“Friendly. Polite. Accurate with orders. Clean store. Quick. The Chicken Noodle soup was excellent! Chunks of chicken and carrots! The Broccoli and Cheese soup was good according to my family. Our sandwiches were flavorful, a reasonable amount of toppings, fresh bread and were delicious! I really appreciate the amount of product put on my sandwich without me having to ask. Other Subways go cheap and barely give you any food on the bread. I don’t eat at Subway as often as I would because of this. I forgot about this Subway location. I just happened to google search locations to see which location was closer to me and this store popped up as the closest to me. I will definitely be back!“

“Reviews almost made me spend my money somewhere else, but I decided to think positive on it and I decided to make a order online and walk in as they made it and this was as they first opened up at 10:00am and I ordered a Veggie Unwich ( meaning no bread it is wrapped with lettuce ? instead of bread) and had it customized like with No cheese, No Mayo,extra avocado spread , extra onions , extra lettuce and extra etc the list goes on and I paid and walked out and ate my veggie unwich and it was made and wrapped very well and it tasted amazing no cap ?, the guy who made it I should of got his name for a shout out but he took his time and made it with love and care and I’m satisfied how my order came out Today…maybe it could be other workers that did not care with other orders prior for the not so good reviews is why the Google review is iffy but my order was exactly everything I asked for and so today I give it 5 stars ⭐️. “Subway in CrystaLake on Route 14 is our favorite Subway location . I always ask to put on extra veggies. I get a 12" sub and took picture of the second half. It's so fresh and they are generous with their veggies. Through the app we get points. Today we got two footlong and also got couple $ off and were able to combine it with their promo. We have been going to them for a few years and switched from another town that they are not as generous with their toppings. Great job on being prompt and following our special requests! We are one of their regulars. Well worth going to this location.“

“I visited the Cary Jimmy John’s on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. This was my fourth visit to the Cary JJ’s following my last visit in July but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it was easy picking it up after work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so.
