“I've eaten here before and the food is to be as expected. It's chicken, fish and fried rice. Simple food, so you know what you're getting. I have no problem coming back again and again. What I do have a problem with is that you can't make a phone order. So, if I wanted 1000 pieces, I'd have to wait for them to fry 1k wings? That would dang near take over an hour of wait time to fry that instead of letting me pay for it over the phone and just picking it up at a stated time.“

“I am so happy I found this place! I moved recently from Colorado and was nervous about finding a place to order wings. I am thankful the "Google God's" suggested Who Dat Wings because they have best bone in for my husband and bonless for me! I also can't rave enough about the staff. They are professional, prompt and clean!!!! I have only been a handful of times, each time with menu questions and each time I was treated with respect and knowledge. I will always come back!“

“Meat and 3 cafeteria style place with food that will make you close your eyes and remember your grandma's cooking. SO GOOD!
Friendly quirky staff and a funky cool fun bathroom you just HAVE to see! Not even kidding, check out their bathroom. (you'll see and you'll be glad you did! 😄)
I had the Red Beans and Rice with Sausage and the Greens. Unbelievable! The Greens were incredible. Sweet and savory at once.
My daughter had the smoked wings. Excellent! The Green beans and Mac & cheese were awesome.
My son had the stewed chicken over rice WOW!
My wife had the fried chicken breast with creamed mashed potatoes. So good!
Huge portions and friendly no frills casual atmosphere.
Best meal we had on this trip!
Highly recommend!“

“When you're walking around the French Quarter and are in need of something fast and filling, this is your place! Just slices and monstrous pizza pies. There's a bit of seating on their terrace. Public restrooms are available, but can be slightly frightening.“

“Today is my son's 13th birthday and he's been a hothead/heat seeker for as long as I can remember. For perspective, he finally convinced Santa after 2 years to gift him the One Chip Challenge when he was 7. Today, his special request was to eat the hottest wings we could find, so my hubby found this place online last night. It's a short drive from Metairie, so although he wanted to do the Bayou Beast Challenge, we only had time to get a to-go order with all the other birthday errands we were running. We got a 6 piece of the Bayou Beast flavored wings. The gentleman checking us out was an absolute stand up guy who was equal parts concerned and impressed when he realized the order wasn't for me, but for the short kid standing next to me who told him he didn't want or need a dipping sauce. He even offered him a birthday coke (probably as a piece offering to the gods as an apology for what was going to transpire in my bathroom later🤣). Now to the fun part. I normally do these challenges with him, but today he wanted to fly solo. So I prepped the counter for him as usual with milk, yogurt, wipes etc. When I opened the box? YALL! The smell burned my eyes and instantly gave me PTSD from when I ate Da Bomb wing in the Hot Wings Challenge last year. My newly minted teenager the proceeded to smash all 6 in 5 minutes and did it like a pro without even a sip of water. I managed to get a single bite before they disappeared and I can guarantee you, the bathroom will be your sanctuary. I would not survive more than 2 as a grown adult. Maybe he's a glutton for punishment. Maybe he's a mutant. But what I do know is my dude is determined to beat that challenge and get that shirt and picture on the wall, so we'll be back very soon!“

“Many a time I have wandered into the Lavin-Bernick Center in search of a tasty treat that will satisfy my craving for excellence, but only today did I find what I have yearned so eagerly for. When a mysterious man in a trench coat whispered to me the secrets of the hidden menu, I rushed to Wow and asked for one simple item: the Jackson Cushing special. Although the workers were resistant to serve me, they finally caved when I leapt over the counter and begged on my knees. As soon as I was done with this meticulously and gracefully cooked fish dish, I wept, for I know that nothing in life will ever come close to the absolute pleasure this cuisine brought me. I strongly recommend every reader to pursue this euphoria that has changed me forever.“

“I don’t understand anyone saying this is the best chicken in New Orleans. It was mid at best. Very little flavor in the flimsy breading. Puny wings. Prices were fine & they obviously have a vibe with lots of character. Staff were friendly.“

“Another night in NOLA which means it’s time to try a new food spot. Earlier today I was over on Canal and passed by Willie’s. The smell itself drew me in and I decided at that moment that I was coming back. LoL!!!! Willie’s sits right on the strip so it’s super easy to find. The front was totally open and there were a few tables outside on the sidewalk. As the strip is super active, sitting outside would be dope if you wanted to people watch. LoL. Walking up to the counter, each register had a cashier so the line was running smoothly. Taking a moment to review the menu, it was as one would anticipate; simple, straightforward, and one dimensional. The highlight of Willie’s definitely appears to be the Daiquiri’ as there are many options. I decided on the 3pc Cajun Tender Combo which comes with Fries and a Honey Biscuit. I also added a side of Red Beans and Rice. I mean, it is NOLA so I had to do it. I placed my order. Received my number. And took a seat to await my order. The restaurant was clean and vibrant. The yellow and red throughout the restaurant really set an upbeat tone that pairs well with the neon lights and vibrant colors of the Daiquiris. Once my order was ready, it was delivered to the table and I was good to go. Let’s talk the Food: Biscuit - Simple. Buttery. Crunchy around the bottom edges. Soft in the middle. Nothing special to note. Reminds me of a biscuit from Church’s. I’ll say 7/10. Tenders - Big. Juicy. Crunchy on the outside. Well seasoned. That’s it. That’s all I got. 😂😂😂😂😂😂. I’ll say 5/10. Fries - Well Seasoned. Crunchy. I’ll say 7/10. Red Beans and Rice - Now hear me out. I love a good RB&R and these were good. There were way more beans than there was rice, which is ideal for this kind of dish. They weren’t too spicy. They were flavored well and the beans were tender. You can definitely tell they were slow simmered. I’ll say 8/10. Now… hear me out! The food wasn’t bad but for $25.00, chileeeeeeeeeeee. No ma’am, No sir. Lemme go to the chicken spot for half the price. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying I won’t maybe go again if I want a lil piece of a tender. But at $13 for the Combo and $8 for the RB&R… imma need a coupon or something. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Ok, Ok. In all seriousness, if you’re in the area, go for the experience. *P. S. For my Up North people, Willie’s puts me in the mindset of our “New York Fried Chicken” spots that be on the strip in the hood.“

“5-piece wing is reasonably priced. Fries are seasoned just right, and there was an electrical outlet available in the clutch for my phone.
This place has an unassuming, but cozy sit-down bar with cushioned seats. These small accoutrements are just what a Canal and Bourbon Street wanderer needs for Super Bowl weekend.“

“This Wingstop was BUSY for a Tuesday night! I ordered on the app and arrived right as the app said it would be ready. There were probably 20 people in the small lobby, but we were all happy, so it didn’t matter. The Manager and employees were very productive and apologetic to those who were waiting. When I gave my name, he remembered it and gave me an update every few minutes.
The manager threw in some extra ranch and gave me a fountain drink for free. It was already a good experience (even with the wait), but he made it better.“

“Reading some of these reviews not really sure what people are looking for. It's a music venue. They have a bar. They have live music. They have food. Sometimes the music sucks - according to you. Sometimes it's great - according to you.
Was walking by, heard some good jamming going on, saw people having fun. Stopped in. Had a drink. Listened to a few songs and was on my way to the next venue that some think sucks. Drink was fine. Bartender was friendly.
Would I hang out there all night. Nope. That's the great thing about Frenchmen Street. Choices.“

Ive had the philly, catfish, shrimp, and fried chicken wings and I can't stop ordering those to try other things. I'll tell anybody that hasn't been here to eat their food! Best Philly on this side hands down.“

“The service from Tessa and Mal was amazing. I had no idea that the mesquite seasoning was dry rub, so they added wet bbq and made the fries 1000000 times fire. I don’t like ranch, but them Mesquite ranch fries were to live for!! The fries and wings were so good I didn’t get a chance to take the picture. The wings had so much extra sauce, I was dipping them as I ate. Here is the turtle Cake though.“

“This place is PHENOMENAL!!! Oh my god, I usually stick to the same snowball stand that I have been going to for the last 20 years but when I tell you KREOLE KINGS SNOWBALLS AND THINGS has truly changed the game ….I am not lying. The snowballs are literally perfect for the weather these days. The ice is so soft it just melts in your mouth, the juice amount is perfect (they are never stingy), and the additional condiments like stuffed ice cream, candy, or condensed milk come in an abundance. However, that is not all! The food is just as good ! I couldn’t believe the wing plate …just scrumptious . I have tried the lemon pepper and the bourbon wings with the Kreole king fries and I must say they are truly delicious! Since they’ve opened, I have been back about 6 times and I always leave with 2 plates minimum because they are so good, I need a plate for later.
Kid-friendliness: In my case, my kid is a dog and I must say he loves it there. I always get him a water and ice cream and he appreciates it . When we pull up he immediately realizes where he is and starts to lick his lips lol. This place is super pet friendly and there is a park adjacent to the snowball stand if your dog needed a tinkle break.“
“Best po-boys... We've been eating here for a number of years. Our go-to especially for breakfast po-boys. The best bread ever...made locally in NOLA. Not sure why they didn't have Bloody Mary's this time...they have had in the past....but sandwiches still worth the visit.“

“I stopped there two days ago to get some boiled pig feet for my brother and i to eat. I was just passing through on a delivery to Orlando Florida. Well to make long story short i locked myself out of the truck with my phone inside also. The young lady behind the counter was nice enough to let me use her phone to call a locksmith and didnt leave the store until the locksmith arrived. Thst may not sound like much to most people but it meant a lot to me. The food there is very good. Its on Chef Hwy in New Orleans. My home town. I grew up in the Lower 9th Ward.“

“Avoid the Canal st . Location. I got charged $16 for a “tackle box @ combo for adding a single extra srtip( so a total of 3 ,inch long strips, and literally 4 popcorn shrimp (advertised as 1/4 lb of them)!!! This is NOT supposed to be a kids meal, I don’t mind paying a little extra for a good meal. This wasn’t good, nor a Meal 👎👎👎 Sadly,it will follow everything other fast food chain on Canal(Wendy’s,B.K, both Mc Donald’s,etc,,,) at least there’s still a good Tattoo shop! Big East Tattoo Company!!! Safer than Bourbon st….Best traditional shop in town!“

“For gas station food this was some of the best I’ve had. I ordered wings and a friend seafood plate with fried rice. The wings are very similar to KFC hot wings but better. Even their Red Dragon sauce is similar to the KFC candy apple wing sauce from the early 2000s. Will definitely come back for the wings.“
