“I recently picked up a catering order that included trays of beef, au jus, Chicago dogs, beef sandwiches, bread, chop salad, and all the fixings. The order was 100% accurate. Of course, all of the food was a big hit for my party. I am quite familiar with the deliciousness of the sandwiches. The big surprise was the chop salad. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend Portillo’s Catering for your next get together.“

I desire ice cream everyday! Multiple times a day!! My favorite blizzard treat is the Brownie Batter Blizzard!! This location is the ONLY location in all of Fort Wayne, Bluffton and Markle, that actually makes it proper!!! I always get a large Brownie Batter Blizzard at least 4 days a week. Some days I’ve even stopped in twice for a large BBBlizzard. The large get 4 scoops or Brownie Batter with 4 scoops of the brownie bits. All the other locations I’ve stopped at do, 1-2 scoops of batter and maybe 2 scoops of brownie bits. I’ve had 2 locations complain they don’t do the 4 scoops of batter because it’s thick and makes the blizzard hard to make. Well I’m sorry, this is part of your job description and that’s what makes this blizzard what it is!! Make it right, or don’t make it at all!! This location though, they do it right all the time!!

The staff here really are great people. The friendliest face that I’ve got used to seeing on my near daily stop is Elijah. I have had several interactions with Elijah and he’s a wonderful person/employee with what I’ve seen as showing great character, a great personality, a positive attitude, great work ethic and always serves and greets with a smile. Elijah wanting to be better at his job asked me out of curiosity, what I believe is the best way to make the blizzard knowing it is a pain to make but It really is best making half/half. Take large cup fill half way with ice cream, 2 scoops of batter, 2 scoops of brownie bits and mix then add the rest of the ice cream, 2 more scoops of batter and bits and mix. Once completed, you are left with perfection that keeps me coming back day after day until the batter runs out. Sadly, I Then have to wait around for next BBBlizzard season.

This DQ location really needs to partake in employee of the month initiatives and honor Elijah with the admirable praise he deserves followed by recognition of the other great employees that make this location the best and only pick for all my DQ Cravings!!“

The manager, Pierce, was absolutely amazing with our order and making warm conversation with us. He had great recommendations on the pizza and he was 100% right about the hot honey topper. “better service and food quality. the mgr was a total jerk almost because I asked for dry breadsticks cause I have to watch my salt an normally the other manager that use to be there was great at making this with no problem. 15 min went by n no dry bread sticks yet even after our food came out and then the girl went back to get them and then 10 more min went by and now we r almost done with our food so a family member went and asked about them and they forgot and just put them in and not even 2 min later they brought them out half raw so I took them back and asked if it were possible to get dry cooked bread sticks that its already been over 20 min cause you kept forgetting n then bring me under cooked bteadsticks to 5-10 min later the rude manager up front brought them out with a grin but now they are black. I asked him as a mgr do you think this is presentable and represented fazzolis? with a smile hr say I don't know I don't eat dry bread sticks and I told him this was poor service and uncalled for and with a smile he says have a merry Christmas..this was 3 weeks ago and I'll be happy to send u a pic of all the bread sticks that I still have a photo of. I filed a complaint online before leaving and obviously this is how you people handle business because no one replied back. we spent almost $30 that could have been spent where they care about their food and customers.“

The Arby’s in Bluffton usually wave the meat over top of the bun and might drop 3 slices of meat on it and call it filling. “Hadn't been here in a few years. Decided to come back today and was quite surprised. Staff weren't the nicest, but were still nice. The floor isn't super clean, and has actually never been. Otherwise, tables were clean and food was very delicious. Fries were better than I remember (especially the seasoning), and the Frisco melt is definitely worth getting again. Electronic ordering is strange; there are no waiters, and you have to scan a QR code on your receipt to activate the soda fountain which is strange but the future is now I guess. Glad this restaurant is still around, I'll definitely be back.“
