“…im so disappointed in myself for forgetting to leave a review the night i recently went here- i even asked for the manager to assure him how wonderful the young lady was taking orders- even when we drove around to pay, and the food was brought out… exceptional customer service all the way around- this location is doing an awesome job on the hiring process! such warm and friendly smiling faces there- this location is actually my favorite- they definitely raise the bar here, and sometimes it needs to be publicly made known- that we see you and appreciate you- you guys are awesome there! thank you!“

“My wife and I have been doing the White Castle Valentine's Day thing for years now - where you sit down and staff serves you. This was our first visit to this particular location, and it was hands down the best experience! The place was super clean, fun decorations everywhere, and our server was very friendly and took great care of us. And of course the food was delicious. After the meal we all took a few pictures together. I can't speak for the day-to-day service, but this place definitely made our Valentine's Day a fun, memorable event!“

“This review isn’t location specific. I enjoy Hardee’s, but they are still a fast food place so the quality of food is the same as that of McDonalds, Burger King, White Castle. It’s a nice switch up from the normal fast food chains. Sodas are usually pretty solid too. The staff are nice but not ~wow~ friendly.“

“I stopped by the Dairy Queen on Franklin Street in Indianapolis to try their hot wings. The portion size was good—enough for a meal or to share. The wings were crispy on the outside, though the inside was slightly less tender than I expected. The sauce had a nice spicy kick, not too overwhelming but flavorful enough to satisfy if you like moderate heat. Pricing is reasonable for fast food.
The location is clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Parking can be a little tight during peak hours, so plan accordingly. The seating area could use some updates for comfort, but overall it’s family-friendly and welcoming. If you’re in the area craving wings and a quick Dairy Queen treat, this spot is a solid choice.“

“I had a lovely morning sister hangout at this location, and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food! Everything was clean, bright, well stocked, and the staff were super friendly and great report with each other.

Our cashier/food runner Linda Holland was incredibly warm and engaging, and helped to enhance our experience there! She even fetched me a straw when she realized that she had accidentally neglected to bring one with her when delivering my iced coffee, even though the straws were only a few feet away. I truly hope that she is considered for future higher up roles because I could see her being a great shift lead/manager if she so desired.

“This poor staff. It's a Thursday night and they are slammed and there are only three people working here tonight?? Y'all should staff more people, like a singular extra person would have the service here through the roof. The manager, I didn't get his name, but he was exceptionally polite despite the numerous incredibly rude CUSTOMERS in the lobby. The worst behaved people in the place were the people on the same side of the counter as me. If you ever see a business absolutely slammed and you have the audacity to get rude with the employees, take a step back and think for just a second.“

I am loving the new kiosks that they have in there. It makes it nice and easy to order what you want, get your drink, and just sit down until your food is ready. They also have super helpful and friendly staff that have no problem explaining how to use the kiosks or helping you get things. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat, especially considering that it costs as much as McDonald's but tastes three times better“

Next morning Bobbie from the district office in Zionsville called me and took down some info. Then had the receipt emailed to me within 30 min. Both gentleman I talked to were super nice and gave GREAT customer service!!! Thank you so much for your assistance!!“

“Got the Italian Beef sandwich, i am a fan of that type of sandwich and was looking forwand to it. Got home and everything was there except my Au Jus! The sandwich was fine but quite dry without my dipping sauce. Everything else was great, hot crispy curly fries, the sliders for the kids were great. Overall a good visit just wish I had my Au Jus!“

“There’s a woman at the McDonald’s drive-thru window with dark hair and thin glasses that catches people off guard in the strangest way. She has this calm, unreadable presence like she knows something nobody else in the parking lot does. The whole place is fluorescent lights, fryer noise, tired people asking for sauces, and somehow she moves through it like she’s in a completely different film than everyone else.
I never caught her name, but it feels like it starts with an M. Something sharp and elegant. Mara. Mona. Maybe Madeline. Whatever it is, it fits the energy. Suave in a way that doesn’t try too hard. Mystical in a way that makes you look twice before pulling away from the window. Very good looking and romantic woman“

“I ordered fish and chicken combo with cheese bites and green beans. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. The problem was how it was thrown in the box. It was not presented well at all. The bites were stuck together (and they were an additional $2!!!!) and the chicken was different sizes (one piece was bite size!). The green beans were surprisingly seasoned well and no complaints.“
