“Me and my family LOVE this Sammie's specifically. It has a homie atmosphere inside, the workers feel like they're in sync and are very nice to the customers. The food they make is addicting, especially their chocolate shakes. When my family and I move, we'll most likely get Sammie's on the last day we live in this area.“

“This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May '89-Nov '02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.

When it comes to having Arby's whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I'm starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce.

There's one thing that Arby's doesn't have.......competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there's only 1 and that's Arby's.

Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD's, Popeye's, BK, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc.........Arby's has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.

Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.

As long as Arby's keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I'll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin' business for the franchise owner.“

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

“Tried the new menu item Gyros. Hope they keep it on the menu. They were great. The Tzatziki Sauce which makes a Gyro was perfect with enough cucumbers. We now have a new place to go to for Gyros. Last, I had just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious.“

Hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bells I've been to in quite some time.
Walked in, and started tomorrow through the kiosk, a yound man (worker) said if we needed help not to hesitate to ask, which I thought was very nice since most young kids and even some adults these days don't want to even look at you and greet you when you walk through the door.

The dining room was super clean and the food was exactly what we ordered, pop wasn't flat like usual.

Thank you to the young staff at this specific Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and thank you for showing respect to your customers.“

“Usually great service and people, but you guys missed the mark tonight. The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. Not a great outing tonight.“

This time I wanted to try their gyro which was fantastic!! Flavorful and loaded with a lot of meat!

“Absolutely enjoyed my lunch at this new location! I’ve been here several times in the drive thru since they opened and had time to stop in the dining room today. Service was quick, my meal was hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was inviting and overall pleasant. Bathrooms were also clean so I appreciate that! Will be a regular customer now that McHenry has a beautiful new chick fil a close to home.“

“Their new green sauce is delightful. Hate the kiosk ordering which is challenging to order from. Why is a medium soft drink $1 but a small is $2.39? Yes they will still let you order at a cashier but there is no menu so you have to use the kiosk to see the selection. Why are the signs now all saying Taco Bell delivery? Do they not want us to come in?“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. The owner is very friendly and kind, even remembers our names and order because my husband and I always get the same thing. He makes the best subs to order with whatever you want on it. “While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“Stopped at Culver’s on Route 83 as a last minute treat after a really rough morning at work, and the experience completely turned my day around.

I was greeted by the sweetest employee. I later called and found out her name was Hannah 🤩 She was so cheerful, patient, and genuinely kind. Her attitude alone put me in a much better mood.

Honestly, the positivity seems to carry through the whole restaurant because every employee I interacted with was friendly and enthusiastic, including the person who answered my call and the guy who brought out my food.

Such a great atmosphere and energy. I’ll definitely be coming back and taking the time to eat inside next time.

“Everytime I've ordered from this location the order is accurate, tastes great, & fast & friendly service. I deliver for uber eats so I see a lot of restaurants over & over & notice grease marks & fingerprints all over many front doors, dirty counters, etc but not this location. Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. “I’ve been going to McDonald’s more often lately because of the Monopoly game. They have a great variety of food, and I really like the Steak, Egg & Cheese Biscuit for breakfast. Their Smoothie selection is also better than most other places. I found Mango Pineapple Smoothie there.

The only downside is that it’s pretty hard to make a left turn when leaving the parking lot.“

“Always a delicious spot for lunch and dinner. Daily specials posted on the white board inside. Tacos never disappoint! I always get 2 tacos and some rice with a horchata. Dine in available but beware parking a little weird outside and if you're unfamiliar with unloading wheelchairs in a slight slant I would park in the side or exterior of the building of at all possible. Parking is limited and easier to pull into going north bound on rt 12. South bound you sit in the meridian until traffic dispurses. There are also signs posted for not parking at the local deli next door, just avoid the south end of the building actually.“

“Alexes Vienna Beef and Kronos Gyros always has a nice friendly man take your order at the register and the french fries and the Gyros and Char broiled Hamburger is the best I have ever tasted in Mc Henry County Alex's thanks all you nice friendly men who work there I would highly recommend this place to stop at and eat lunch or dinner you will not be dissappointed and the food is fantastic and he gives the customer the best bang for his buck !“
