“I took my Wife, Mom and Dad here for a tour and tasting. Everything we tried was good and some were excellent. However, the experience with Sam is was what made it all great. The staff was amazing and made us feel like we were in the backyard drinking with friends. We are local and like to day trip in state. “One of the best meals I’ve had in New Orleans was at Toups! We had a charcuterie board with their house made hogs head cheese, chicken liver mousse and foie gras accompanied by house pickles. Simply incredible!! The hogs head cheese was the best I’ve ever had! I especially loved the chunkiness of it with nice pieces of tender pork! The crispy turkey necks! Oh my goodness… AMAZING! The braised lamb neck entree was exquisite with a generous portion and crispy spaetzle! Even leftover, it was great!! “I was looking for a lowkey place for dinner after working all day and this was the perfect choice! The ambiance was great, food was top tier and the service was exceptional. Mason was my server and he made amazing recommendations. I had the gumbo, brisket, and a desert to go. All were amazing! Even other servers were kind and welcoming (hi Jimmy!). I can’t recommend this place more, and I will definitely be back!“

“Some of the best Mexican and Tex-Mex I’ve ever had! I’m from NWA, and we have a large Hispanic population with tons of Mexican restaurants. There’s some truly great food up there, especially from the food trucks, and this place definitely rivaled it.

My wife and I ordered six different items to go, and the total was about $65. Every single dish was good, so I’d honestly recommend trying anything from the menu. Personally, I’d suggest the Build Your Own Bowl. I customized mine exactly how I wanted, and for only $14 it ended up being enough for two meals.

One quick note about online ordering: if you plan to get food to go, make your order online but screenshot it before checking out. Then, go to the restaurant, show the guy who takes the orders, and wait for your food. Online, my total showed over $70, but ordering in person saved me about $7.“

“Best brewery I have ever been to with some of the best beers I've ever consumed. The Rubus Cubed was the best sour that has ever passed my lips. This place really ruined other breweries for me. Constant fun free events, great beer, excellent food pop-ups, beautiful patio of tropical plants and disco balls, and even a Nintendo 64 set up with mario kart. Glorious. “Had a wonderful experience at the Taj Mahal for brunch today. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the menu was full of tempting options that made it hard to choose. I finally decided on the tandoori platter, which was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Our server, Glorio, was attentive, friendly, and made the meal even more enjoyable. My friend ordered the chicken masala, and after tasting a bit of the sauce with some garlic naan, I can honestly say it was incredible. Everything from the service to the food was top-notch. I will definitely be coming back.“

New Orleans is home to many fine dining restaurants but none dinner than Brigtsen's. it's friendly, distinguished, welcoming to all. I'm not a fancy person and I've never felt out of place here.
