Will never go to another Dunkin. It’s not the same experience elsewhere. It’s so pretty from outside too. Love the landscaping and flowers.“

She said she wouldn’t give me a refund and then when I insisted that if she could please give me my refund, she threw Canadian coins at me. I was a little upset when my half dozen rang up to $47 (my fault for not looking at prices ahead of time) but was SO incredibly surprised by the flavor and texture of these donuts. The bakers have managed to find a way to make yeast donuts perfectly flavorful with no greasy feeling- they are light as a fluffy pillow with the slightest crisp from being fried. Honestly, to die for. Were still amazing even hours later!!“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“The place walking in was bright and colorful, with the cashier welcoming us in. There is an option to order on your own on a kiosk! The food here is very tasty and the tea was delicious. The cashier was very friendly and made the experience overall great. Can't wait to come back again!“

We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“There are a few Dunkin's in my area that I go to, this one is by far the most consistent! The staff is always friendly, the food is always hot, and my coffee is always made perfectly! Caught them during a busier rush today and even then they were very communicative and got my food and coffee out to me fast. Fave location in my area!“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“I love this place . The staff and Management are always kind and helpful. I know with the incident that happened this pass week was an isolated incident and it will not stop me from going there . The person who did that was dealt with immediately you can not blame the whole staff for that one sick person .“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

Everyone here was so freakin nice, I almost thought it was my birthday or something. Seriously. You know when you look at the schedule at work and know itll be a good day because youre scheduled with the dream team? “We stopped in for a quick breakfast yesterday. We get Dunkin's avocado toast quite a bit from other stores for a quick (animal free) breakfast. We know this isn't real homemade avocado toast but at $3 a slice it's not a bad buy. This particular location in Burr Ridge hooked us up. The avocado spread was quite generous and the citrus flavor was strong. Some people may not like that but I did! We got the sun dried tomatoes with the everything seasoning. The bread was a little under toasted but not really a problem. We also got a coffee and a couple refresher drinks which were all good. It was a great little breakfast and we didn't feel like garbage afterwards.
