The Gulf Oysters on the ½ Shell were similarly FRESH and delicious. Creole stew cooked with andouille sausage and okra. Served with steamed rice is common to the five styles: 1) Poarch Style - Shrimp, crab, lobster; 2) Shrimp; 3) Crab; 4) Lobster; and 5) Chicken varying in price from $30-$20. My version was clearly made to order—classic NOLA style gumbo with lobster as an add in—shrimp, crab, lobster, chicken and andouille sausage. \n\nFinally, you must “experience” the Seafood Étouffée -Cajun stew, shrimp, crab, and lobster served over soft moist white rice.“

“Came in and the place was completely empty, sign said "seat yourselves" it felt kind of awkward but someone came out to greet us a few seconds later. Staff was super friendly and nice! I brought my grandmother and she wanted to split her meal with someone who wasn't able to come to the restaurant in person, so they brought out half of her meal and waited until we were almost done with the other half freshly made and packaged! Lake perch was great! Not like other restaurants that try to serve ocean perch as lake perch. The Nashville hot chicken strips were a little disappointing they didn't have any heat to them, but the chicken was cooked perfectly and the breading was really good so it made up for it! Mac n cheese was delicious, I was even impressed with the fries! None of them were soggy or over salted! I'm sad I couldn't have tried them sooner!“
