Parking: In Walmart facility there is plenty of parking. But most of the time the parking lot is packed the restaurant is in Walmart.

Kid-friendliness: They have boneless wing which is basically the same as chicken nuggets. It also has claw machines for a dollar and plenty of quality prizes.“

“I work for ALDI corporate, and we've had Rammys cater our team building event in Elk Grove for three years now. Their subs are AMAZING, they are a breeze to work with and so friendly. My group loves the subs, the bread is fresh and don't get me started on the turtle brownies. On a personal note, the tuna sub is superb. Im very picky about tuna salad and I loved every bite. Run, do not walk, to Rammys.“

“This is a wonderful sub shop. I have had numerous sandwiches here and they are all top notch. My favorite so far is the Rammy's Radical Italian Beef. “Update:
I went a second time to try more things. I wouldn't recommend the potato pancakes. I don't know if it was an off day but the potatoes were dry, like they were left out for too long and then fried.
But the belly lox sandwich was amazing! On the salty side but that's how we like it. It came with a side of potato salad which was also amazing.

The food was good but not great. The bagel and cream cheese were good and standard but the pastrami hash and eggs were okay with not a lot of flavor. I'll definitely go back to try different Bagels and other items.“

They make it a fun experience customizing your own sandwich by filling out your order form, they have so many toppings and sauces available. The ingredients used are the freshest compared to other sandwich shop chains. TRULY THE BEST! If you’re extra hungry, try their French fries and wich sauce!!! It’s our favorite. And the shakes are the thickest, creamiest heavenly dessert you could ask for. Overall, we have always had positive customer service and friendly smiles from the workers. “First time going there after trying to find some different places to eat in the area. I ordered the California turkey wrap and a cookie, and both were amazing! It’s probably not somewhere I’d go to sit down and eat with friends, I don’t think it’s meant for that. But it’s a great place to go and pick up from if you’re looking for good, fresh food. I took one star away because after I got home and saw the email of my receipt I noticed it was a couple dollars more than what I was told as I was checking out. Sure enough there was a $2 tip added. Not upset about a couple extra dollars, but I would’ve appreciated the transparency and the choice to leave a tip. There was no screen that gave me an option to tip so it felt a little shady to me.
Good to note: The office building itself was easy enough to find, but there aren’t any signs to point you in the direction of the actual cafe. You have to go into the west entrance.“

“Called to check if they have Veggie Patty. Dan picked call and confirmed yes. Later I asked if you accept coupon I have. He asked if digital, I replied NO paper with bar code. He said yes, I placed order over phone. Dan was so professional while taking order and I can see his enthusiasm in his tone. I requested my Coworker to pick. “This is literally the best Subway I've ever been to. Mike is the nicest guy who is always there when I visit. He always remembers my order and will never let me forget the side of giardinara that I always order for my husband. This location also accepts all coupons, regardless of expiration. The actual owner (whose name I forgot - I only met him once) is a very nice guy who explained that his focus is on excellent customer service. Really rare for a fast food franchise owner. Love this place and will go out of my way just for the great service!“

“When I saw this deli open I thought, ho hum, just another deli. This is not ‘just another deli’. Selection is great, food has been outstanding. I especially like using their iPhone app. Easy to order and make customizations to your sandwich. I like to substitute the wheat wrap on my Spicy Southwest Chicken. The Chicken Tortilla soup is also fantastic - just enough heat for me. My wife loves the Savannah Chop salad. If you plan to eat in, study the menu before you go. You’ll have a hard time deciding! In my experience the prices for all there items we’ve ordered are reasonable. Example - the Savannah Chop salad was $8.89. Not bad for a large salad with grilled chicken. Support this business because they are a differentiator.“

How can someone come in at lunchtime and do that. Maybe next time call it in. I waited 15 min to my order in. And the one bathroom has been out of order for at least a month. Corporate or the owner of this location can't get someone to fix the bathroom?“

“My daughter loves Subway. I'm not a huge fan, but it's only because I ate a lot of Subway sandwiches over the years. This location is pretty decent and clean. Sometimes I forget it's connected to the Shell gas station, but when you're in a hurry, and you and your car both need to refuel then you can't go wrong!“

“It was a quick order and take away, three sandwiches. There was only one employee, but he was pleasant and worked fast. I had a classic tuna with modifications and it was great. I recommend adding crispy jalapenos to the tuna for that zest and crunch.“

Subway now has Pepsi products this was my first subway I’ve been to since the switch was made from Coca Cola products.
Deducting one star because she tried to deny my coupon at first even though it said nothing about a 6 inch breakfast sub being excluded at all and I’ve used those coupons before many times on breakfast sub.
Also I did not ask for the flatbread itself to be toasted because that makes it hard but she toasted it anyway. She double toasted it actually. And she was a little cheap on the amount of ingredients added , I had to ask for more green pepper for example because she only put like 2 little slivers of it at first.“

“I was late for school and forgot to pack a lunch so I ordered at the intersection past Buffalo Grove High School, near the dealerships. I turn in, park, touch up my make up because theres no way they can make it THAT fast. Maybe 2 minutes, give or take, I walk in and tell them I just ordered, and guess what? They had already put it on their pick up shelf. Thank you to the 2-3 girls working, my sandwich was yummy and cut in half just the way I wanted!“
