“The seafood boil style dishes were great. I think they are reasonably priced. We had the crawfish, crab, and shrimp as well as the obligatory cob corn and potatoes. The food was a little spicy for the little ones, but I thought it had great spice. I really enjoyed the Sammy sauce, a wonderful spicy garlic butter sauce. It went with everything IMO. There was no fried food available when we ordered which was a little disappointing. I thought the atmosphere was a bit rustic, but traditional for Louisiana I believe. I would come back“

“Stopped in for some amazing food with my brother and mom on a Thursday evening and I was craving catfish. Their catfish is breaded with a great seasoned flavor, crispy thick pieces and some thin ones too. The Catfish Atchafalaya is one of the best entrees when you are craving a savory seafood dish. The crawfish etouffee is the best in the parish. We ordered the jacked up crawfish dip with the fried pita chips that come out hot and fresh with crawfish in every bite! Creamy with a hint of spice that’s so satisfying. Try that with the fried eggplant and you will love it. For dessert the richest and best bread pudding with an amazing tasty rum sauce. Take it home with you, heat it up for about 10 seconds and you have that midnight southern snack that brings you back to your childhood. The atmosphere is relaxing and the southern rustic Louisiana feel makes you wanna sit back and just enjoy the goodness of the evening. Our waitress was Carmin and she was welcoming and offered great advice on every dish we asked about. Great service across the board. The prices ate so affordable for the amount of food served on an entree, even the appetizers. Everything about Louisiana Bayou Bistro is superb from the second you walk in. There was a holiday party in the next room and the atmosphere was never bothered. Been coming here for almost 20 something years and it just gets better and better. The fried shrimp is my favorite. All you can eat for the price is unbeatable. Best food and people across the bridge! I live in Florida and when I come home this is where I love to go. “I got the crawfish nachos and they were not hot so I returned them .I did not want my money back but without asking me what was wrong with them the lady manager said give her her money back and I said I would like to exchange them for hot ones.She came back to the window and said I am sorry I did not know the warming pot was off.She made me hot ones.“

So we visited every restaurant, and most of them, while nice, seemed very detached. One place, the cute taco place in the back, wanted to charge us $25 for bringing our own cake in! Crazy talk! But as soon as we walked into Drago's, we felt welcomed and like they actually wanted our business. Scott, the GM, went above and beyond to accommodate us. On the day of the dinner, the servers really had their stuff together and were all smiles. Just the sweetest people. We had Cat and Emory, and we loved them both. The food was delicious and came out quickly. I really can't say enough good things about the whole experienc,e except thank you for making my girl's day special!“

High quality steak, cooked right, seasoned well, and at a solid price. We had two cocktails each, an appetizer of tamales, which were awesome, two wedge salads, and shared a 2 lb porterhouse. She was a big’n.

Dinner also came with fried bread that was ridiculously good. The total bill was $175, which feels like it would be closer to $300 at most other steakhouses. The vibe was chill too. We sat near the bar and had a great time. Good wine selections and prices.

“First time here, my server Conor was exceptional, I have try diferent chargrilled oyster in diferent restaurant like chimes, Felix's other ones, and i ask if they have diferent flavors i wanna try something diferent and they make me something off the menú and they didn't disappoint they where amazing.
