“The Subway on Rollins Road in Round Lake was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant was extremely clean, from the dining area to the food prep stations, showing great attention to hygiene and detail. It was also very spacious, making it comfortable to dine in without feeling crowded. The quality of the food was outstanding—everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I was also impressed by their phenomenal speed and efficiency, as my order was ready in no time without sacrificing quality. Overall, it was an impressive visit, and I will definitely be returning soon“

“while they usually do great I ordered 2 of the big Kahana tubs today. I've never had one but as the sandwich and pictures show, it's not supposed to have lettuce. I had half my teeth removed a few weeks ago and lettuce is just not doable for me. highly disappointed.“

Other Subways go cheap and barely give you any food on the bread. I don’t eat at Subway as often as I would because of this. I forgot about this Subway location. “While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“The steak and cheese sandwich was good and I get it all the time but the problem was when i used those drink fountains not the bottle one but the one you have pure drink in the cup there was something in the drink. Although I changed my mind that I will just buy a drink for the bottle.“

He dropped the mustard bottle on the floor while making the sandwich. What really impressed me was he picked it up and placed it in the sink, and grabbed a fresh one. “I visited the Cary Jimmy John’s on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. This was my fourth visit to the Cary JJ’s following my last visit in July but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it was easy picking it up after work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so.
