“Great place for donuts obviously but last time I was there, the staff were acting unprofessional and were messing around with other staff members and weren’t being very serious in front of customers. Hopefully, this has already been addressed but this was my experience. Nevertheless, the food is quick and easy as well as a drive through that is very convenient.

Parking: The parking is open and easy to park in.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing out of the ordinary and simple.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor with little to none curb.“

“I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though“

“Velocity’s iced lattes are a must-try! Each month they switch up the menu, offering several different flavors of house-made syrups. They clearly label vegan options & offer oat milk for drinks. They artfully take photos of each drink and post them on their Instagram page. The photos look like something out of a foodie blog or magazine. A few of my favorite specials have been the chocolate covered potato chip iced latte & the cherry cordial iced latte.“

“I grew up on Long Island NY and now reside in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East TN with my gf, so we know good coffee spots! This charming little place just so happened to be across the street! It was our check out day after I sang the National Anthem the night before for the Florence Y'all's. I had a capuchino, my gf had a latte. Both were very good! It is my understanding the owners are Taiwanese. Historic building with tons of board games and an upper level where you can sit on the floor traditionally like their Culture. “Such a cozy place. I had a hot black tea with a blueberry scone. There is a gift shop with lots of choices for gifts for a friend. The seating is all outside. The front outside area of the shop has lots of mosaics, as the owner was an instructor in mosaics at Baker Hunt which is across the street Around the right side of the building is another area to sit outside an enjoy your drink.“

“My friend and I happened upon this gem while on a girls day in Latonia. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms. The baristas answered our questions and whipped up the most delicious drinks. The owner introduced herself and showed us around, quickly becoming a friend. We sat for a while on the amazing pink velvet couch and fell in love with this quaint little shop. Before we left, the owner offered to loan out her personal shopping cart (which she decorated for us). It was a memorable day and we will definitely be back!“

“I was passing through town and decided to stop at Villa Mocha — and I’m so glad I did! It’s a quaint little shop with absolutely delicious coffee. I ordered the apple blueberry pie and my husband got the apple doughnut… omg, both were incredible. I wish this place was local to us in Nashville because I’d be here all the time. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lydia and Hunter, who were so kind and welcoming. If we pass through again, I’ll definitely be back. “Pulled in here for coffee after dropping my son off at school. The coffee was great and the lady at the window was very friendly and polite. Service was quick. There was only one car ahead of me in line when I got there and they were gone quickly. Hardly any wait at all.“

“I have been going to biggby for years and especially love their bragels. For some reason they have decided to start putting the cream cheese on the side for you to put on yourself? This has only happened 3 separate occasions and isn’t consistent so I’m not sure why they do it some days and other days don’t but it’s a real pain. I usually like to eat my bragel while I drive and that’s not possible when I have to put the cream cheese on it. It’s also rather difficult to spread cold cream cheese on a hot bagel that already has your meat and cheese on it. I hate to complain but it’s happened enough times that it is frustrating. Hoping they will stop doing it if I leave the suggestion!“

“While I like this location I was disappointed in how we were treated today during power outage. Em put us out in the rain. Asked if we could wait until it stopped raining, Em said no that we had to leave now and they had to leave in the rain too. They did not leave when we did. She seemed eager to get people out so she could lock up and leave. Not thinking of customers. We had been there about 30-40 minutes with about 6 other people. Debbie and I felt Em could have provided better customer service waited the extra 2-3 minutes for the rain to stop before making us leave. Debbie and I still love this Starbucks. “I come here every single day and I love it so much. I love all the employees, most of them even know my order before I pull up. My only negative is I wish for the love of God you would please keep your whipped cream in the refrigerator! I get whipped topping on my coffee everyday, it's my sweet little treat to myself. But 90% of the time I can tell that the whipped cream can has been sitting on the counter for the majority of the day and it starts to separate and it gets an oily taste and starts to look like cottage cheese. Please fix this if anyone sees this! I absolutely love coming there. But I cannot stand when the whipped cream is like that. It is awful.“

“I have utilized many a Dunkin donuts restroom. On every occasion the bathroom was impeccably clean. They also have some of the best deals out of any chain coffee shop. They taste was better then Starbucks-- the drinks and food not their toilets“
