They cleaned it up for me and made me a new one, telling me not to worry and that it happens all the time. I think every single employee offered a kind word and/or helped clean up. It made what could have been a bad situation not so bad after all!“

“I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though“

We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. “This is my local kroger starbucks and the staff here are so kind! They always get my drink right and they are friendly and professional. Last year, my 5 year old daughter drew some pictures for the baristas because she knew we were coming in to get a coffee and a cake pop. They acted so excited and hung the drawings up on the wall! Now we see them every time we walk by and I just thought that was so kind of them. Will continue to frequent this location!“

“This Starbucks location is consistently clean, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My drinks are made perfectly every time, which I really appreciate. It’s also nice to see familiar faces behind the counter there doesn’t seem to be a high turnover here, and I think that consistency really shows in the quality of service and how well the drinks are made. Definitely my favorite location!“

“I almost never go to Starbucks. I have Not been in years. However, I do like to go for the caramel apple spice drink. The lady over the microphone informed me that they no longer have that drink, however, suggested a drink to make it taste like the one that I like. She was very informative and very helpful! I called to talk to her manager, and they said her name was Jordan! Thank you so much for all your help and my drink came out. Delicious, I even got a cake pop! “While I like this location I was disappointed in how we were treated today during power outage. Em put us out in the rain. Asked if we could wait until it stopped raining, Em said no that we had to leave now and they had to leave in the rain too. They did not leave when we did. She seemed eager to get people out so she could lock up and leave. Not thinking of customers. We had been there about 30-40 minutes with about 6 other people. Debbie and I felt Em could have provided better customer service waited the extra 2-3 minutes for the rain to stop before making us leave. Debbie and I still love this Starbucks. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. “I seldom go to Starbucks, since their coffee is outrageously expensive and even the larges are not worth $5+. However, the reason I give this franchise five stars is because the restaurant is always clean when I go in. It is a very comforting atmosphere and the staff are always very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. When I do go for their coffee, at least I can say they are better than the other big competitors like Dunkin Donuts.“
