“The food was delicious. I had the salmon pasta. It was perfect creamy, savory and cheesey. The salmon was seasoned to perfection and grilled just right. The atmosphere is a vibe with the bar and music made every just right. I went during happy hour so the drinks were buy one get one before 8. I had the frozen margaritas it was perfection.

I have eaten at hut 35 before and I had the lemon pepper chicken with fries and the boudin balls. Each time the food was hot and fresh. I can't wait to go back for more.

The yellow and red throughout the restaurant really set an upbeat tone that pairs well with the neon lights and vibrant colors of the Daiquiris. Once my order was ready, it was delivered to the table and I was good to go. Let’s talk the Food: Biscuit - Simple. Buttery. Crunchy around the bottom edges. Soft in the middle. I have to say, the owner was incredibly kind. Her customer service was impeccable, and she immediately offered to make it right. The only thing she asked was that I return the food, which I thought was completely fair.

We talked for a while, and she thanked me for giving her the opportunity to address the issue instead of bashing her business online. That conversation showed me how much she genuinely cares about her customers and her reputation.

For perspective, he finally convinced Santa after 2 years to gift him the One Chip Challenge when he was 7. Today, his special request was to eat the hottest wings we could find, so my hubby found this place online last night. We got a 6 piece of the Bayou Beast flavored wings. The gentleman checking us out was an absolute stand up guy who was equal parts concerned and impressed when he realized the order wasn't for me, but for the short kid standing next to me who told him he didn't want or need a dipping sauce. He even offered him a birthday coke (probably as a piece offering to the gods as an apology for what was going to transpire in my bathroom later🤣). Now to the fun part. I normally do these challenges with him, but today he wanted to fly solo. So I prepped the counter for him as usual with milk, yogurt, wipes etc. When I opened the box? YALL! The smell burned my eyes and instantly gave me PTSD from when I ate Da Bomb wing in the Hot Wings Challenge last year. My newly minted teenager the proceeded to smash all 6 in 5 minutes and did it like a pro without even a sip of water. I managed to get a single bite before they disappeared and I can guarantee you, the bathroom will be your sanctuary. I would not survive more than 2 as a grown adult. “I’d like to let everyone know that this store has made a dramatic improvement from the last few months. I grab Wingstop maybe 2/3 ish times a week , they know me by name now lol. Fast , friendly and punctual . It doesn’t take a million years to get your order now and everything is as is on the ticket.
