“Delicious! It was very pleasant to dine and delight in every bite of this restaurant's cuisine. The best mole by far. Everything excellent.Vegetarian options: I didn't try them this time, but we will go soon.Parking: Easy to get to. And also its very informative website.Kid-friendliness: Comfortable spaces, cleanliness and friendly and professional treatment. The chef, wonderful. Thank you for your work and seasoning.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw everything very organized for the clients.“
“Food so delicious and freshly made. The ambience and music so pleasant. The owners and the staff always so nice, friendly, lovely with all guests. You can tell that they really enjoy making their guests happy while they are eating amazing recipes from Leskovac, Serbia! Such good people!“
“Beautiful interior, delicious food, attentive staff, and fast service. We dined in on a Sunday afternoon and very much enjoyed our experience. We started with the Finger Combo. I tried the crab rangoon and crispy rolls which I thoroughly enjoyed. The only note I have is that it comes with a tiny cup of sweet and sour sauce. The dish could definitely use a bigger serving of sauce to complement all the yummy fried finger foods! The pineapple shrimp curry was perfectly sweet and creamy with a hearty helping of rice. My mom said the Pad Si Ew was tasty, loved the presentation as well. My boyfriend ordered the Basil Fried Rice which packed a spicy kick but was super flavorful. We are excited to have a new Thai place in our repertoire!“
“Cafe Alif is just a find! Their lagman is simply divine - rich in flavor, juicy and very tasty. Be sure to try it! But that's not all - the service here is at the highest level. Orders are processed very quickly, and the staff is always friendly and ready to help with any questions. The atmosphere of the cafe is also pleasant and cozy, an ideal place for a pleasant lunch or dinner with friends or family. Overall, this cafe definitely deserves 5 stars for its exquisite lagman, excellent service and wonderful atmosphere.“
“First and foremost, the staff is hands down the best! Literally the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! And I’ve tried a few things on the menu and nothing has been a let down. Usually I regret straying from “the usual” but I never do here. The crab rangoon is the best I’ve ever had, the wings surprised me with how tasty and well cooked they were, the basil chicken egg rolls were bomb (so is the basil chicken over rice), and the Khao Soi is a best seller for a reason!“
“The food is amazing! We ordered the steak dinner and lamb chops and they were phenomenal! Seasoned and cooked to perfection! The mashed potato’s were sooo good along with the broccoli. Also got the Margarita flatbread and it was WOW!! Don’t get me started on the crab rolls. I could eat 10 of those. Finally we got the bread pudding and I was in heaven! Kids were even given Wikki sticks in these cute little goody bags to keep them busy even though they were super occupied with the game room. The chief/owner even came out and greeted everyone which I thought was really nice. It’s hard to come across good quality food and great customer service and this places defiantly provides that. Believe it or no, I was a vegetarian for 7 years even throughout my pregnancies where I craved everything but meat! Just recently started eating meat on occasions (I still get grossed out) but the steak I had last night I can honestly say I want to go back today and order it again ? called my mom, sister and some friends to tell them they have to try this place since we are always looking for good food which is so hard to come by!“
“Suda’s offers delicious Lebanese cuisine in an upscale and intimate dining space. We came in a large group and got to try out a variety of dishes, all amazed by the flavors and beautiful plating of the food — the roasted cauliflower (Arnibit), falafel, and baba ghanouj were delicious appetizers; among the mains, we loved the shrimp and lamb skewers, while the mixed grill offered a variety of meats; for dessert, the Knaef was a sweet and decadent standout. The prices here are on a slightly higher end, but the exceptional quality of the food makes it well worth it.“
“Reminded me of my gramma’s Eastern European home cooking: delicious beet soup, goat cheese & beet salad, veal meatballs, mashed potatoes and apple kuka (strudel-like cake)! Although people rave about the beef stroganoff, the beef was dry & stringy and I had to add a lot of salt & pepper. Also, the cabbage rolls had tasty tomato sauce and lots of meat & rice but just a wafer-thin cabbage wrapping.“
“We visited for the first time yesterday and it was AMAZING! Great ambience, friendly staff, good music but the food was the star of the show. Absolutely delicious! Everything from the bread, salads, soups and entrees. We will definitely be back!!!“
“Very cozy asian-style noodle spot!I ordered a beef pad thai for lunch. The food was good, but it wasn’t until I added fish sauce and chili at home where all the flavors came out and molded together! I wish I asked for the condiments in-person. The beef was more on the hard side though, I wish it was softer. The portion was bigger than I expected but was the perfect size. I would love to come back and try other noodle dishes on the menu.In terms of service, I was greeted with smiles by the hostess doubling as a server as I walked in the door. Very attentive and very kind. She knows her customers very well. The food came out quick and I was able to get a good meal in while I was in-between classes. The music was great it contributed to the ambiance. I loved the fact that I could also hear the wok sizzling in the background as they were cooking.Parking: There’s a side street that’s not paid but it’s difficult to find parking. Sheffield is paid parking.“
“To start: edamame, Xiao Long Bao, scallion pancakeShared meal: orange beef, dan dan noodles, cashew chickenEverything was so delicious! We wanted a bit of heat and were able to get great dishes and control the spicy level. This place is worth trying to find parking.“
“Meat pierogi are some of the best I've out outside of Poland. Potato pancakes are thicker, like they should be. And the sour soup was actually sour and not watered down for inexperienced palates (-:Kid-friendliness: Brought a stroller and breastfed during dinner no problem“
“This is a great place to pick up a quick lunch. Prices are fair and I love that the soups constantly differ. Usually when I go I pick up a cold soup from the fridge as well! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad soup. Sandwiches are a bit lacking in my opinion. Ice cream is also amazing. Not the biggest space so I usually treat it as a grab and go more but there are a few tables available.“
“Y’all need to visit Taverna Naxos in Wilmette and have an Aphrodite‘s Kiss made by Rosanna. It’s their Greek version of an Old Fashioned and is truly fantastic. Follow that up with the Baby Back Ribs (no bbq sauce in sight or needed) and you’ll be anxious to return. Say hi to Naxos’s manager, Suzanne, who will make sure you enjoy your visit.“
“6 of us went , all ordered different entrees & all agreed it was the best "_____" we ever had.ordered potstickers, egg rolls & greenbeens for the table & they're the best in the city. Jimmy (the owner) has been doing it great since the 80“
“Just had the best service ever! Gina was our waitress and she was such a sweetheart. More places need workers like her. We'll be back specifically for her! Thank you! Highly recommend her as your server. Made our experience here so much more enjoyable.“
“Picked up a to-go order for lunch and I was so pleased. Got a steak burrito and this was possibly some of the most flavorful steak I've ever had in a burrito. Perfect lunch honestly. This place looks like fun and I'll have to come back for dinner sometime. There was only one person working period and he was so nice and his earrings were cool and boy can he make a burrito! Will definitely be back!“
“I biked from Rodgers Park just to get my favorite sandwich, the Balboa. I love this place and the owner is super friendly. Service is fast and the taste is some of the best in the city. I always pick up a bottle of their secret sauce when I am here too it goes great on everything. Try the new lentil soup ?“
“Such good tacos!! Came here for Taco Tuesday and they are only $4 a piece. The Al Pastor tacos are a standout, with tons of meat and pineapple chunks. My friend got the crispy shrimp taco and loved it. Got a tasty house margarita for only $8 since it was also Happy Hour. Couldn’t ask for a better deal! The vibes are more like a bar, but the food is delicious. I’d also recommend the house guacamole!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free tacos available“
“Ive been here a couple times with friends and with my girlfriend. Overall everything here is very good. The drinks and apps really stand out in my opinion and I wouldn't mind just stopping in here for the drinks alone. Here's my break down.Drinks:•Thai Iced Tea- hands down best Thai iced tea I have ever had. Easily a 10/10. My gf and I loved it.•Vietnamese iced coffee- reminds me of those Starbucks drinks you buy in glass bottles at gas stations but much better. It's a great pick-me-up•Cherry pomenade- both my gf and my friend really enjoyed this drink and I thought it tasted great too. Another solid choice.Apps:•egg rolls- amazing, I could eat a hundred of those things. Definitely can tell they're made fresh. The sauce it comes with is great too.•spring rolls- great and very fresh. The sauce it comes with is very good too.Wings- very good as well. I prefer the honey soy sauce.Main:•again everything here has been good. I havent had nearly as much if this menu yet though.•Bun Bo Hue - is a definite highlight and my personal favorite. It has a little bit of kick and great flavor.•Short Ribs - my friend had these and he gave them a 8/10• Vegetarian Pho- my gf had this and gave it an 8/10•pho tai- solid choice as well but I much prefer the Bun Bo Hue.Service:I've read a few comments about service being slow but it's never felt that way to me. They're always super nice. Last time I was there it was Jeremy serving our food and he's amazing.“
“Incredibly nice. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing for delivery, called the restaurant a couple minutes before the driver showed up, explained the problem, and they fixed it for me (despite having already prepared my incorrect order). I was extremely surprised and grateful, wasn't expecting that level of service. Will always order from here when I have a craving for pho.“
“We love coming here to pick up breakfast (quiche and baked goods) to go or sitting on the patio when weather permits. The service is always friendly and the baked goods and quiche are always fresh! Coffee is great too! Really appreciate this neighborhood staple. Highly recommend the blueberry and raspberry almond scones, blueberry muffins and pumpkin or gingerbread muffins.“
“This is the place to go for sausage! Make sure you are there super early if you go for ANY holiday!!Not a great place if you have fear of small places or get anxious around a lot of people.Pickles, suarkraut, polish sausage, hot bar, coffee bar, sweets..you name it.“
“I just got off an 11 hour plane ride from Japan. Lucky's hit the spot. They don't skimp out on the servings and the food is delicious and freshly cooked. Just what I needed! The staff was nice and noticed they greeted their regulars by name and talked to them. The place is clean and comfortable.“
“this place is awesome. I tried both the lemongrass pork and coco special banh mi and they were both great. the flavors & meat-bread ratio made them some of the better Vietnamese sandwiches I’ve had in the city. not too heavy but still filling.“
“Their Italian ice is the best we've tried by far. It's very flavorful, perfect texture and refreshing. So far I've tried strawberry, lemon, grape and lime. All are excellent. I can't wait to try the other flavors. After trying Little Lulu's Ice, I finally understand why people get so excited about Italian ice. This is far superior to others I've tried.“
“My favorite place to grab lunch in the suburbs- Mary Jo and Themis are so welcoming and make you feel like family. I especially love being able to get a quick meal on my lunch break without needing to worry about the ingredients in my food. Their soup and gyros are the real deal! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.“
“We had been out all day and wanted a quick bite before heading home. We were at Jarvis Sq. tavern and decided to try New Luzzat. The potato samosas were good but the chicken biryani was fantastic. Rice was tasty with lots of whole chicken pieces. Enough that we may have leftovers. Will definitely pickup from here again.“
“This place has great lunch specials, and for a little more, you can do the same for dinner specials. They have huge fried chicken wings that are so good, very crispy but tender and juicy. The delivery people are Lee's Wok staff, and I've never had an issue with the delivery. This is not a place to dine in, so there is not much atmosphere, but really, this is a pick-up or delivery place, but it's worth it.Vegetarian options: They can make almost anything vegetarian. I'm not a vegetarian, but I love the veggie egg foo young.Parking: This is part of a lot with several businesses, but you can find parking since most businesses there are pick-up and go.“
“This restaurant seems to have more carry out business than customers dining there. The service isn't the friendliest, but i think this is more a cultural/language thing than rudeness. The woman will show you how to properly combine items on table to eat the dish. There is a tv, but only Korean shows are on with no closed captioning. The owners are cordial to korean speaking patrons. It's been this way for years, but i still choose to eat here. I wish the menus provided dish names in English, besides the Korean names. The food tastes good and prices are fair.Parking: Small parking lot, free wirh wheelchair parking.“
“One of the best food places at this mall. The customer service was amazing, the lady was so sweet. Food was amazing i’ve been there many times and it never ever disappoints. Tacos are soo good, The bowls are delicious and the Tamales are good. Love everything about this definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: Good options for vegetarians like the rest of my family really enjoy“
“Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Haven't stopped by here for some good food for many years and ordered the Pork Belly Ramen for the first time. The white broth was excellent and had what tasted like truffle oil. Could have more salt, but not a deal-breaker. Pork Belly was thick and had some toughness/body too it. Not super-fatty. The poached egg was cooked perfectly. The amount of sprouts, corn, and other veggies were just right. Didn't grab any half off / BOGO sushis for once. Nice to stop by here after 7pm.“
“We got into Spizzico and instantly were greeted with warm welcomes and great smells! the service was amazing and we were in and out in no time! amazing staff, and well organized company! thank you spizzico! btw, we had pizza, wings, cheesecake and fried dough!“
“Great overall experience. We ordered food to go and there was a mixup. Liz, the manager was extremely attentive and made it right. Everyone, from the person who took our order (though she misunderstood my order), the food preparers and the manager Liz were all very kind and helpful. Thank you again Liz. We'll be back!“
“The food was great and the customer service was great. We came in a little late and they welcomed us in. We even got to taste a new addition to their menu for free over all great place (the garlic fry’s was the new thing. You know those hit the spot)“
“I had not been to this Olive Garden location in years and was pleasantly surprised at how updated and modern the decor was. Seating was fast and the service was great. I had a chicken dish that was nicely prepared, along with the famous, delicious breadsticks. I tried two soups as part of my meal, and those were the only disappointment. They seemed less flavorful and less full of the good meat/vegetable ingredients than before, as if they are being stretched by adding more broth to save money. All in all, though, it was a good experience and I would go back for sure.“
“It is difficult to find Khao Soi on a Thai menu. It’s a northern Thai dish I fell in love with when I was there and it is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, sour and spicy with crunch. Its on the menu here although called “Evanston Noodles” be sure to go and check it out!“
