The service was impressively fast, and the employee taking my order was incredibly cheerful and polite. “I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! They could’ve done the bare minimum but they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park. This cake was a masterpiece and the decorator deserves a raise! Thank you so very much!“

I don't know his name but I went there this afternoon a little after 5 pm and he is doing amazing. Corporate give that young man a courtesy award for his hospitality. “I've been to this location a handful of times and have had a great experience with the food and service every time but the wait time could be improved on. Each time I've visited it always seems to take twice as long as you would anticipate.

With that being said though, it has always been worth the wait because the food and service from the employees has been well above my expectations. The employees are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this location.“

“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

“I have been going here as long as I can remember I haven't seen the beautiful older lady who's the mom and grandma and probably great grandma now I pray everything is ok . I have some of my best memories here from both childhood with family and friendships with friends I grew up on Ellen Wood and Ridgewood so ya. Even through some of my hardest times this place has just been home for me, all the staff and family knows me and my hubby we always go here plus they have known me over 25 years the nail salon also since I was a kid. The staff was very friendly.. even though I witnessed some customers very rude behavior towards them..I absolutely love the jack fillet with fries and any sauce you'd like.. you'll get plenty of food for a decent price.. would have given it 5⭐'s but I wasn't too pleased with the fried chicken ?.. overall I am pleased with the service.. will continue to eat there and would definitely recommend ..

“Went in today (6/24) around 2pm and had the most delightful experience I’ve ever had at any fast food store. The manager was direct and efficient, did their best to complete my orders to satisfaction, and was a well-spoken professional from the second I walked in to the second I walked out. It was the highlight of my day to see her effort in small talk with other customers— one customer being a sweet older woman. The manager asked if her sandwich was to her liking, in which she responded that it was so good it persuaded her to eat her second half. I must agree, the food was superb compared to subways closer to my home town. Everything tasted fresh and the building was respectively clean inside!“
