“I think the owner and his family were serving us last time we went there. The sandwiches had generous amounts of ingredients, the service was friendly and competent. We liked our sandwiches. Nice clean restrooms too. Earlier times there, we also had the displeasure of dealing with the "rude girl". Hopefully she is no longer working there.“

“I just went in to get a sandwich and needed to order a gluten free sandwich for my celiac daughter. Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much. “This Subway is conveniently located in a residential area not far from the business center of downtown Louisville. I ordered half a sandwich, meatballs. They have regular and high chairs. The workers are efficient and informative. I noticed the lady taping notices at the door and windows:

Vegetarian options: What I like about Subway is the vegetarian options a person can add to a sandwich such as lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.

Parking: This is a prime location so plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: Subway is always kind friendly with cookies and chips on the menu.“

I often eat at Subway, but this one is one of the most efficiently operating Subways across the USA. “I am rating this compared to other subways I've visited over the years. We visited this location at 9pm at night and it was empty. I used a coupon to order my food, and there were no issues transacting the coupon. Delicious subway at a great price with terrific service. Just what I expected.

This location also had "ghost pepper" bread which I had never seen before. It was a level up in heat than the "Italian Herbs and Cheese" that's for sure!“

“I went in for lunch on 01/21/2025 the 2 young ladies that were working was so amazing and polite. They seem to love their job and had a smile on their face when they were talking. Lots of eye contact and just great overall experience. You do not see young people: teenagers greeting and being happy to be working to often. If you want that type of service go to this Subway. “At work, we order from Jimmy John’s quite often. It use to be much more when Jackie Evans worked with us. She got us started...lol. Today they came by for customer appreciation & brought small sandwich snacks to us. The shorter guy (sorry, I feel really bad I don’t know his name) is the one that always delivers to us. They are always so nice. I once had them forgot a drink on my order & even though I told them not to worry about it & just put a credit on my account, the dude went back & got the drink. Vegetarian options: Customer in front of me had a veggie burger thing on flatbread. No my favourite but she said it's the best thing on the menu. Certainly looked nice on a flatbread.

Kid-friendliness: My 10 year old has been ordering his own subway for about 3 years and the employee at this location is as attentive and friendly as with adults.“

“These guys are great! With 6 kids and a few extras hanging out with us from time to time, we hit the mall food court up a lot. Easy to please everyone at 1 location. Even though most kids choose Subway!?☺️

These guys are consistently amazing! Always wearing a smile and extending excellent customer service! They go above and beyond, old school style! You have to have common sense when it comes to customer service! The average customer service representative today does not know how to apply common sense today. The business prompted script and playbook does not apply to all applications. It is important to follow and an excellent foundation, but you have to be able to think outside of that in certain situations.

The kids love going and ordering their food with these guys! They feel like friends.

In particular, I was blown away by the great customer service of an employee by the name of Tyler. From start to finish, Tyler was courteous and ensured my sandwich was made with care, while adhering to all food safety standards — something that is less and less common these days. While having a pleasant conversation, I could see very clearly that Tyler will be a great manager or supervisor someday. “I ordered a sandwich today with provolone cheese instead of cheddar. As they were about to throw the cheddar on I said "that is supposed to be provolone". The man tried to take the cheddar off and I told him not to worry about it. He told me he would make a new one. I said that wasn't necessary and it was no big deal. No reason to waste what was being made over some cheese! He added the provolone. He offered me fries, a drink whatever to make me happy! I declined. I said it would be fine. As a restaurant owner I know how hard things are right now but that is the kind of service you want to see when a mistake is made. Super nice people just trying to make it right!
