“Last Friday evening ( Oct 17, 2025 ) I came in with my 2 sons - we are regulars at the Glenview Yardhouse for years now - we are always treated so kindly , my sons and I Love The Atmosphere, The food is always just The Best - my sons are always asking me when are we driving back down to The Yardhouse in Glenview :)) The music selection is So Awesome also ! The server Matt took care of us last Friday and he was So Kind Always !!!!!!! My sons Love The Cheeseburgers and Hanging Bavarian Pretzels, the Calamari, the Mac and Cheese , the Orange chicken and Jasmine rice , the loaded pepperoni pizza and the desserts !!! We always leave with lots and lots of leftovers :))“

“We had a wonderful dinner at Prairie Grass Cafe. The spring rolls were loaded with delicious perfectly cooked shrimp and the accompanying sauce (sweet chili with garlic and cilantro) plays nicely with them. The flounder with roasted carrots and parsnip-potato purée was as delicious as it looks. It was generously portioned and beautifully plated. We also enjoyed the mussels with parsley, shallots, and breadcrumbs pasta. My husband is Sicilian and it reminded us of the pasta con le sarde that we love to have in Sicily. The mussels were plump and delicious. The wine list is very nice. We found wines we really enjoyed and they were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the Attems, Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy ‘22 with our mussels and flounder, and the Fritz Haag, Riesling, Germany ‘21 with our pumpkin pie for dessert. Service was perfect.“

“Came in on a Thursday night. It was fairly crowded but our server Matthew was very attentive. They have a good beer selection, both drafts and cans/bottles. The food was very good, especially the mashed potatoes, and salads were half-priced. Would be a great place to watch a game and grab some beers and food. We’ll be back again.“

“I just hosted my wedding at Chief O’Neill’s on Saturday and it could not have been more perfect. Siobhan and her team took amazing care of us! The venue is stunning, the food is phenomenal, and every one of our guests was gushing about how impressed they were by everything! The back beer garden is so magical, you would have thought we spent tens of thousands of dollars to dress it up, but we didn’t need to. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue to host a wedding, party, shower, or intimate event, you should definitely give them a visit!“

The meals were top-notch and the staff were so caring towards your comfort and preferences! I got the Kids French Toast after meal as a treat for myself, and I almost ascended from the sweetness! “I had a great time wine tasting here! We sat out on their patio, which was secluded and quiet. The perfect armosphere for a catch up with friends or a date night. The food is delicious too. My favorite was the shrimp ceviche. On Wednesdays, they do happy hour specials on tasting flights! I really enjoyed the Mediterranean white flight. Their broader wine list is also incredibly diverse, representing many regions and flavors. I’ll definitely be back!“
