“Stella Maris is one of the best spots in the parish. They have a large menu that fuses flavors of the Mediterranean to accommodate all tastes and diets. My favorite is their gyro plate with hummus that is enough food for an entree that it can be shared or enjoyed again with leftovers. In addition to the restaurant, they have a grocery store with all sorts of tea, coffee, candies, and other items from the region plus a hookah lounge.
