Owner was there working Friday night, and was proud of all the work her and her husband did for the remodel. I told her I appreciated them taking all the coupons and rapidly making many large online orders for our family of 7. We walk over and have sandwiches all the time. No problems with lack of toppings or anything; great sandwich.“

Just today, the youngest man in the drive thru window noticed the color of the coke was off and mentioned it to me to make sure it tasted okay before I left and when it didnt he made sure to get me fresh one. I know its a small thing but I can't tell you how many times its happened where I notice my soda taste off after I already left.“
