“Amazing service! Enjoyed a birthday dinner for my husband, and the meal was taking a little long to come out. We didn't even say anything since it was a Saturday, and understood things gets busy. Manager came over immediately and said dessert was on the house along with an additional taco (the culprit of the delayed meals)!“

“We had a wonderful dinner at Prairie Grass Cafe. The spring rolls were loaded with delicious perfectly cooked shrimp and the accompanying sauce (sweet chili with garlic and cilantro) plays nicely with them. The flounder with roasted carrots and parsnip-potato purée was as delicious as it looks. It was generously portioned and beautifully plated. We also enjoyed the mussels with parsley, shallots, and breadcrumbs pasta. My husband is Sicilian and it reminded us of the pasta con le sarde that we love to have in Sicily. The mussels were plump and delicious. The wine list is very nice. We found wines we really enjoyed and they were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the Attems, Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy ‘22 with our mussels and flounder, and the Fritz Haag, Riesling, Germany ‘21 with our pumpkin pie for dessert. Service was perfect.“

Bar tender was excellent, but she had too many people to serve by herself, the people Sitting at the bar and all the bar tables. They should have 2 people behind bar to wait on tables and bar. They were so nice, engaged with everyone, and my son loved the men working and he’s two so he loved doing fist bumps and they even cut his chicken tenders up for me so they would cool faster. “We reserved a table for two for an early Christmas Eve dinner, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the evening feel extra special. We were quickly greeted by our server, Ashley, who was super attentive. She put in our drink order right away and brought out their complimentary soda bread, which was a great touch. We ordered the Shepherd’s pie and a wedge salad with chicken, everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were quite large. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy their patio.“

“I have been here / multiple times - each in different attire and different levels of “messy”.

Each time, I was greeted with a smile, respected, served delicious food and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed my experience - even enough to sit and dine in (that doesn’t happen often).

I have not had one thing on this menu I didn’t like - both drinks and food. But I came back for the wontons a few times ;)

“I had a great time wine tasting here! We sat out on their patio, which was secluded and quiet. The perfect armosphere for a catch up with friends or a date night. The food is delicious too. My favorite was the shrimp ceviche. On Wednesdays, they do happy hour specials on tasting flights! I really enjoyed the Mediterranean white flight. Their broader wine list is also incredibly diverse, representing many regions and flavors. I’ll definitely be back!“

Had the Pancit with shrimp, Kansi soup, and Turon a la mode for his birthday cake. Was all delicious! And Christine, the host and owner, gave us great service. We highly recommend!“
