As there was some shame associated with the flunking out. I met a cute charming woman who was also a midget. She was about 4'10" (same height as my 2nd ex/baby-mama) dressed as a jester for the weird end of school carnivale and we had a great time and when I said goodbye she jumped my bones, climbed me like a ladder and kissed me, and well, we did "it",and the lovemaking was awesome, like the nympho scene from porky's and In the afterglow I realized people could see us because we hadn't picked the most secluded area backstage and one of the voyeurs was a girl I crushed on in high school, and I was like, "oh, hey so and so, how are you?" Trying so hard to act like she didn't just watch me have midget clown whoopee with one of my ex's. And she was about to say something, but then I awoke with a start in my recliner. That was some rich food! Thanks Carrabba's! Great food, strangely cryptic yet satisfying dreams! I gotta eat there more often. The devil is in that chicken ya'll.”

We went during tapas hour and decided to order one of each of the food items from the tapas menu to share. Everything we had was delicious, well prepared and presented beautifully. My favorites were the steak & cheese sliders and the chicken bao bun. We also enjoyed a couple of the “classic cocktails” on the tapas menu, the mojito was my favorite of the ones I tried. Overall a wonderful meal, we will definitely be back!”

Our waitress, McKenzie, was awesome, friendly, attentive, and on top of everything we needed. We were also impressed that both the manager and the owner personally checked on us during our visit. The manager even took time to chat with us and share some of the exciting upgrades coming soon. The newly renovated patio is beautiful, and we were lucky enough to be among the first guests to enjoy it. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!”

After eating I did something I have never done which was spend a significant amount of time looking for the phone number for Burger Den so I could speak with the manager to compliment the chef. My grandfather and I both thought this was one of the BEST burgers we ever had. Once I spoke with the manager, she told me how much it would mean to the cook as he was cooking completely alone since they were short staffed. I explained that the burger was one we would usually find at Steak Houses. Despite being short staffed, the cook did NOT let that affect the delicious taste and quality of the food he sent out. My Grandad and I both could NOT stop discussing the amazing burgers that had an incredible explosion of flavor that seeped into the bun for an unforgettable taste sensation.”

“Full disclosure here: I used to truly dislike this location. I know. Mostly an assortment of small petty reasons but it never felt clean and the drive-thru was always an invitation to have you day fubar’d. This last visit was a LOT better. The young lady running the counter was professional and the line manager has the kitchen humming. They were good team. At one point I heard the line manager ask somebody if that is what the order said. She made whoever it was start over. Management that is concerned with getting it right set a tone. It is a welcome attitude in world of ever increasing carelessness.
To that end, I would have to give credit for the state of the dining room to the one family who seemingly claimed it as their own. (Wouldn’t want to ever visit their homes). The lady at the counter handlers the toddler that was allowed to dance on the table with poise and professionalism.”

While shopping in Shreveport with my wife we found this gem. The rolls were awesome and so was the hibachi meal that we split . They use the correct rice and it was ultra fresh and I have to say this was the best I've had in YEARS! Kim was our server, she was fast and sweet and even helped us save $ by pointing out the specials on the Sushi menu.. Very impressed and we will come back next month!”

My recent dinner at Windrush was a delightful experience, largely due to the exceptionally well-prepared food. From start to finish, the dishes were a testament to masterful seasoning, arriving plentiful and absolutely bursting with flavor. Every bite was a genuine pleasure, showcasing a clear understanding of how to make ingredients sing.
The only minor stumble came with dessert. The beignets, while undeniably hot and fresh, would have benefited from a more generous dusting of powdered sugar to truly elevate their sweetness. A small personal preference, but I also would have loved for them to be served concurrently with my ice cream, as I had envisioned combining the two for a delectable hot-and-cold treat. Perhaps next time, I'll request this timing specifically.
Service throughout the evening was impeccable. Our waitress was a standout, proving to be both attentive and remarkably rapid in anticipating and fulfilling our needs. Her efficiency and pleasant demeanor truly enhanced the overall dining experience.
Despite the slight dessert quibble, the outstanding main courses and excellent service make Windrush Village Marketplace a highly recommended spot for anyone seeking a truly flavorful and satisfying meal. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!”

The manager even took time to chat with us and share some of the exciting upgrades coming soon. The portions are much larger than expected and the prices are very reasonable. We dined in on a Saturday afternoon not realizing there was a limited weekend menu, although we were able to find many items to choose from and they didn't limit it to just brunch like other restaurants I was disappointed to not have the full menu. Don't let that stop you from dining because this is a great place and the food was wonderful! Our table had fried pickles, firecracker shrimp and the Cobb salad. They charge a 18% automatic gratuity for more than 1 person on ticket which is fine for me I always leave 20% regardless but usually the gratuity is on a party of 6 or more.

After eating I did something I have never done which was spend a significant amount of time looking for the phone number for Burger Den so I could speak with the manager to compliment the chef. My grandfather and I both thought this was one of the BEST burgers we ever had. Once I spoke with the manager, she told me how much it would mean to the cook as he was cooking completely alone since they were short staffed. I explained that the burger was one we would usually find at Steak Houses. Despite being short staffed, the cook did NOT let that affect the delicious taste and quality of the food he sent out. My Grandad and I both could NOT stop discussing the amazing burgers that had an incredible explosion of flavor that seeped into the bun for an unforgettable taste sensation.”

I immediately called back and was told the manager was in a meeting at 10:15am. When asked how long was the wait Jada whose name i found out later either planned to hang up on me or put me on hold until i hung up. when i returned back i asked another person Javon if he could get the manager. i was told no one could do a Refund but the manager. Cause at this point i just want my money back. He goes to the back and ask the kitchen manager and they said it will take 4 days because i did it online. ( really but your phone recorder prompts you to order online) So i ask him since it was their error and i had to drive 7 min back to get it resolved what was going to be done about my inconvenience. He said he didn't know. I said can you go ask. While he's leaving I'm asking him his name and the girl at the counter. he says her name is Jada, she's come back around the corner from getting my items and says so you wanted to know my name it Jayda and spelled the last name sacristically. I told her i didn't ask her i already have it. i left my name and number for the desoto manager to call me. it 2pm and no call. I called and was put on hold for 11 minutes and no one ever picked up. Money and time is precious so if a manager doesn't have time to respond to a complaint they are not worth my money. this is a public service announcement. BE WARE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME.”

They made me feel welcome and appreciated and I hope you open another one in Shreveport closer to my home.
