The food is Always fresh, hot and made to order. Staff is always friendly and they greet you with a smile. If you love ice cream like I do, their shakes are the frosting on the cake....just incredibly great burgers!“

“This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May '89-Nov '02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.

When it comes to having Arby's whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I'm starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce.

There's one thing that Arby's doesn't have.......competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there's only 1 and that's Arby's.

Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD's, Popeye's, BK, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc.........Arby's has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.

Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.

As long as Arby's keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I'll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin' business for the franchise owner.“

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

Hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bells I've been to in quite some time.
Walked in, and started tomorrow through the kiosk, a yound man (worker) said if we needed help not to hesitate to ask, which I thought was very nice since most young kids and even some adults these days don't want to even look at you and greet you when you walk through the door.

The dining room was super clean and the food was exactly what we ordered, pop wasn't flat like usual.

Thank you to the young staff at this specific Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and thank you for showing respect to your customers.“

“Their new green sauce is delightful. Hate the kiosk ordering which is challenging to order from. Why is a medium soft drink $1 but a small is $2.39? Yes they will still let you order at a cashier but there is no menu so you have to use the kiosk to see the selection. Why are the signs now all saying Taco Bell delivery? Do they not want us to come in?“

Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. “Stopped at Culver’s on Route 83 as a last minute treat after a really rough morning at work, and the experience completely turned my day around.

I was greeted by the sweetest employee. I later called and found out her name was Hannah 🤩 She was so cheerful, patient, and genuinely kind. Her attitude alone put me in a much better mood.

Honestly, the positivity seems to carry through the whole restaurant because every employee I interacted with was friendly and enthusiastic, including the person who answered my call and the guy who brought out my food.

“What a breath of fresh air. I know running a Subway is incredibly difficult with how corporate gouges the franchised locations, but this location stands above the rest. No skimping on ingredients, great attitudes and friendly employees. This is the Subway to go to.“

I deliver for uber eats so I see a lot of restaurants over & over & notice grease marks & fingerprints all over many front doors, dirty counters, etc but not this location. Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. “Always a delicious spot for lunch and dinner. Daily specials posted on the white board inside. Tacos never disappoint! I always get 2 tacos and some rice with a horchata. Dine in available but beware parking a little weird outside and if you're unfamiliar with unloading wheelchairs in a slight slant I would park in the side or exterior of the building of at all possible. Parking is limited and easier to pull into going north bound on rt 12. South bound you sit in the meridian until traffic dispurses. There are also signs posted for not parking at the local deli next door, just avoid the south end of the building actually.“

“At 9:00 p.m., on Friday, December 16, 2022, our group of thirty-plus 6th through 8th graders, and their parents, converged upon 5555 Grand Avenue in Gurnee, IL. Our normal after performance ice cream place had closed early that night, so we set our sets on the next closest, largest and family friendly restaurant…McDonalds. We were loud. 30 kids singing show tunes at 9:00 at night, immediately following a theater performance? We were SO loud and ridiculously unorganized. Your employees, every single one of them still left at the restaurant at that hour, were so kind, patient, understanding, friendly, polite and hard-working. The manager on staff at the time, Cesar Lopez, managed it all beautifully and even kindly suggested we call ahead next time so he can be certain he’ll have enough staff on hand to handle another after-theater surge. While our kids were all mostly well-behaved and polite, it was definitely loud, controlled chaos for a good hour. We’re so very thankful for the extremely respectful way our kids were treated that night. The employees at 5555 Grand Avenue made what could have been a very stressful event into a…non-issue. Which, when you’re trying to corral 30+ adolescents, is a very good thing. You’ve found customers for life.“
