“Great place for donuts obviously but last time I was there, the staff were acting unprofessional and were messing around with other staff members and weren’t being very serious in front of customers. Hopefully, this has already been addressed but this was my experience. Nevertheless, the food is quick and easy as well as a drive through that is very convenient.

Parking: The parking is open and easy to park in.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing out of the ordinary and simple.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor with little to none curb.“

“I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though“

“Chat GPT had directed us here on Saturday the 4th. The food was great! My son and I each had the Salmon with Sweet Potato fries. We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. “This is my local kroger starbucks and the staff here are so kind! They always get my drink right and they are friendly and professional. Last year, my 5 year old daughter drew some pictures for the baristas because she knew we were coming in to get a coffee and a cake pop. They acted so excited and hung the drawings up on the wall! Now we see them every time we walk by and I just thought that was so kind of them. Will continue to frequent this location!“

“This Starbucks location is consistently clean, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My drinks are made perfectly every time, which I really appreciate. It’s also nice to see familiar faces behind the counter there doesn’t seem to be a high turnover here, and I think that consistency really shows in the quality of service and how well the drinks are made. The lady over the microphone informed me that they no longer have that drink, however, suggested a drink to make it taste like the one that I like. She was very informative and very helpful! “While I like this location I was disappointed in how we were treated today during power outage. Em put us out in the rain. Asked if we could wait until it stopped raining, Em said no that we had to leave now and they had to leave in the rain too. They did not leave when we did. She seemed eager to get people out so she could lock up and leave. Not thinking of customers. We had been there about 30-40 minutes with about 6 other people. Debbie and I felt Em could have provided better customer service waited the extra 2-3 minutes for the rain to stop before making us leave. Debbie and I still love this Starbucks. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. “I have utilized many a Dunkin donuts restroom. On every occasion the bathroom was impeccably clean. They also have some of the best deals out of any chain coffee shop. They taste was better then Starbucks-- the drinks and food not their toilets“

“I seldom go to Starbucks, since their coffee is outrageously expensive and even the larges are not worth $5+. However, the reason I give this franchise five stars is because the restaurant is always clean when I go in. It is a very comforting atmosphere and the staff are always very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. When I do go for their coffee, at least I can say they are better than the other big competitors like Dunkin Donuts.“

Parking: The parking was just fine it was in a Starbucks is in the plaza and there's plenty of parking and then there's off streets where you can park as well very close in the handicap spots were just excellent as well

Kid-friendliness: Very good friend because the workers and the staff and management they always make you feel at home so every time we come in that's what it is great place to be

Wheelchair accessibility: My grandmother is in a wheelchair and the convenience of the accessibility to the handicap spot in front of the door is excellent for accommodating our daily needs“
