“Did the karaoke party - - family style food first then karaoke. The crab rangoon is very good as well as the garlic green beans. The orange chicken head very orange-y. Also came with vegetable egg rolls, vegetable fried rice, sushi, dumplings. I thought the rest of the food was just ok but I'd be willing to go back to try food specifically that I prefer and could order. It's byob but he supplies ice and there is liquor on site. Jimmy creates such a lively, fun vibe!!! Definitely an experience!“

The banh mi had the perfect ratio of toppings and I had no complaints with it. The milk tea was a little sweet for my taste, so next time I think I would ask for less sugar. The second time I came I tried the vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken skewers. The fish sauce is garlicky and spicy and everything tasted fresh. They also have sugarcane juice which was delicious. “best sushi in the chicagoland area for me! this little stall inside Hmart Niles’ food court is such a hidden gem. my husband and i actually come here once a week now, it’s officially become our comfort-food spot. i’m not a raw-sushi person at all, but they have amazing cooked options. i'm obsessed with the salmon yaki roll. seriously, it’s that good, always fresh and consistent.

we chatted with the owner once, and he told us he even makes the wasabi from scratch. the wasabi alone deserves an award, so flavorful, not the harsh store-bought kind. the owner is almost always there, making the sushi himself and running things with such a friendly vibe. he truly deserves recognition. this is literally the only sushi my stomach can tolerate, so that says a lot.

and it’s not just the sushi. their entrées are unforgettable too. my husband swears by the chicken katsu: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the portion/price is super fair.

“Walked in roughly around 8pm, was instantly seated, my server was named Chuy, hands down the best server I’ve ever had. He asked us everything that we wanted instantly brought out our drinks and side courses while we waited on our entrees, made sure everything in our table was full. Treated us with so much respect and allowed us to eat without bothering our conversations. Above and beyond worker, made us feel comfortable and we truly enjoyed our meal because of the excellent service.
