I have to tell you about the shrimp! It was fried to perfection! The texture of the shrimp was that of a lobster. Not to tuff and not to soft. “My first visit here. I did not get to try any food. That's because lunch hours are 12:00 to 3:00 pm, and the kitchen opens back up at 5:00 p.m. I picked up my order today. I called it in. Please make sure when you call in your order to check to see what the specials are and how much they cost. According to the post, the special on Wednesday is a patty melt with fries for $6. When I got there they told me there was no special on patty melts. So I paid the regular price of $10.50 each. It's not a bad price but I was expecting to pay $12 in tax for two. I did go over the post with the cashier to make sure of any other specials going on during the week and of course the other specials were legit but not the one today. So I don't understand why the patty melt was not a special today.

Okay, let's get to the food. The patty melt was delicious. It was seasoned perfectly. The onions were grilled perfectly. The food was nice and hot.

I will come back again but I'm going to double-check to make sure about the prices before I do.

It's a great spot to hang out for lunch and dinner. There are less than 20 items on the menu but they are nicely priced. Also, if you're a drinker there's plenty of that too. And the prices are great.“

“Came in and the place was completely empty, sign said "seat yourselves" it felt kind of awkward but someone came out to greet us a few seconds later. Staff was super friendly and nice! I brought my grandmother and she wanted to split her meal with someone who wasn't able to come to the restaurant in person, so they brought out half of her meal and waited until we were almost done with the other half freshly made and packaged! Lake perch was great! Not like other restaurants that try to serve ocean perch as lake perch. The Nashville hot chicken strips were a little disappointing they didn't have any heat to them, but the chicken was cooked perfectly and the breading was really good so it made up for it! Mac n cheese was delicious, I was even impressed with the fries! None of them were soggy or over salted! I'm sad I couldn't have tried them sooner!“
